I was playing on my account as usual, betting on sports, sometimes casino and then in some century, I managed to win. I won about £1,200. The next day they took away my access to my account and asked for my documents.I sent them absolutely all the documents, selfies with my passport, selfies with my statement, selfies with my nick written on paper, everything as it should be. They told me to expect. Well, it's been 2 months, when I write to them "It's been 2 months, how long can you check these documents". To this I hear the answer "I've double checked your account and it's currently under a routine review.Don't worry, our Security Team will send you an email as soon as they have any updates." As if nothing had happened, the same template answer. Just stole £1200 from me like it's the norm.Is there any way to sue them or complain about this outrage?

I have never seen a worse withdrawal system as the William Hill website. You can deposit in a lot of different ways but God help you if you want to withdraw a single cent, because they make it virtually impossible. I assume this is a method they use to lock up your money and encourage you to bet with them more. Extremely shady. I have used many other websites and had no problems, but I have spent about 4 hours over the course of several weeks trying to resolve this issue, without success. Avoid with extreme prejudice.

I placed a 5fold bet few others called off. but a couple of my teams scored cashout offered nowt. So on checking other sites braintree v Weymouth had the game Void so they will offer cashout as william ain't voided game and never did through out 90mins but have put void up 20 after final whistle I tried contacting them as if they had void up cashout would be availible. My 4 teams were all. winning and 10. M In left on all I wanted cash out £3 stake with a return of £332 and I had to watch a last min goal bet lost. I was redirected for over a hour I was told I had wrong dept they said william online I said it was rite place in the retail. Disgusting service to be honest they hold back on your withdrawals.you go on the chat and it’s like your asking over and over the same question .they say there only chat service available but there is a number I spoke to will the supervisor today and he told me he’s the highest point of contact he’s not he lied over and over again . I’ve taken screen shots of the whole conversation and posted them on social media it’s a shame I can’t post them on here

Made £35 in free spins, deposited £5 to withdraw as they don’t have any sort of bank account details (fair enough as I haven’t deposited before). As I requested the £35 withdrawal, I went to “processing” in my transactions on my William Hill account. Next morning, got email that I’m restricted to go on my account and can’t access any content after logging in. What a joke.
Made £35 in free spins, deposited £5 to withdraw as they don’t have any sort of bank account details (fair enough as I haven’t deposited before). As I've lost only £60 in the last 12 months, they've decided I'm not worth their time. Out of the blue, no more promos. Fine, that's their prerogative. But then locking my account so that I cannot withdraw the balance of my money! And outstanding bets on Premier league season and racing classics for next spring, Lord only knows where I stand with them!! Avoid like the plague!!!

Free spins are nice and all and that saved them from 1* but when you spend £10 in 10p intervals winning the odd £1 and 50p spins here and there so you get around 500 spins and don't once land a shot at the big money you kinda feel you have been scammed...even if it's a loss or a 50p win a shot at the jackpot would be nice in 500 spins!!!

Just closed my account, absolutely dreadful site.The last I won anything substantial, I withdrew £20.Never touching them ever again, they definitely blacklisted my account from winning, and that isn’t a conspiracy when you get lagged out of games, they crash and restart then all of sudden you don’t win nothing.

I used William hill for years never really bet on sports when I have never won anything my preference is slots slingo ect enjoy after work using daily promotions tbh never really won anything a couple of quid which Isnt worth anything so spin it away but last week won couple quid only £10 to £20 ish that I used on other games won £50 to £100 ish built it up on prize lines playing from 20p upto £1.40 if I spun to last one on left game Till I had money continue game now they banned me off all spin promotions but still allowing me sports ???? Most I've been down in a month is around £40 maximum I have 2 businessess yet I get banned but my friends and his partner and my partners ex does max spins lost thousands ££££££ yet there promotions are still active

Placed a bet on Golden State Warriors under 115.5 points which won, when the game ended they changed it to Cleveland and a loss, raised it with Beth in customer service with the bet reference number who gave nonsense replied like "there was no bet" and "it's yours" which made no sense at all. Closed my account, customer lost.

Absolute crap since the conversion. I do not know what happened but I am closing my account and not using them again. When they updated their software somehow they ended up transposing my phone number so I could not log in and the agents in person could not look up my account by my account number. I was one of the their first 5000 customers. They transposed the first two numbers of my phone number yet I have had to jump through hoops to get it fixed. Crappy customer service that cannot do squat and in person they tell you that you have to use the app. App keeps you going in circles and makes it difficult to talk to someone. I am closing my account due to their incompetence.
