SCUM SITE Thought I would give this site one last bash! Why did I bother another £50 on 20p spins on doghouse 1 bonus paid £1.16 the trigger starts at £1 It’s honestly laughable don’t get me wrong I’ve lost on other sites but not as bad as this one, it’s actually so far criminal I can only think they must pay the gambling commission off! I made 2 withdrawals one on the 2 march and second one was on the 28 feb it's been 2 days now still not process yet I tried a number of times to email customer service it's a big joke you never get a proper reply don't even bother to msg on live chat support neither its bot .i have send them email after email send all the documents they requested still after 3 days my withdrawal of 1000 and 800 has not been processed.i am taking this further.Do not registered on here this site is a big scam they will quickly take your deposit if u win forget about getting this money. quinnbet are not a casino I recommend and I think those reviews on here are fake

So I have been playing here for a while! Always been great, never had any issue... until the site all changed last week. I had two very good wins yesterday both over a thousand pounds, i tried withdraw the 1st win and ended up having to do it in 3 seperate transactions, recieved these winnings last night all good then I win another 1000 and try to withdraw to the same method and it says invalid payment option! I try to contact live help (yesterday afternoon) and have zero response and also email quinnbet with zero response. I have tried again this morning to withdraw my thousand pounds and still can't and still getting the same message invalid payment method. I would like this resolved ASAP but don't seem to be getting any help or interaction. I hope I don't have to take it even further with my complaint as I used to love this site! Laura bland

I was supposed to be given the loss bonus which is 2x play through but was given the loyalty bonus which is based on winning by mistake the difference being a 35x play through before money is withdrawalableI tried to contact about getting this changed over or having the winnings transferred Tom me as I had already played 2x I had little to no response for nearly 24hours in the meantime by a miracle managed to play through the 35x wagering requirement and had money to play but was guaranteed 140 pound when gone through very likely to be more when go through the money to then get an email to say they had taken that money and given me the correct bonus right back down and have to go through 2x again Low and behold I try play through that and absolutely nothing I’ve been completely ripped offI’m waiting for a a reply but nothing don’t here anything back for hours/days I cannot believe it Update I have been given what I had won so I am happy about this I would of put it to 5 stars but the wait times at the minute for answers are not good it wasn’t like that before the website change I hope this can go back to how it was before then

I made 3 withdrawals, one on the 2/3 & two on the 3/3. Both withdrawals made on the 3rd took about a day, so I find it odd that my first withdrawal has not been processed/received yet but the later ones have.I tried to speak to their customer service, but there is no response from either of their live chat or email.Edit: Amy contacted me via email and processed the withdrawal and i received it immediately. Changed there system recently. Nothing but problems since. Spoke to customer service about my 10 percent weekly bonus (never had issues before) apparently it’s credited right and £4.80 is 10 percent of £442.50 🤦♂️ Even sent the photos from there site showing 7 day deposit / loss.

Website went down due maintenance without any warnings. That’s cool. Then website completely changed and that’s the point when weird stuff started happening. Previously live chat was fine. Now they let me deposit 160£ but then suddenly I’ve got a message that my account need verification. That’s fine. I’ve provided whatever they need but no reply since. It’s been like 6h now. Live chat is mainly a dead chat. Nobody responding for hours. Still waiting for an answer. Also. Keep changing my odds for decimal and app do not save my preferences. It’s strange that Quinnbet doesn’t respond on bad reviews here and it feels like all good reviews are written by Bots. It use be good but it’s a bit strange and concerning.

No warning about the site going down for maintenance. Feedback on live chat has been taking hours. Wishdrawals normally take 20-30 mins but this is 8 hours later and no explanation. It was a poor website before, only bolstered by some of the loss bonuses available. Unfavourable odds, non-existent customer service, the unexplained removal of games...I could go on.

Now all the the games I play on have been removed from the site, they have removed all the Slingo games, deal or no deal etc I played on some other games but the winnings didn’t go onto my account. Updated the site and closed for maintenance without warning. Had a winning bet during this time and it took 30 hours to settle. Was told the traders would settle all bets that happened during the site maintenance the next day which was ludicrous.Once the bet had been settled I placed a withdrawal. Withdrawals usually hit my account within 2-4 hours. This didn’t happen. Contacted support and was told that the team are ‘working’ on withdrawals and it will be made in due course. No time frame given whatsoever.Won’t be returning. No apologies from them and no warning of the site being down for a revamp. It was down for over 18 hours.

If you win any money they make it extremely hard to get it out. Despite the account already being verified you will get an email like the below (into your SPAM folder). They refuse to accept the sensitive documents over the encrypted live chat and will only take them by email. They do not acknowledge by email that they have received your documents without constant follow ups. There is no number you can call and their live chat agents (under instruction presumably) provide no help and no timeline at all as to when your query will be handled. The only answer you will get is “in due course”. The complaints process was followed by me and shock that email was also not acknowledged. All the while holding on to your money. I have an open complaint query sent 10th Feb (3 days ago) which has not been acknowledged. In short it is simply not worth your time and peace of mind betting with quinnbet. There are plenty of better and more trustworthy alternatives. Don’t let any sponsorships or bonuses fool you. Half the games don't load(have tried the troubleshooting guidance but still no joy) Finding sire very sluggish.Also withdrawal times have increased. Used to be processed within 1-1.5 hours but hour now its longer hours and even the next day. I do get its 24 hours processing time but need to be on par with other sites. Please bring back old game selections. Hope review will change over time
