Huge issue currently with support, asked about promos available to me 4-5 times, very unhelpful chat, never told me about a promo that was perfect for me, I spent thousands which I could have been benefitting from this promo all along and now they refuse to provide anything to me. Refusing to deal with me work with me, telling me to go the gambling commission incorrectly, telling me to go to ibas and they will deal with them not me, even though I’ve been polite just direct. Poor customer service and very little bonuses etc in general anyway, after about 10,000 wagered I was offered nothing, and have recieved total €5.50 and refusing to compensate on these issues also. Also they locked me out of my account pending a review, even though a review was just done, and say only management can reopen, and management are monitoring me? Awaiting a response, an apology and offer of compensation and will update this review.

I am a 50 year old Taxi driver in Dublin City. I went in to their shop on Church St on Wednesday and spent 6 euro on the lotto. Amazingly I won 165e. Collectethat without problem in another shop. The next day I went to the Church St shop to do a bet and was told by staff I was barred. No explanation, no process to go through. Mortified disgusted. Never been in trouble in my life. The customer skim is very very big on games and casino, find another bookie. Example 17 spins on a game and not even a sniff of anything happening in one sitting. signed up a week ago and so far not sure about BoyleSports, now they do have good promotions and a decent selection of slots but that’s where the good points end. Every deposit has been a loss with never getting even close to my original deposit amount (£40) as set that as a daily limit. Now I’m great full I did this as the slots seem to pay out very low on average. Will probably give it another week before closing my account as so far the gameplay seems to be very dull and we all play slots for entertainment (RIGHT!)

Use boylesports for many years the website is pretty crap, but they do have an excellent telephone service where you can ring up and theres any mistake. Its all on tape the old fashion way via customer services in the Philippines when you get through to them theyre very confused. I dont think they know how many legs a horse has, but as an overall company compared to others Id say its pretty great and as I said to staff you get to speak to the same people and you build up a bit of a rapport.

I used their Acca Rewards offer and placed 4 x 20 accumulator bets. The Boylesports acca insurance meant that I should have received 4 x 20 free bets after 1 leg in each acca lost. Unfortunately, Boylesports, after accepting the bets, decided that I was no longer eligible to receive the free bets. For me, this is nothing less than fraud. I would not have made these 4 x 20 bets without the peace of mind that their insurance offered. I have tried contacting customer service several times. They are completely unhelpful..I’m not sure if they are poorly trained or they are instructed to play dumb in order to deliberately misunderstand customer enquiries.Boylesports then blatantly lied to me, stating that I had not applied their Acca Rewards. This is completely untrue and it tells me everything I need to know about the customer service standards within this company. I have asked Boylesports 4 times for their official complaints procedure and for contact details for regulators in the gambling industry (Resolver & eCogra). On each occasion, Boylesports have completely ignored my requests for their own company policy and for contact details for Gambling Commission bodies. I will continue with this complaint, and will not let them cheat me without putting up a fight for what I am entitled to.I have now contacted Resolver (no thanks to Boylesports!) and have lodged a formal complaint against this company. If this is not resolved then it will be escalated to eCogra in due course.

Boylesports ripped me off again!!! I’m disabled so I got my friend to place a bet for me, the horse was 12/1 night before out to 14s and at time of placing bet out to 16/1 boylesports gave me 10/1! It was Backed just before off into 9/1 so they’ve mugged me! I wouldn’t mind it but it opened up 14/1 and was 14/-16/1 across the industry at the time of placing my bet, surley that’s not right ? Oh and be aware if you win big on a lucky 15 for instance there best price rules are only 1k max over sp prices so if all your winners backed you won’t get paid all your money which could be thousands less!
