Quinnbet are happy to take bets but as it showed on 8.6.25 they dont send clients money back until you scream at them . They site a backlog and placate you that the monies will be processed in due course . Embarrassing client services just don’t like their jobs and couldn’t care less about the clients keeping them in employ. Why isn’t this part of the business automated sending funds back like all the main players ?

I won a jackpot of £1000 on a slingo game. Quinbet stole £661.88 and left me the rest. I asked them to return my money but they have refused. I also qualified for a sports promotion and the reward wasn’t credited. I went on their live chat support for a resolution and a managers message was “LOL have a good evening” she then immediately closed the chat. I raised a complaint about these issues and the same manager said sorry you have taken offence to what i said. She then threatened to close my account for raising a complaint.

AVOID AVOID AVOID .This company is a joke . I placed a bet today using a freebet that was credited to my account. The freebet was in my account for over an hour before i placed the bet . Once I placed the bet and the bet won(105€) they void the bet saying there was a mistake on their end and i wouldn’t be receiving any of the winnings ( after a hefty wait on live chat ) after much back and forth with them saying it’s pretty much touch shit – they offered me a goodwill gesture of 5£ and that’s that.Safe to say I deleted my app and won’t be betting with them again.Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money!!!!

You ask for documents to verify my account I provide this and I am told they are verified then an hour later they aren’t verified. Whilst holding onto my withdrawal but still allowing me to deposit. That is a shameful and frankly disgusting way to do business. DO NOT GAMBLE WITH QUINNBET STAY AWAY UPDATE: so after falsely telling me everything is verified and I can use the site fully they closed my account, cancelled £300 withdrawal quoting their T&C’s. “ As per 6.2 in our T&C’s, Where We subsequently identify that a deposit has been made from a source in respect of which You are not the named account holder, We may restrict Your ability to withdraw any winnings arising from those funds.”Winnings would be anything over what you have deposited. I am net £208 deposited. I am not sure how that can be considered “winnings”. I requested my net deposits back, as that is fair and reasonable considering they will not allow me to withdraw from a card not in my name, but happily allow deposits from a card not in my name, all whilst pocketing the profit. All these casinos are the same. They loosen the RTP for new members, giving new players two or three decent wins to get them hooked, then they have somebody or software that tightens the RTP so that new player will not be able to repeat those decent wins, gambling all that money they won and not able to get it back. They’re all based in dodgy offshore tax havens – Malta, Jersey and Gibralta and they all repeat the same mantra on here – “we have no influence on the game, it’s all random, we are regulated by the gambling commission.” Yes it is random, but the RTP isn’t which they manipulate. that’s why you’ll find that when you joined you were able to hit the feature easily, then once you cashed out after two or three decent wins, they manually go in a change the RTP, manipulate it so you won’t get any more decent wins.Close the account after you get a nice win. Never give it them back.
