Quinnbet only operate win/each way markets on horseracing. Betting without favourites and place only markets are not covered. Having opened a new account I was limited to €68 win on a local soccer team; I felt this was too restrictive. Also the betting market for the outright Senior Hurling Championship isn't available although most other bookmakers have it.

Withdrawal blocked! Bet refufused! £500 vanished out of my account! Tonya maguire who is a manager is very rude and defensive. She will blame the customer instead of taking ownership of quinnbets errors. She will also threaten customers with account closure.

So I won £100 on a £2 bonus but when I withdrew my winnings it sent £20 to my new card and the £80 to an old card.. I didn't realise this until quinnbet.com contacted me saying there had been a problem and told me how to resolve it.. At first I thought oh it's one of those sites where they make excuses not to pay out but all I had to do was a quick email to prove I was the account and card owner and it was sorted money was in my bank in minutes! Siobhan who was the person dealing with it all was absolutely amazing, very polite, understanding and patient! Thank you Siobhan for your brilliant customer services 😊

Entered a new card to deposit & when I won I tried to withdraw. Couldn't withdraw to the new card, which had replaced the one I had on file with them. I tried to send the withdrawal to the old card & it bounced back.Customer service emailed me to alert me & asked for the a picture of a new card & within 2 hours funds were sent & received.

The main criticism I have is that all race meetings aren't priced up fully...having to take sp prices is just like betting with one hand tied behind your back....just seems all these betting sites are afraid of a gamble happening....and try to avoid it at all costs

Recently rejoined Quinn bet after my time trying new sites and it’s the best thing I have done in years, Im a big tennis better and the amount of matches they have on offer is great, I was abit worried about the casino pay out percentage at the start but then the wins flooded in and soon changed my mind on that, If your looking for a site to join this is it , the staff are also very helpful, I have just made my first withdrawal so hopefully goes as smooth the rest of my time here has :-)
