Avoid premium blackjack like the plauge on Boyle sports I've deposited over 400 Into premium blackjack since the 7th of June 10 and 20s here and there betting 2 or 3 or 5 at a time the most I got up to was 30 then they stole it all back it would consistently pull blackjacks 20s and 19s for the dealer if you think you have any chance of winning your a mug and your completely wrong everytime you get a hand the dealer always has 1 better than you and not to mention the amount of times the dealer has pulled 21 of a 6 ,5 and 4 and 3 and the rest and I've never left the table with a profit the whole time after playing since 7th June 400 into that poxy game with no win I wouldn't mind but not one single win avoid these scammers at all costs don't give these scummy gangsters anymore of your money and yes you can reply Boyle and say it's all random but look at all the bad reviews we all know your living save yourself the hassle and don't bother replying unless you admit the software is rigged which we all know it is !

Decent bookie, some offers only available in shop, i have no shop near me for 100s of miles! Website can be a bit jumpy and odds can change and not update anything corresponding in the bet slip. Had no serious issues with these guys, would recommend.

Keeps giving me 1 golden chips because they know there is no chance of winning and always when there is a promotion for a game I got 6 cent one day next day 7 cent day after 0 euro but they can take the money on the slots easy wouldn't even call it a casino waste of my time everytime I deposit squealing riches was taking my money for months without pay constantly saying not logged on with a black screen ,slots never work treating me unfairly games take 10 minutes to load up to get a message not logged on

The percentages this outfit bet to on the distance is outrageous,EG A Horse is 4-6 to win the race,They price it up under 4L @2-1,4-6 Lengths inclusive @ 7-2,over 6 L@6-4 the percentages add up to in or around 60+33+22+40 for the 4 possible outcomes adding up to 152 % over round,so advice is never bet on a horse to win by a certain distance as the prices are stacked against you.

Won money asked to cash out was told I need documentation to cash it out yet you still took all my bets and money till I lost the lot, surely you should not let people place bets till they have been verified. Also the free bets they give are crap, 20 on a virtual bet, more chance of the pope coming for dinner than a virtual bet winner. Update from Boylesports about this complaint was just a template email from them very poor customer service.

Been ask on three separate occasions to send over documents, everytime a new one. Today I have been asked to send a selfie of me holding my driving licence so I can get my money. I have to say this crowd (Boyle Sports) employ the most badly trained, ignorant and argumentative customer service staff Ive ever come across in my life. They havent a clue how to respond to a customer and send out junior staff to address serious matters.This blog is not about my own personal bet as I wouldnt like to deprive John Boyle of a few extra bob for his piggy bank. I asked Boyle Sports three very important questions and no matter what you ask them they think they are always right and that the customer is somehow at fault. The three questions were as follows 1. Is it acceptable that Boyle Sports ring a customer at 9pm at night in reply to a betting query? What in Boyle Sports opinion is the watershed for contacting a customer at night? Is there anyone in the Boyle Sports organisation who thinks 9pm is way too late to be contacting customers?2. I raised a query about a 35 bet which was voided because I placed the bet after the horse race had started. Boyle Sports should have dealt with the query and left it at that, but instead a junior manager started giving me written advice about contacting Gambling Help Lines etc I dont have a betting account with Boyle Sports and this was a simple query about a 35 wager that I placed in one of their shops. I keep asking this junior manager why he mentioned gambling help lines etc in his responses and he keeps mentioning responsible gambling and in his eyes hes done no wrong. Can someone in Boyle Sports please explain to me why anybody in their organisation would mention gambling help lines in response to a query about a small wager. It just beggars belief and the individual Im dealing with keeps harping on about my personal circumstances in his responses. Ive never had a query with Boyle Sports before however he thinks Ive a gambling issue because I had the audacity to ask a question. You can clearly see these guys have no formal customer care training and they just cant understand how they can upset a customer by coming up with ridiculous comments.3 Why do Boyle Sports accept bets on horse racing if the race has already started? There is never a No More Betssign on their screens for American racing so how would the customer know the bet is void. The customer is unaware that the money they placed on a horse after the race has started is now void. Boyle Sports love this as they cant lose. If the horse wins they tell the customer the bet is void and refund his stake but if the horse loses they keep the stake money as the customer is totally unaware that his bet is void. Its pure brilliant!!!3. Where does the money go that belongs to the customer if the bet is void? Boyle Sports refuse to answer any questions about void bets. They know they are totally in the wrong but wont admit to same. I wont mention the junior manager again as its pointless as no matter what you say to him hes always right. I think weve all heard the saying The customer is always right but this guy never got the memo. The head of customer services Stephen White is nowhere to be seen as usual as hes still under the desk waiting for his Christmas bonus!!!It has to be the worst customer service experience of my life and Boyle Sports are just deplorable. The sooner the GRAI is established the better because the general public have absolutely no hope against this crowd of gangsters.This blog has nothing to do with the shop staff on the ground as they are excellent!!

