Used their match bonus offer then was limited to slots w both the deposit n the bonus money.Played slots and at the beginning of each game a notice pop up “further bets will be taken from your bonus”. Used up the bonus n left the deposit in the account. Few days after came back to 0$, they claimed jn the agreement, my deposit money is to be used up first then the bonus. Why would a legit casino resort this such a low handed scam!!!

Allowed me to spend £62k in one minth. Gagged me with a settlement for 21k refund yet said no wrong doing. Still think it’s ok to spend 40k in one month with zero checks at all.

honestly one of the best online casinos i have used, any problems the live chat is straight there to help. i got Adam in the live chat and absolutely perfect service helped out straight away after i provided details. i understand that for some to wait a few hours for your pay out is bad but its a heck of a lot better than most other casinos. also part of me feels like a lot of 1star reviews are just salty tbh.

This sites withdrawal process has really went downhill. Not long ago this was the fastest payout site there possibly was. Unfortunately now you wait hours for your payout to be processed.

As many have said before me (I should have read the reviews before putting my money in) this site is by far the worst site I have ever played on. It will give you a win on your first deposit and then after that it doesn’t matter how much money you put in, you will not win! Please please don’t waste your money on this site. The star rating is mis leading as most of the good reviews are complementing the customer support team rather than the site itself. I don’t bet big on slots, I do it for a little fun but I do expect my money to last a little while and not go straight through EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Great site if you win small amounts as they payout pretty quickly and good selection of games.I won 21,000 they claim it takes 7 days to pay out but it only took 24 hours.

Customer service because of Max, is top notch, not to many platforms have this type of interaction including the chat agents, and if your lucky youll get one like I did , Max, who is an absolute rockstar and actually listened and offered real time solutions with real words not just copy and paste paragraphs. Joined and after only 1 week and a handful of sports bets, half that I lost the other half that I won.. I’ve been restricted and told to withdraw my money and leave their site, for no reason. Seems like another sports book that is strictly looking for losers and parlay bettors. Just another fraud.

Would give it no stars if i could. The only time i won on here was with my welcome bonus, i miraculously managed to wager and withdraw some money. Since then not one win on slots, oh actually i won 6.20 on big bass hold and spin on a 30p spin, last night i won 90 pounds off a 20p spin on PP. Wont ever deposit again, the payout on the games is ridiculous. UPDATE. I have been reading the reviews and the only good reviews are from people commenting on how good their customer service is and how great live chat are and specially mentioning names. I registered a new account to get a free £30 bet offer, but I deposited by PayPal instead of debit card so I didn’t qualify for the offer. Just come back on to say ignore the reviews saying they arent legit or they block your account before you withdraw. I have been a new player now for about a week and I have won a whopping 1k. As for BetVictor, I didn’t have a good experience because she closed my account and requested documents, self holding document, proof of deposit of my account. I sent everything by email as requested and even so they said they would not unlock my account with R$ 1144.74

Had an account for over 50 years with VC as a low staking horse racing punter. So have had a good run. Maximum 5-10 bets a week over last few years for a few pounds. Overall they have taken money from me or have at the best broken even. Clearly their traders don’t like making money. Like many bookmakers they don’t seem capable of running a book and just close accounts with no reason or warnings given. It’s time someone looked at the way they do business. The recent white paper debate hits out at punters whilst it should look at the bookies. Always praised VC but sadly no longer.

DIRTY CHEATERS. When I paid in there was no trouble and I lost. As soon as I won and want to withdraw suddenly thousands of verification documents. I sent photos with ID statement from the bank bill. Nothing helps. Going forward, I’ll only use Planoff. They are the only ones who promptly release my funds to me.I will report the matter to the supervisory authorities I have all correspondence and screenshots.

Should really get rid of all these fake positive reviews. Site is rigged to make you lose. Tried an experiment on 4 different gambling accounts with them. 1,000 deposited in each account. All bad losses all same day all on slots. Probably worth for the gambling commission to have a look at them.
