Let's face it..bookies are there to make money..am I right..the difference between a good choice and a bad one is how the said bookie treats us the customer..I have used most of main bookies if not all and by far boyles are best choice....customer services is ok...special offers are ,I believe, the best in the buissness..most customers..spending £50 plus will get a minimum of £15 in free bets every week..that's a minimum most weeks more..payout...unlike william hills is fast..even if it's going to bank it's usually there next day or even same day...compare this to william hills..who are super fast actually taking your money but look for excuses to delay payment and who's customer service is scandalous..avoid them at all costs

The app is very well put together and provides all the information you need. For me this leads to trust in relation to making bets and so on. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Boyle Sports to a friend.

Poor effort on upholding there promotion to new customers.I only signed up to get the free bets they did not honour.Contacted there support team who said 2 accounts were set up with the same IP Address (My Sons and mine). We both received feedback that we were not eligible for the promotion for the same reason (IP Address).Far better Betting sites online who honour there promotions !!

Signed up using a promotional link where you place a bet of £10 and receive £30 back in free bets. Placed my bet, it got settled and no sign of free bets. Contacted them and apparently it’s because I signed up using a shared IP address which has happened because I was on mobile data when I signed up. The promotion was a mobile only deal so there is very high likelihood of this happening anyway, absolute scam. Got in touch with them and they as good as told me to do one and haven’t bothered responding to my last email. Avoid like the plague.

A major UK brand, but probably the worst one out there, I like to call them BoylePoor. They seem like control freaks to me, they like to take control over your account and how you play, including setting their own deposit limits over some negative feedback, but hey... "Player Safety".I see it as they've made it more safer for me to not give crooks money, so there is some decency to it, I guess. The only good thing about BoylePoor, is the 2 goals ahead on betslips, which probably won't be around for long, because it'll create more winners, and after 13 years of online gambling, I've come to realise, that's the last thing they want to create. It's at a point where regulars are under control and highly limited, while newbies are being lured in with a lot less tighter results to make it seem entertaining and fun... It's not... It's a business of profit, control and creating problems, knowingly.People will realise in the end, that the RNG, T&Cs and UKGC guidelines, are nothing but excuses to hide behind when they put a single customer in loop of nothingness, where nothing changes, across all games, by all providers, on all sites. And maybe then, people will realise, that every online casino, bookmaker, bingo site, poker room, and the UKGC, is just one big network, that know exactly how much you deposit, what you stake, what you play, what you withdraw, and what you've said when it comes to customer feedback...EVERYTHING is fixed to a liking, in YOUR name... And that's why we have separate fund accounts across every site you play at.How can a player's luck be so bad for 7 months straight, across several casinos, taking on deposit offers, wagering, different games, different providers, different days, different times, new games, old game... The list goes on... And so do the deposits, but you see absolutely nothing for them, the end result is "Logout".And 13 years later, this is how it is... But because I've said all this, that means they can assume gambling problems, instead of seeing the unfairness of their own corruption. I think they want me to tap out and pack it in, while still whipping deposits, like I never made one. When you start seeing the bare minimum, on every single game you try, for a long period of time, across every casino you're on, it's time for your gambling problem to kick in 🙂 They create more of these, than winners, trust me...⛔️!!AVOID!!⛔️

Exactly the same as many users below. Some excuse about using a shared IP address while I was using 5G data. Rung up and the man on the phone said he would escalate as clearly wrong. Recieved an email 8 hours later with a copy and pasted response with the same excuses as earlier. Scammers.

Didn't receive my welcome sign up free bets, contacted live chat and sent an email , received the same automictic response. Saying I sign up using the same IP address as someone else. Just a cop out to not honour the free bets. I sign up via my mobile using my own data, I think the only way you would receive your free bets is if you were in a padded cell by yourself with no-one around for miles.STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.I would have given an minus star review if i could........

Wish I'd checked here before signing up for the welcome offer as the same nonsensical 'shared IP' reasoning has been cited in the email from Boyle Sports as to why they're not crediting me with the free bets. I've only logged in at home, connected to my router with a dedicated private IP address, they've provided no evidence I was otherwise and no further reasoning. Never had any issue with any other betting company. I urge people to avoid them at all costs, this seems like a ploy to take people's money with no intention of crediting free bets.

