Decent enough site. Has everything I need except a poker client. Wouldn’t mind being able to play poker on there. Slots seem fair, unlike most places I’ve played. Wouldn’t mind a few promotions on bets each week. One site I play gives me a £10 free bet every week if I place 2 x £10 bets. So I tend to use that site for my weekly football coupon.

The withdrawal process is not exactly consumer focused.You have to do a 2 step withdrawal and try to remember what you deposited initially. Which in my case was £200.00 I had made £7.39 profit , yet couldnt withdraw it because there is a minimum £10.00 . I ended up having to withdraw £200 , then bet the £7.39 to try and win an amount that would > £10.00 but LOST it! Not big figures here, but its the principal that sucks . I would have been happier being able to withdraw £207.39!

Had big hopes for this casino but very little wins . Not been playing long but feel like all I do is deposit and only withdrew once and that was a small amount. I so wanted to casino to be honest and fair but yet again another site that takes, takes, takes and gives little to nothing back. I’m losing hundreds a day playing this site, I play the same few slots and all I get is hundreds of dead spins, 10 plus bonus and 9 of them pay 0x while 1 pays 3 pound. I keep thinking the next time will be different but im wrong, how can a slot pay back 3/4 pound per 100 wagered just is absolutely astonishing and to get 10/20 bonuses in 1 session and all bar 1 pays and its normally a couple quid is mind blowing. Please do not use this site I’ve been with them for 2 weeks and ive done over 15.000 spins on slots and yet I’m down massively. Settling a golf bet in the pebble beach golf tournament – i backed on the friday and my guy Aberg was second. However last round was not played. Paddy power gave a free bet of amount bet to the top5 as that was there each way. Just peed off – Quinn did nothing similar so i have left your site for 6 weeks if not more

Rated in January as 5 star for customer service but return after the honeymoon period has to be a 1 star. Had a couple of reasonable wins in the 1st week and a half and hardly anything since. Always play Mega Moolah game and got on big wheel a few times in the honeymoon period but not a sniff now for awhile. Pretty much like all sites. Only just over £400 down since joining January 8th. Glad I set a £20 per day limit. That’s life…

Registered with them years ago then out of the blue, after withdrawing a big win, they email me asking for private documents like bank statements and my income, while withholding the money I wanted to withdraw. Nothing but a stalling tactic and only after several emails, copying in the Gambling Commission, did they miraculously change course and informed me they didn’t need to see the documents after all! Naturally I highlighted to them and the GC that the rule is they can’t ask after a withdrawal if they could reasonably have asked sooner (I registered with them in 2018!) I also pointed out how flawed it is to say they’re “concerned” that I can afford the deposit I made, yet if I genuinely had financial difficulties surely the best thing they could do is process my withdrawal, not hold on to it! Such a BS excuse to delay the payment. So I no longer play at Quinnbet, apart from hilariously, today as they put a free £20 casino bonus in my account with 15x wagering. I turned it into £188 and withdrew it, then they had the nerve to ask for this review, thinking I’d leave a positive one having had a big win. Yet all its done is given me the chance to expose their previous shenanigans! 💩

Avoid any and all sign-up offers with these shysters. They can seemingly retract it whenever they want and tell you to do one.Having recently completed a promotion i was told I was ineligible as someone using my IP address had already claimed the offer. (Impossible unless a passer-by managed to somehow access my connection in order to complete this specific offer, which seems highly unlikely.) I asked for evidence of this and they fobbed me off and said they couldn’t help any further. Avoid!

Some of your slots once you withdraw money will not pay any bonuses and the percentage payback on slots is very low I reckon as low as 70%. Other companies are as high as 90%.the casino will sometimes disconnect itself and when it comes back it seams that again no bonuses are hit

Negatives Take your money from bank no problem no proof of ID needed,Put any money back in bank. Need proof of ID etc. I know it’s rules now but so from start.On some slots your balance will go up before the reels have finished,sort of takes the game away from you.Positives Good bonuses. The website is okay, it has quite a lot of games. However the extend of the bet selection isn’t as good as others, and recently they’ve been limiting the over/under market (unless they’re mainstream games). If there’s ever a bet that’s stuck though, their CS support team is quick on the case, responding within an hour at max. Had another issue today with my withdrawals and Samantha W was quick to the case in helping me. Can’t say anything bad about the support too!
