In my experience Boylesports look after their customers. They are fair and address any enquiries/grievances with respect for the customer.Their betting site is easily navigated and offers lots of variable options from a betting pointof view. As with all bookmakers, one has to decide what is value and what is not value. I do appreciate their loyalty rewards which are credited by way of free monthly bets and other prizes, (I got no prizes yet😥).

Been waiting for a bank transfer withdrawal since 21st Sept (10 days) and am constantly being given different timeframes and being lied to everytime I go on live chat or call. Supposedly Irish company with all customer service based in Phillipines. The attitude from everyone I have dealt with has been a joke. Nobody has a clue what they are doing. As soon as I get my money, if I ever actually get it, I will be closing the account.

never had a problem with withdrawing . i did have a problem once with depositing but this was sorted with a quick chat on there live chat support. odds arent the best but are fair enough to have a bet

Terrible customer service. Dont have their markets formed properly till after 11am each day to which point they are only copied from paddy powers never bettered. They never have extra markets available on races I.e place only, match bets and when they are formed they're always worse value than powers. Rang up to quote a price as I wasn't near a shop told they couldn't offer me one as I had the online office, I asked as a Good customer could you speak to someone and give me a rough quote for a place bet on a race so as I could decide if it was worth my while driving to a local boyles shop or going to powers as I knew their prices because they were ALL available on line as should be. I was told no. Typical it's not my job attitude from staff who couldn't care less. John Boyle didn't build his company with that attitude. I'm sure it was give the customer what they want within reason.

Great Bookmaker, currently doing there sign up offer, had a problem making a second deposit, went to online chat, had to send verification documents which was done all through the online chat and sorted very quickly, thanks Boyle Sports 👍

The option for football bets is very minimal. The free bet system is scandalous. You have to bet about 500 in a month to get your boyle premium free bet and that might only be 5euro and if you qualify for a free bet during the month the premium 5euro you have built up is taken away from you. Sky bet give you 5euro every week for 25 euro stakes. The good thing about the website is that you can deposit and withdraw in store.

Do not recommend. Every time i place a winning bet there is a mysterious problem with the site and bet cannot be placed on all the games. It was not isolated incident and there is no talking to them. Better chances of growing a money tree than winning with BoyleSports

I had been with Boylesport for around 4 years. I left the other day as I started to notice glitches in bet slips placements. I would have all 7 folds up on an accumulatior only to go on site an see a game that I did not place in my accumulator on it....!!! which in turn is a losing one and has lost my bet. Doesn't happen to me on other betting sites. This had happened to me about 3 or 4 times until I just lost patience and closed my account. There is no point arguing with them and I am not going to remember to screenshot my bet slip everytime I place a bet and should not have to. It was a pity to be honest because their customer service is second to none and odds are decent enough also. Cash out is fine though they have to move it on now and start showing more live games like PP, 1xBet and other betting sites. View is based on football & boxing bets ONLY.

I use boylesports to play lottery, bingo and slots, easy to get around the site, customer services sort out any problems (if any) quickly and politey, plus I have been quite lucky, I would deffinately recommend Boyle sports 😊

Theirs is a website that will no doubt take a lot of getting used to but it loads pretty fast. One thing I wish they would do is include more markets so punters can have a lot of options. In-play betting website is easy on the eye and has a simple enough interface for you to navigate through.