I signed up to Boylesports using their introductory offer, which had been promoted on a Twitter account. Prior to this, I'd never heard of them. I read the T&Cs to make sure that the £10 bet I needed to place fit the requirements. There were no issues with setting up the account, and the bet was placed. The bet was settled, but I noticed no free bets were credited. I waited and then joined a live chat with an adviser. The adviser said I was ineligible because the IP address I was using had been used before. No idea what that meant: does that mean that I clicked on their site 5 years ago but didn't do anything? I've never had an account with Boylesports before, so I have no idea why I'm ineligible. The adviser was very unhelpful - she told me this without any evidence or explanation after I told her I'd never signed up before, then closed the chat whilst I was busy writing. Very unhappy so I reckon there's either a glitch in their system or they just don't want to honour the introductory offer. If there are issues with someone signing up to an offer, they should flag that at the start; not after you've already paid them!

Absolutely awful, made an account, was promised £30 in free bets after staking a tenner. Didn’t receive so I sent an email. They told me I wasn’t allowed them because I used a shared IP address. (I signed up at work on their WiFi). There is thousands of staff, so anyone else could have also signed up. It’s ridiculous.

Signed up to the free bet promotion and did not receive the joining offer. Was told in livechat that I will not be receiving my free bets due to a "shared IP address". no person in my household has ever had a Boyle sport account. I have conveyed this multiple times by email and been provided the same generic response. The signup offer is clearly a scam and the company will do anything to avoid paying it dispute qualifying for it. Avoid this site!

If you are living in the UK, and like most houses have poor WiFi connection do not bother with this company. They will disallow welcome offers simply for the fact you disconnected from your WiFi and were on mobile data. They state the IP is flagged and will refuse to give you free bets.

I was not given my free bets when I signed up to Cheltenham new joiner offer. They claimed it was because of the use of shared IP address. I have never had an account with BoyleSports and neither has my partner, we are the only people living at this address. Spoke with live chat and on the phone and no one can help. Use some common sense… if I didn’t qualify for the joining offer why on earth would I have joined when I could’ve wasted that £10 on betting accounts I trust like paddy power and sky bet.

Absolute abysmal customer service. I am waiting to be paid out. They requested my documents which is fine. All was well and then they decided to close my account on business reasons. No explanation. And still after 3 weeks I am chasing for payment of my funds. Every single time have been told the internal systems are reviewing and someone will email once approved for payout. I’ve since contacted a reputable law firm that are experienced in the industry to resolve this. Avoid this company

Have claimed I am ineligible for their Cheltenham sign-up, bet £10 get £40 credit offer due to being on a ‘shared IP address’ because I was out the house at work, given it was a Tuesday lunch time and so was on mobile data as opposed to WiFi. Literally ridiculous, how can that be controlled?

Comment from uk.trustpilot.com
I only signed due to BoyleSports due to the Cheltenham offer of bet £10 get £40 free, they took my £10 and then never credited me! Said something about a shared IP address is why the never credited my account, I have no idea about shared IP or what it means, when I signed up I was working as delivery driver out on the road, I used my iPhone on the o2 network, I don’t know anything about a shared IP address, or if I should I be worried? It certainly wasn’t deliberate, and if that was the case I feel BoyleSports should have let me know that before spending my money and placing a bet, as I wouldn’t have signed up to their site. When I googled it’s says on google it quite common for shared IP address especially on WiFi networks, but I never even used WiFi.Feel like I’ve done nothing wrong and they have just roped me in with this offer and then not paid out free bet, not fair at all. After googling reviews from google about BoyleSports it’s basically saying this happens a lot and it’s just a way to withhold the free bets from you for nothing really.I would avoid this company.

I signed up with BoyleSports after hearing positive feedback from a friend, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After registering and placing bets, I was told that I wasn’t eligible for the welcome free bets because my IP address had supposedly been used before. This is completely untrue — I have never had a BoyleSports account before, and neither has anyone in my household.I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue, but I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory response or the free bets I was promised. It’s unacceptable to deny new customers the advertised sign-up offer based on incorrect information. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning whether I should continue using BoyleSports at all.