I placed a 35 wager on a horse race in Hippo Chile and my horse won. I placed the bet in one of Boyle Sports shops and when I went to collect my winnings I was informed my bet was void as I placed the bet seven seconds after the race started. There were about twenty horses in the race in a track I never heard of and it was like the charge of the light brigade in a dust bowl. I appealed Boyle Sports decision but we all know its a waste of time. I received a call from Boyle Sports at home at 9pm from an obnoxious area manager and she confirmed that the bet was void. Boyle Sports also confirmed to me that in their eyes 9pm was an acceptable time to ring a customer at night. I wrote to Boyle Sports about the above and was informed by one of of their managers that I should maybe contact a gambling help line. The sad thing is that I dont even have an account with Boyle Sports so to make that comment like that is flabbergasting. Forgetting about my bet for a moment I asked Boyle Sports a number of questions which unsurprisingly they point blank refuse to answer. 1. Why did Boyle Sports accept the bet in the first place if the race had started? Their computer system knows the bet is void so why dont they refund the stake money to the customer immediately?2. I would have never have known the bet was void if my horse hadnt of won. I would have left the shop thinking Id lost my 35. Where does the void bet money go and is it given to charity if not claimed by the customer????? I bet not but Boyle Sports refuse to respond.3 Why dont they advise customers that if a bet is placed one second after the horse race starts in a racetrack outside the UK and Ireland then the bet is void?This has to be one of the greatest scams of all times and Boyle Sports know exactly what they are up to. I contacted the GRAI the new gambling regulator and they are going to review same once all the gambling regulations have been passed in the Dail. I also contacted Liveline and they have been in contact with me and are reviewing same. I would finally sign off this blog with one of the funniest comments Ive ever read in an email from Boyle Sports. We here at Boyle Sports try to promote safe gambling and we have the customers interests at heartThese guys will rob you blind and will try to make out they are the good guys. The head of customer services in Boyle Sports Stephen White doesnt think the above is serious and hides under his desk when there is a dispute. Id say he comes out at Christmas when the annual bonuses are paid.I have nothing personal to gain from pursuing the above but I wont allow Boyle Sports pilfer customers hard earned money.You messed with the wrong guy!!!!!

This outfit took over William hill here in Cookstown n.ire a while back where I used to bet and like most bookmakers now they have various bets like,match bets,odd v even, betting without the favourite, jollies v rags,top 3 v bottom 3, distance betting,3 place betting,etc etc etc.There were days I'd win or lose a few hundred or sometimes even thousands on these type of bets along with every other sports you could think of but always ended up losing the lot but low and behold I was called to the one side today by a member of staff and told that I was no longer allowed to bet anything over 25 on one of these particular bets because I was winning but allowed to bet on anything else for as much I wanted on any other sports.so please do not entertain this outfit,I was warned about them before I started betting with them that they were a woeful outfit and how true this was.

UPDATE. So now it seems like Boylesports doing everything not to pay. I've been waiting for over 24 hours for my withdrawal. On their website it states that withdrawal via PayPal will take up to 24 hours. I have spoke to support team few times and they can't tell me how long I will wait for my withdrawal to be processed as they have to make sure everything is OK despite the fact they never asked me for anything like documents etc. I have deposited and withdrawn money many times and never had a problem till now. I will check in a couple of hours for an update. As of now I'm shocked 😲 I really do like this casino. Never had a problem. Today i have won 5k for £2 bet, couldn't be happier ☺️ I have withdrawn the money this morning, my withdrawal is still pending. I will update when I will receive my winnings.

I see all these bad reviews and I started to worry as I wasn't able to withdraw but then spoke to 'van' in live chat and sent him my documents. He resolved my issue in less than 20 minutes and was then able to withdraw! Obviously I'll update when I recieve the money but definitely its my new favourite casino!

