What an absolute disgrace of a casino, 2 full days without any improvement to the sad excuse of a server you have. Every month I used to get free bet. Depending how much I lost. At one occasion I was given £50 free bet I think I wagered £2k and lost it all. Since then I never been given one. I have created an account which was fully verified. I havse sent my passport, ID and POA and I began to play there. I have made a deposit of 400 EUR, I won 2500. I have received an information that my account has been closed due to business reasons. They did not give me my deposit back – I was speaking to the agent named Jeff – he was not able to disclose reasons related to their decision or any other reason why my money was stolen. I have not received any support from Boylesports nor the contact info of where to escalate this case further.

Got a 5 free bet on the app which I used to bet on the Grand National & won. They requested my bank details to pay out which I provided. Then they wanted a pdf of a bank statement dated within the last three months. Which I provided. THEN they wanted a pdf of my bank statement, dated within the last three months which also shows a Boyle Sports transaction (which of course I could provide as my bet was free and any past betting I had done with them had been in person at the local Boyle Sports shop) at one point I thought they might ask for a vial of blood!! After being informed that I couldnt provide a bank statement with a Boyle sports transaction and why, they told me to disregard that request and that my winnings would be paid into the account I provided. Big shock, it wasnt. Total scam. Bad experience. Never using the app again and the whole experience has put me off even going to the shop.

I have signed up during Aintree and deposited money. My account was verified. I didn’t receive a welcome bonus (I don’t know why). I won during the first day, in the second day I won small amount and on the third I lost almost everything. I had 20 pounds left and wanted to withdraw but they asked for big list of documents. I have accounts almost everywhere and I am verified automatically because my phone number, address and so on are known to the bookies. I registered to their website because of enhanced odds of a horse and was verified. It is funny how they suspended my account after few small bets. Second time I’ve had a problem in a shop that I have reported and second time it’s the usual ‘we’ll deal with this internally ‘ lip service. Friendly and helpful. I dont have much experience of betting or gambling. However have recently enjoyed a flutter here and there. The help chat was really good. Ngl Im surprised at the reviews here Ive never had an issue with Boylesports. Their site is clear concise easy to follow, there are markers for everything, Football odds are often better than other sites and Ive found their customer service to be first class. As Ive said in other posts Ive written, I like to complain (Im an old man ??) but Ive nothing I can complain about here. As for slots, well you take your chances I guess, its called gambling after all and yeah Ive lost plenty on them but Ive had a few good lifts too. Pays your money takes your chance. Of course like all things of things change Ill update that but as of today April 16/ 2023 its all good with Boylesports and Id recommend them far and above many many others.

Like the boost for accumulator bets as I always do 5 teams or over. Customer service was second to none and got my identification stuff sorted in minutes which I can say sometimes takes days if not weeks with other sites. sadly i read the comments on Boylesports and decided as enough said it was ok id join and give it a go.i made a meagre deposit of 25 pounds and made a few bets etc turned it into 50 was ok losing said moniesbut decided try withdraw to see if it was possiblehey presto they allowed the withdrawal.so i thought ok i can deposit and withdraw when i like so alls good.little realising that when i again tried to withdraw that the account was blocked.and i was asked send so much info that no way was i going send copies of bank statements and utility billsso i wasted the monies id won and blocked said account.ive no interest in playing on sites that let you deposit as easy as 123 yet withdrawrals you have to jump through hoops.

Had a 70 win on a 9/2 horse. They claimed the price changed to 4/1 which is fair enough. So I had 350 to come I placed a 40 bet on the back of that then that lost tried to place another bet 40 double which won and they refused the bet claiming something about security sure enough they are happy to honour the 40 loser but dont want to pay out on the 40 winner. Absolutely disgraceful from them I might add it was 20 minutes after the win I was trying to place these bets and their internal system caused the delay had they paid out straight away rather than messing me about for 20 minutes Id have had the cash to pay the bet. They offered me a 50 free bet which will show you they know Im correct and they were in the wrong. Never bet with this mob again.
