Wish I had read these reviews before spending money with this company! Like others signed up for the welcome offer to be told I don’t qualify due to IP Address issue. When I asked for them to explain I was told they couldn’t tell me anymore and the decision wouldn’t be reversed. I asked them for proof of this and was told they wasn’t able to. Absolutely disgusting to do this to so many customers. I will be speaking to trading standards regarding this as it’s false advertising. Customer service very unhelpful and unforthcoming with any explanations or apologies. I will be taking this further. Do not use them !!!!!!

Do not sign up! .. Followed a link to get 40 pounds in free bets when you place 10 pounds. Won’t pay out my free bets bets even though I qualified due to sharing ip address apparently when this was not possible as was not connected to WiFi. Absolute scam, would never have signed up if not for the offer!!

Joined as they had a welcome offer for Cheltenham no free bets added to my account as something to do with a shared IP address. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. Customer service just said nothing they can do, misleading welcome offer for!! Will not be using again and don’t join if you want a welcome offer as you won’t get it !!

Signed up using a promotion of Betting £10 to get £40s worth of free bets. These were never given and the crap excuse was that there was a shared account from my IP address. Impossible because I’ve never had an account with them and no one else lives at my address.

Did their sign up offer and was told my free bets are denied because of a shared IP address. I then told them I used mobile data when signing up and they said it’s common for providers to assign the same IP to multiple people on data which proves I did nothing wrong! AVOID

Signed up for bet £10 get £60 in free bets, was giving a terrible excuse of IP address for not being awarded free bets, customer service was terrible and they replied with this when I asked to raise a complaint “ I am sorry and Im sorry for you to feel that way, I have passed your concern, but I cannot guarantee when they will contact you”The live chat just wanted to end the conversation offer nothing at all to help.This has been a terrible service and would tell everyone to avoid betting with Boyle sport!

Shambolic company. Signed up for the first time for Cheltenham signup offers. They took my £10 and then proceeded to not credit me with any bets, as I’d signed up from a Premier Inn and there were several accounts associated to the location I signed up at. Shame on you Boylesport

Signing up as a new customer, attractive offer of free bets for the upcoming Cheltenham festival, placed correct qualifying bet to release free bets, none arrived. Contacted Boyle Sports to advise, I was told I didn’t qualify as I had a shared IP address(I signed up using my mobile phone) this was enough reason to refuse the welcome bonus, I notice I am not the only one to experience this scam, please avoid!

According to their customer service team – who were totally unhelpful – we were restricted from their promos because we signed up from the same IP address. As long as you’re wagering from rooms that no one has or will ever be in, you (might) be fine. Looking through other reviews, they’ll probably still find some excuse not to credit their “offers”.TL;DRIf the world you live in is shared with other people and you like to punt with companies that won’t scam you, you’re probably better off spending your money with notable sites, who have functional customer service teams, accurate risk prevention tools, page loading speeds that don’t age you and better odds.

Signed up to new customer offer, placed bet of £10 and odds of 7/1 and when bet had settled was then told I did not qualify for sign up offer. Would not have placed bet if that was the case. Was told by customer service that was internal matter and that they can’t speak to me about it.

Went in my local shop today to play a FOBT. After losing circa £500 the manager approached me to ask some questions, that’s fine. He says I’ve triggered an alert, fine that’s not new to me I play big. However he advised me that there is a second alert which I was approaching at which point I would be barred from playing until I had completed KYC documents. This effectively limited my playing ability and made me extremely stressed, aware that I had a limited window in which to play. I asked why had I not been advised of this before I started playing since I wouldn’t have played at all, he told me that they were not allowed. I asked what is the value of the second trigger, he wouldn’t tell me, denying me the opportunity to make a proper decision. I asked where is it advertised that you may be told to leave a machine until you have completed KYC? There was no visible signage, I have pictures to prove it.Boylesports have effectively misled me into a position where I have lost money I would not have done if they had been upfront about their conditions of play. I simply would not have played if I knew they would behave like this. And worse they dress it up as responsible gambling when effectively they have shafted me. They let me play and lose and then said nah you can’t play anymore, we are keeping your money though. Absolute shambles trying to say they are protecting people. They caused me distress and anxiety.