I called in to one of Boyle Sports shops last week and placed a bet on a horse race at a track called Hippo Chile which I never heard of before. I called up to collect my winnings but Boyle Sports voided my bet as I was seven seconds late in placing my bet on the counter. I was a bit perturbed with their decision so I called their customer support area and one of the service staff said he’d have the area manager contact me. I was sitting at home at 9pm that night and who rings only the area manager. I was shocked with the lateness of her call and not only that but she was rude and arrogant and didn’t like answering questions. I wrote to Boyle Sports management complaining about same but I think Santa Claus would respond quicker than this crowd.I want to put the general public on notice that if you place any bet on horse racing in America or any other foreign race track and you are seconds late in placing the bet and your horse wins then Boyle Sports will not honour your bet. This also applies to any virtual race and Boyle Sports are making a fortune from this practice. Boyle Sports are in a win win situation as most of us are unaware of their rules and instead of telling you that your bet is void they keep the money for themselves. I guarantee they will respond saying it’s the responsibility of the customer to make sure the bet is on time but that is horse manure. There systems should not accept the bet if the race has started but Boyle Sports don’t want that to happen as they are making a killing from this practice. Boyle Sports cannot lose in this situation because if your horse wins they won’t pay you and if your horse loses they keep the void bet monies. It’s brilliant and they know exactly what they are doing and are laughing at us at the same time. There is not one sign in any betting shop to advise us that any late bets will be voided and on top of that Big Brother in Boyle Sports security section are watching all the time.I have contacted the GRAI the new betting regulator about the above and they are going to investigate once the Regulator has the legislation in place. I have also contacted Joe Duffy and hopefully he’ll contact me to discuss same. Boyle Sports please don’t ask me to contact customer care as I’ve already done so and senior management are hiding under the desk. I’ve tried everything in my powers to get a response from Boyle Sports and they keep using a junior customer service agent to do their dirty work. These guys don’t like answering questions and this is the only way to expose their illicit practices. Boyle Sports have a motto that if you raise a query and they answer “No” then don’t bother asking a second time as you’ll be disappointed!!No Christmas bonus this year lads!!

Had a couple of decent withdrawals with in two weeks and they've now decided to put a £300 deposit limit for the month on my account.Yet they haven't asked me to provide any information.I earn £3500 net a month and I've no mortgage on my house.Just to clarify also the two good withdrawals were the ONLY good withdrawals I've ever had. They obviously don't like to lose money. So if you win you're restricted.They can keep their deposit limit, I'll be giving them no more. Ill go play elsewhere.

This company is a sham, I signed up for their Bet £10, Get £20 + £10 Casino welcome bonus, spoke on chat and confirmed I would get the free bet if I placed the qualifying bet. I placed the bet and won, then contacted via Chat after the free bets weren’t credited and they claimed something about IP Address shared use and that I wouldn’t be offered this free bet. I signed up for my account using Mobile Data on my phone because I was out of the house and have been punished and denied the promotion for using Mobile Data? So they’re happy to take my money for bets but not willing to follow through their own welcome offer. They’ve lost a customer now for this deplorable behaviour.

Hi,Was trying to get the 10e free bet for those with Boylesports Xtra card holders yesterday as the offer ended yesterday evening. When I went about logging in it wouldn't let me. I have a telephone account with you. I rang customer service, about 4 or 5 times, snd they told me I hasn't an online account. They then gave me a password but still wouldn't work. I got 3 or 4 different passwords and still it wouldn't work. A customer service person then told me I was online!!!???Out of utter frustration I decided it wasn't worth all the hassle for 10e. Well, any query small or big it’s so easy to communicate with the Boyle sport team. Very helpful staff that want to help and generous on houses. When I win too I never get any problems such as limiting me to any betting restrictions or blocking my account unlike other book makers

After careful review of this Sportsbook we concluded that overall they have failed the Fair Play test.Odds are generally poor and tests conclude your account will get restricted fairly quickly if you have a few wins.Being one of the smaller group we had expected this Bookie to work harder at keeping customers however they fell short during our tests.General observations are we recommend that you would probably be better off playing with one of the big boys.

Blatant fixed payouts on Slingo super spin.I staked over 122 at 20p per bloody spin (over 600 spins) b4 I got full house which only paid top prize of 50.I played several more times to see if I could get some of my losses back, but should have known better ..staked over 69 won 10.In 3 games I staked approx over 250 won 110. All in all lost over 200 playing this blatantly fixed game.I do not want a reply saying its regulated etc.RTP is for boylesports not us punters.Will not be playing any more of thi .Enough is enough.just to be clear I do not have a problem wirh gambling. i've won and lost on this site but what i have noticed is they take money from your account basically double charge so they took the money at the time of deposit and a few hours later they charged my bank the same fee again its happened a few times now so thats it from me and this site aint worth it
