Poor, very poor site... they say they have no control over the slots....but continue to use such a corrupt site to run them...so so many dead spins, minimal payouts if you are lucky....but the cheating thing is the removal of the bonus symbols as you play, your lucky if you see one but you need 3 for a bonus round....at the end of the day quinbet don't care and will spout out some regulations rubbish then say is there anything else I can help you with....avoid like the plague

Lots of issues with this site.. betting in running on football. ..never bet more than two or three teams ..one will be suspended for no apparent reason.. might be a corner kick ..a free kick ... A throw in .. injury .. virtually anything.. poor graphics ..tiny print .. often freezes. They have everything but two flies running up a wall to bet on ,Scottish football betting is somewhere down the list near Southampton Womens football. .navigating is a pain ..simply because they have far to much on it..tried to put a bet on a football game in play .. the site froze as I was trying to type in a number 5 as in £5.... Nothing happened then 5555 cropped up in the stake box . I gave up. Then my team scored and went from 4-1 to 4-6 .. I will be deleting the site. There are much better sites out there. Not as frustrating ,and customer services is virtually non existent,or might as well be

OK, so I joined over 1 momth ago I have several other sites I use...I have only put in £65 last night i put £20 and won £75 I'm under no illusions that if I would of carried on playing probably would of lost it.I decided to take my money out.Then I decided to check how long it takes then stumbled across all the negative reviews about pay out.I withdrew the money at 9:17pm it landed just now at 10:05am not the best over 12 hours but after reading reviews I won't be going back on I find it shocking how on one review one lad said he's now sleeping under a bridge due to losses and the review said glad you enjoying the expirence I lost faith and trust if I ever one big would I wouldn't get my money.Also lots of negative press regarding regarding shareholders ect I will shut my account now.

Placed 3 bets and they took the bets, when I asked them to settle them, they logged me out of my account and voided the bets as they didn’t want to pay me out, shameful, only like it when it’s there way.

I won last weekend on the grand national.Tried to withdraw my winnings, my withdrawal was cancelled without notification.I tried the day after to withdraw again, this too was cancelled without notification.I got annoyed, gambled the funds in my account in frustration, very nearly lost all of it.Surprisingly won £800, tried withdrawing on the Monday, waiting Tuesday, waiting Wednesday, Waiting Thursday, Waiting Friday, still waiting, I've been on live chat 3 or 4 times a day trying to get an update, only to be told wait! I can't contact their payment department, apparently their own customer service cannot contact their own payment department to request an update. My funds have disappeared from my account, it doesn't state pending withdrawal, it says NEGATIVE BALANCE ADJUSTMENT??? Funds gone, not pending withdrawal, gone, no update, no help, no information at all, JUST WAIT!!!! If you are looking forward to an enjoyable gambling experience, if you are looking for a gambling site that pays what you win, if you are looking for a gambling site that respects their customers then please do not use Quinnbet. You will be massively disappointed. The lack of detail in Quinnbet's response is telling. Their suggestion that I contact their support team to discuss any issue is laughable. Quinnbet's support team have literally refused to discuss the issue with me, and instead provided me with the email address of another department, which has simply not responded to any of the questions I have emailed them. Posting a negative Trustpilot review is not my immediate reaction whenever I experience any minor issue with any company; it is my last resort after all reasonable efforts to get direct engagement from a company have failed. After I posted my Trustpilot review, Quinnbet finally made the payment that they claimed to have made 11 days prior. This time, the payment was received on the same day, completely exposing their previous lies that they are unable to make same day payments and that their banking transfers always take 3-5 business days to complete. They have repeatedly ignored my request that they provide the transaction details for the initial payment that they claim to have made and it is now clear that this is because no such payment was ever actually attempted.Their response makes the the claim that they always follow UKGC guidelines, but those guidelines make it clear that "Players must be allowed to withdraw without restriction, except as necessary to comply with any General Regulatory Obligations (GRO)." My account & identity had already been verified by Quinnbet long before this incident. My access to my account was suspended only due to a safer gambling query. The GRO do not require that withdrawals are withheld, or account access completely denied, in response to a safer gambling concerns. Quinnbet asked me to provide a payslip to demonstrate my regular income and address that concern, which I did.My request that my account balance be returned to my bank account was met with an additional document request for a bank statement, despite the UKGC guideline that "players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time." Those are merely 2 example of how Quinnbet failed to comply with UKGC Guidelines in this instance. Their claim to the contrary should offer little assurance to other prospective customers, when their actions clearly demonstrate that they do not.The UKGC do not have specific guidelines on lying to customers, stonewalling customers' reasonable requests for information about their own account, nor about providing acceptable levels of customer service, so Quinnbet are correct in saying that their failures in those respects are not in breach of UKGC guidelines.

One of the worst, sorry the worst RTP sites ever, over 40 deposits made totalling over £500 and not one cashout, yes they will tell you its a random number generator etc etc blah blah blah, never in my 30 years of online gaming have i ever experienced such a shocking RTP to player, all the other sites i play on give a fair game, not this one pure greed and manipulation.

