While i loved this site and also i think i’ve give 4/5 brilliant reviews im now very upset!!!!I was asked to provide bank statement’s which i did they then wanted to see them again which i sent as well as explaining my money now to be told i can not play until 1st of January 2023 ? absolutely appalling i play what i can afford to play while still having money left over in my bank if i should need anything in my house!!!! I have given over Multiple bank statement’s and yet still they wont let me play until next year i have been a long and loyal customer to this site and feel like i have been treated VERY UNFAIRLY!!!!!What a absolute shame i’ve had to put 1 star this time!!!!

absloute horendiuous, in tears, over 520 and not a bonus worth shouting about, constantly on the take, all you do is take take, all sites conected & governed by same govening body, its a pute gfambli ng, they say RNG that is a load of bull, over 500 and nowt yet wouldnt juts log in and win staright fuming

Still waiting for a “useful reply” to my original issue/review, rather than the generic, meaningless replies I have been given so far.Seems like Betvictor are too busy creating positive reviews to bury the genuine bad ones, I don’t think I’ve seen a positive review here yet that doesn’t specify an employees name – how likely is that in reality?

Do not place your bets on horse racing here the best odds can be found elsewhere and always on the exchanges.

Ripp off site, just like many others. They allow you to win a little at the start and then they flick the switch on you and they DON’T turn it back on, at least in my case. Literally 2000 spins on TED Megaways with NO BONUS, and it was the same story on all the other slots I tried. While i do love this site and play it often since the new update i just dont get hardly any wins at all. I play mostly Neptune’s fortunes megawaysBig Bass bonanza Stars megawaysOr the new game Down The RailsI use to win alot on Neptune’s like i would get 6/7 of the tritons bonus rounds or the chest opening in one sitting and win decents amounts sometimes even getting like 800 / 900 bonus win but now i’m playing 100s before i can get one bonus and only getting 3.60p wins.
