After spending on slots over 300 £ playing bass psplash on 50p and couldn’t get any scaaters I can say really don’t recommending . I am playing on another sites and always max after second deposit I will get a bonus round but never with w.hills . . For so many deposits on low rounds 50p non bonus is disappointing. Once again- Not recommending at all and will not use never ever again. That is been like that for very long time yet – always hoped it may get better but isn’t worth. 1 star is a lot

William hill and their team are a bunch of liars.Was told by customer service rep on my parlay if one of my legs was ineligible before the game starts because a player was out injured the bet would be void and refunded…. The bet lost.Then when i call back they say only the leg is voided. I called and spoke to 3 different people all saying ” if one player is out the BET is voided” then i show them the bet and then they say ” only the LEG is voided” !! these are two different things and they change the rules to bend in their favor. Then the tech suspended my account without my consent and have been trying to get it closed for several weeks now as they drag their feet and avoid my emails. Once they finally follow through and close my account it will take 4-8 weeks to get my money!!also if you make a player prop parlay with 2 different stats the odds don’t stack for mulitple bets but if one looses during the parlay YOU LOSE! Scams layered into their new system on purpose. Avoid this service.

Very old accout played a lot but last few days they have done some setting in my account i feel. 0 win slots dead, live game sucking my money, around 2k loss in 10to 15 days. Slots dead 0 or low win. been with William Hill for around 20 years betting online with no problem what so ever, then for some unknown reason they put a betting top up restriction on my account, when I contacted them through their online chat forum I was told it is the Gambling commision that put these restriction in place to keep us safe, when I said to them I don’t need to be kept safe as I am just a small stakes punter, they said I would have to send my bank details to them and a recent P60 to show them that I can afford to bet. Well after 20 years they have taken my money without asking me about all this Nonsense about finances. I do believe other websites also now ask for proof of affordability to bet. I normally just place a 50p lucky 15 on Horse Racing and play the odd game of Bingo, now this little enjoyment has been taken away from me all because of these bloody prudes, Absolutely disgusted with it all.

I cannot say enough bad things about this sportsbook. It is absolutely, without the slightest doubt, the worst sports book in the history of sports books and should not be allowed to operate. The app is clunky and slow, the kiosks at the books are always out of order and this location in Incline Village (Hyatt) is always lacking attendants. They should be bought out by a real sportsbook so we can actually get some bets in.

Very worrying that provided a well known company with lots of personal information to open an account could never access. When contacted William Hill they seemed unsure themselves, mentioned an apparent duplicate account with a different username, then backtracked. Then asked me to provided loads of documents before deposting my money with them – more confident giving an arsonist matches

Trying to reopen my account and they put me on 24 hr cool down period which I did and then waiting on a call for two days so contacted them again never looked into my account just put me on another 24hr cool down period, then I wanted to complain about their staff and they won’t take my complaint. Don’t even deserve one star but u can’t rate 0… I won on the 4th December and they said I needed to deposit before I could withdraw.. so I did .. then all of a sudden I needed to verify myself and send documents.. again fair enough but i sent 7 times for then ti say its not accepted yet live chat say is it.. then i go on again get told ill be put through to an supervisor 1 hour later still no sign absolute joke.. this close to Christmas too… if u have to be verified before u can withdraw then surely u should be verified before your allowed to deposit.. quite happy to take your money but not pay u what is owed

This company is getting from bad to worst, I placed a bet within the best odds guaranteed time, which won. I have had an acount with these thieves now for about 10 years. Over that time I am about £600 up and now they have locked me out for no reason, all they say is that my account is being investigated. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I have money in there. Its impossible to get through to them on the stupid chatbot all that happens when I explain is it says it will connect me to somebody who can help but they never do. All that happens is after waiting for about an hour they cut me off. I am not phoning them because all the numbers are premium rate numbers. I’ve had an account with William Hill for years and not used in some time. Recently, I received an email with £1 free bet offers on subsequent days which had once again enticed me to use them. I checked my details were all correct and up to date on account and was able to deposit/fund my account, no issues. As it goes, I won on my bet and have done a withdrawal. I see now that the withdrawal is in a processing state. I’ve let nearly 24 hours pass and still no sign of my withdrawal. They’ve advised that I need to provide them with ID again and that I should have had an email. No notification about this in app either.It is really poor that they’ll let me deposit but god forbid you actually win a bet and they won’t pay out. Government should come down on this shower and the regulators. These sorts of places prey on poor folk unfortunately. Some of the biggest crooks going are the gambling firms.