I have held an account with Quinnbet casino for some time, but play on it only sporadically. After a recent day or two of playing more frequently, the casino reasonably wanted to suspend temporarily my gameplay whilst they checked that I am playing within my financial means, which they did by asking me for a recent payslip.The manner in which they executed this was far from desirable, however, and well below the standard of the equivalent process at any of the many other UK casinos at which I have held an account. I was first forcibly logged out of the casino and prevented from logging back in. I was then sent an email, asking me to send them a recent payslip via unsecured email. I was happy to provide the document, but not via unencrypted email, so a reasonable compromise was suggested that I send the document via their Live Chat support team, which I did later that same day.As I was unable to log in to the casino during this time, I asked that they return the remaining credit balance of my casino account to my bank account by instant banking payment - the same method I had used to make my deposits to the casino. They initially refused, but after I pressed the matter, they confirmed that they had sent the payment to my bank. I received no such payment at my bank and when I queried this, I was told that they had returned the money via the debit card associated with the same bank account. There is no reason that such debit card payments cannot be virtually instant (SkyVegas typically processes debit card withdrawals on that basis, for example), but Quinnbet insisted that this can take 3-5 business days. Even the longest payment cycle for such a payment should not take longer than 3 days, of course. After 5 days of still not having received the funds, I requested the tracking details for the payment transaction that the casino claimed to have made 1 week earlier. The casino has been entirely unresponsive to all correspondence since having claimed to make the payment.When a reputable casino has a safer gambling concern regarding a customer, the usual practice is to suspend the customer's gameplay, but not to forcibly eject the customer entirely from their casino account. If I had retained access to my casino account when gameplay was suspended, I would have been able to request an instant banking payment of my remaining balance myself and I would have received the funds within a few minutes at most.The forcible ejection from my account also interrupted an ongoing game that I was in the middle of playing, and which appears to have been autocompleted by the game provider, resulting in the unnecessary loss of the money that I had already staked on the game. Quinnbet said that they would look into this matter, but of course they have given no indication of having done so, even though more than 1 week has passed.Having sent the document that they initially requested, Quinnbet replied to ask for an non-redacted bank statement that showed the salary entering my bank account. I queried why this was necessary and, if so, why the casino had not asked for this up front along with their request for the payslip. The casino refused to explain this increase in scope of requested documentation, other than to say that it is in line with what they are permitted to request by the UKGC.It is always "interesting" when casinos justify their actions by reference to what they are permitted to do by the regulator, yet freely ignore the obligations that the same regulator imposes upon them - such as not preventing customers from freely withdrawing their funds.I explained that I have genuine concerns about their security practices, given that they had just asked me to send a sensitive financial document via an unsecured email channel - a practice that both the Information Commissioner Office and the National Cyber Security Centre recommend against, but my concerns were dismissed.The casino does not appear to be acting in good faith: they refuse to respond to my reasonable questions and they seem to have deliberately slow-walked my withdrawal request as leverage for me to comply with their unexplained request that I deliver sensitive documents via unsecure meansIf Quinnbet has a genuine concern about the affordability of my gameplay, then restricting my access to the funds remaining in my casino account seems like a very counterintuitive response. Their total lack of response for the last several days is beyond frustrating and causes me to question their trustworthiness and the degree to which they value their customers.UPDATED:5-Apr-25Now Quinnbet finally admit: the payment they repeatedly claimed to have made on 28th March was not actually completed. They are "investigating", but still refuse to simply make payment or answer any direct questions.

I’m completely confused I have a net deposit monthly limit. Usually this either resets every 30 days or on the first of each month. I started playing on this site on the 13th of feb on the website it stats that it’s monthly limit runs from the first of the month to the last day of the month. So I was surprised when I could not deposit on the 03rd of the month when I had not hit my limit in those three days. Support advised that it was in a 30 day reset so would be able to deposit on the 15th which was 30 days after my first deposit which made sense. Went to deposit today and couldn’t now am being told I can’t deposit until the 22nd as I hit my limit in the 20th of feb which means it’s 35 days from first deposit not 30 so confused as if I had hit my limit on the 20th of feb why was I still able to deposit untill the 03rd of march

Used to be an ok site but once the site was overhauled it lost all its good slot games, and the rubbish slots that there is do not give bonuses or pay out more than £1.30 spent over £500 and not one return been told that slot companies have pulled out with this lot because they were changing the RGN's so that players couldn't win reasonably most likely true as they all of a sudden when the site was overhauled players have stopped winning as many other reviews will tell you, avoid and stick with a reputable website

Giving a 2 star as since the new upgrade casino game selection is very poor. Half the games don't load(have tried the troubleshooting guidance but still no joy) Finding sire very sluggish.Also withdrawal times have increased. Used to be processed within 1-1.5 hours but hour now its longer hours and even the next day. I do get its 24 hours processing time but need to be on par with other sites. Please bring back old game selections. Hope review will change over time

So I have been playing here for a while! Always been great, never had any issue... until the site all changed last week. I had two very good wins yesterday both over a thousand pounds, i tried withdraw the 1st win and ended up having to do it in 3 seperate transactions, recieved these winnings last night all good then I win another 1000 and try to withdraw to the same method and it says invalid payment option! I try to contact live help (yesterday afternoon) and have zero response and also email quinnbet with zero response. I have tried again this morning to withdraw my thousand pounds and still can't and still getting the same message invalid payment method. I would like this resolved ASAP but don't seem to be getting any help or interaction. I hope I don't have to take it even further with my complaint as I used to love this site! Laura bland