My problem is with the slots, I play slots on a few sites and the big bass and fishing frenzy games on here pay out pennies, you would think you would get payed out somewhere near what you have staked on some occasions but on this site it’s never.

Been playing trophy fish for a while and invested into the game on this day. I raised my stakes and feature popped up but game frozen. Usually I sign out clear cache and restart but on this occasion kept saying try again later. After several attempts over different days still wouldn’t load up. Contact customer service and was told clear cache use a different phone etc which I did and still nothing. Complaint put in and still no acknowledgement from them but on chat with them they say they will be in touch. Game is a scam and I’m sure boylesport know it. TROPHY FISH stay away from it.

I made the grave mistake of signing up for BoyleSports through an affiliate link, which deceitfully promised a £30 sign-up offer. What followed was a nightmare. After an eternity on live chat, I finally managed to log in, only to find that my bets were never credited. The reason? I had the misfortune of signing up through an affiliate link. It appears BoyleSports pays these affiliates to peddle false promises, knowing full well they won’t deliver. This is not just false advertising; it’s a scam of the highest order. BoyleSports is a company that clearly has no qualms about deceiving its customers. Avoid them like the plague. I’ve been with these for a while now. I don’t think theyr a bad site I just wouldn’t rate them great. U do get the odd win but most weeks is a loss. The site itself is extremely glitchy. Often having to log put & back on again several times which disturbs ur play. U can’t enjoy it properly logging in & out finding ur game waiting for it to load only for it to crash again 3 mins later & having to start all over again. My biggest issue here is even if ur with this site for years.. trying to get a free bonus is like trying to squeeze blood from a stone. They will NOT give u a bonus. “Unfortunately ur account is not eligible for any bonuses & will not be anytime in the near future or the next 30 days” or something along those lines.. The site should be a little kinder to loyal customers by throwing them the odd bonus from time to time but no they will not give u anything free. I saw in my promotions a Cheltenham weekly promotion where everyday you have to place certain bet types all 10 pounds per day If you do this every week you get bets for Cheltenham festival in march You also receive free bets every week if you complete all the qualifying bets per day The 1 st week I completed every required bets and following Monday I received a free bet and on the Tuesday as well. I also received a message in my inbox everyday to update my progress. So obviously I was accepted for this promotion The 2 Nd week I completed all the qualifying bets and low and behold no sign of free bets on the Monday Contacted customer service who blatantly told me rudely I was not entitled to this promotion. Site is often very slow, which means that putting on a bet is frustrating and I have found myself missing out on bets because of this (some I would have won, others I would have lost, but on average I would have been up money….not often you can say that with a bookie!!) Apart from that, they’re like most other gambling sites.

Did not receive my welcome bonus despite completionof requirments, after reading the reviews here it’s obvious that the reason they haven’t gave it to me is because I signed up via my phone on my data, shambles of a company, do not waste your time or money!!EDIT:I spoke with live chat and they confirmed it’s because of the shared ip bullshit because using my mobile data, generally my WiFi isn’t strong upstairs, so to clarify do not bet with this company unless you like to be mugged off, if they can do this on the welcome offer I wonder what loop holes they’ll jump through to not pay out when/if you win big.

Im writing this on behalf of my girlfriend who has a very severe gambling addiction. Boylesports are very much aware of this. This happened yesterday in a branch in Melvin Rise, Meakstown Dublin. My girlfriend is well known to boylesports and even has a self exclusion in place which by the way means absolutely nothing to these horrible, disgusting people. Yesterday despite having a self exclusion in place she place 1850 euros of bets inside slightly over an hour . Where does social responsibility come in here? Why wasn’t she stopped. Betting shops have a duty of care to take reasonable steps to ensure self excluded customers don’t place bets. This is a massive breach. She attempted to take her own life and is now fighting for her life. I’m devastated and I’m angry. These gits don’t give a dam about anyone and this is proof. This is not the first time that this kind of thing has happened. They do absolutely nothing to to take measures to ensure people are safe and turning a blind eye to facial recognition technology is the lowest of lowest. What scum. If there was any decent in the company they’d be offering to return the money and show that they are human and show some kindness. But I’m sure pigs will fly
