Quinnbet voided bets going back months when a withdrawal was requested and confiscated my money until IBAS ruled in my favour. When i did receive my money 6 months later there was some missing. (i have a screen shot to prove this). Quinnbet hide behind the ambiguous ‘you have broken our t and cs’ and don’t enter in any correspondence other than that despite requests for them to reconsider and for a manager to call me with an explanation (not to much to ask surely?) Customers can not call them as Quinnbet don’t allow this, as you can see from their website. I have still not received an apology or a reason for their behaviour so please Quinnbet come on here and let me and everyone else know the EXACT reason why you saw fit to void all my winning bets, (not the losers surprise surprise) keep my winnings and not even have the courtesy to tell me why? Please don’t come on here and state we can’t comment on individual cases.

VOIDED MY ANTEPOST BET, quinnbet voided my antepost bets for cheltenham and then wouldn’t let me withdraw my balance. WARNING to anyone placing cheltenham bets just use another betting firm there is so much choice.DISREGARD quinnbet unless if you like to win you really lose. They have made up so many excuses of why they have not paid up my balance and I have sent every document and photo they have asked for but still refused and as for the ante post bets which had come down in price brilliantly they have not even answered the questions on this all they say is business decision as for my balance it’s my money they are stealing

WONT PAY OUT.simple they take your money after the signup checks and GUESS WHAT the unthinkable happened. I won a couple of bets. New tv I can buy I thought. But noooooooo. This company will not pay me and by the looks of the other reviews they won’t pay 100s of others either and footnote like so many of Quinnbets bad reviews yes all my id statement proof of address are all verified but they either ignore emails for weeks or simply come back with rubbish about anything they can make. Awful Firm, happily took my deposits and my bets. Then proceeded to limit my account very quickly. Went to withdraw the funds I have in there and was told my account is under review. Have been waiting 3 weeks for review to happen. Have repeatedly ask for an update or a timeline on his review but am given no information. The customer service team is ignoring my emails. Would advise against using them unless you want a protracted battle to withdrawn funds with no explanation.

Had the account open for a little over a week… apparently they have emailed me asking for documents but no email received. They are now refusing to send me my withdrawals but I can still deposit… funny that… literally holding me ransom to send documents by holding back my withdrawals.. pure thieves

Account restricted and won’t payout, was up on account, then only let me bet £1 on the ggs but guess what let me spend what I want on the casinos. Won’t pay out and sent all forms. If they come back and say trader decision or gambling commission guidelines , not paying out is not gambling commission guidelines. AVOID THIS BETTING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

MORE KYC CHECKS ONLY AFTER WITHDRAWING. Won a decent odds bet, so my account was nicely in profit and evens so I had already completed identity checks on the setting up of the account. They did not complete the withdraw. All paperwork sent and no email responses. Contacted solicitor who advised me to go to small claims court. Think this company is a small fry and won’t last long.

FRAUD THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAYOUT. all fine until you win. Then will not pay out your winnings. Asked for ID and bank statement and proof of earnings all after I had a few winners, all I may add were supplied before and supplied again and still won’t pay out. I am contacting my solicitor and asked him to pursue this. WORST BOOKMAKER EVER. All fine until I tried to withdraw , wanted id, id with selfie , bill, bank statement . All supplied although the bank, bill and id had previously been supplied on the original setup. Once I sent these they wanted more and another bank statement and my p60. These are all just stalling tatics and according to the gambling commission should be asked when setting up an account and not at withdraw point. They now not even answering emails. So now it really begins I am contacting ibas regarding this, then a solicitor. DONT LET QUINNBET rob you of your money. Take them to court but don’t let the get away with stealing your money. I will not stop until they pay me what I am owed.

Avoid at all cost, scam company. Deposited money, they asked for all KYC which was sent, banned my account and kept the money deposited. Currently having to contact my bank to try get money back and they’re customer support is completely ignoring all emails, there isn’t even a phone number to contact them either.

Decent enough site. Has everything I need except a poker client. Wouldn’t mind being able to play poker on there. Slots seem fair, unlike most places I’ve played. Wouldn’t mind a few promotions on bets each week. One site I play gives me a £10 free bet every week if I place 2 x £10 bets. So I tend to use that site for my weekly football coupon.
