I am reviewer and promoter to over 3 million people for ten years.this believe me is a great site.admittidly there is only 2 games and free spins promo I have issue with and reached out to provider.the worst being doghouse megaways.22 deposits this week 20p spins and not a single bonus .2 bonus symbols once is the closest after almost 800 pound wagered.and lucky clucks golden egg feature after building up to 80 pound my data dissopeard but they fixed it got it back but it has been 1 year of constant play and not once activated golden egg.and free spins promo wager ammount win upto rouhhly 200 spins each week for wagering.so far out of wagering thousands of pounds and recieving 1000s of spins i can not win anything.it seems all my free spins return roughly 50p ore 20p.50 spins from wagering 350 pound returns 30p allmosy every ti.e.i did reach out about this issue .from i think the past 500 spins i won roughly 3 pound.im not sure till get stats again.apart from this it is a brilliant site and in my top 5 uk casinos.i do honest reviews so you don’t have to play until I have.talksport bet allso great.instant wirhdrawls and I mean instant in 1 muinet.grwat live chat.just 2 games and free spins from wagering promo is the big issue lately.but I don’t think it is there fault ,not sure.since playing doghouse megaways past week it’s the longest I been without a withdrawable ammount.i researched the game and thousands are same issue for years now.keep up great work.

Great customer service!I also had a bit of confusion when I used the welcome bonus, the deposit is matched 100% up to $400 dollars. However, the whole amount (deposit + bonus) is awarded as a bonus and needs to be wagered 10x (so 400 deposit = $4000 wager requirements).The bonus expires in 7 days but if you contact support they will extend the day count until you either A run out of money or B finish the wager requirement.I spoke to a very nice CSR named Pavol and he took the time to explain all of this to me. Very patient!Would use it again just for good customer support!

Very poor and cheeky on their welcome offers. Id apparently signed up to another one of their brands so didnt qualify for the welcome offer yet it let me sign up an account and said I was eligible. They only tell you after youve deposited and lost your bet. Customer service didnt want to help either. Go to bet365, they treat their punters way better, they always put their customer first unlike these con-artists. If someone would like to rectify this they can – account 13228953

Stole my money?! Don’t use this company(Bet365, WH, and Ladbrokes are better anyway). They wouldn’t return my money(legitimately paid from money I’d earned in my job), until I filled out a questionnaire that asked a bunch of questions that I didn’t have the answers for? When I asked them about this, they just pushed me back to the ridiculous questions that they had no issue with when I was paying money in? Avoid betting with these Rip-off merchants. The ones I mentioned early will always treat you well.

This company is a complete and total fraud. Very experienced scammers and very cold. I’ve never experienced this in my life. After being verified i played a second game few weeks my first game which i lost. Few hours to the match my account was closed claiming dishonesty activities on my account. I just bet nothing dishonest about that. The game I played won but they won’t pay both winnings and initial deposit but I shouldn’t feel bad After All it’s in their rubbish T&C which only helps them defraud you. The coldest term I’ve ever heard from support is ITS A BUSINESS DECISION meaning Since paying me my winnings doesn’t favor them why don’t they close the account. Don’t let them do that To you. They’ll definitely hear from my lawyers. So unreasonable Not even a listening ear.

I had a darts bet in live play at 0.30 on friday night, sat morning which was settled correctly as a winning bet. The same 2 players played each other again the following night and the winning bet suddenly became a losing bet and 166.50 was withdrawn from my account because they resettled my bet on the wrong match. I went to have 50 ew on a 16-1 shot at 18.37. When my bet was processed, I was on at SP – less than a minute later, 14-1, then 16-1 were available. Truthfully, I am a new customer of Betvictor. It’s funny because normally one would get a couple of wins when first joining. But not here. I have truly never seen worse slots in my entire life. And I’ve played slots for a long time. The RTP is appalling. I’ve gone through 200 on smallish stakes 50p/60p and nothing to show for it and very little time.I don’t think I’d recommend this company to my worse enemy. Please avoid if you like slots and value for money. I obviously don’t expect to withdraw everytime I play but I’d expect enjoyment at least.

Only joined this site, and made my first deposit today. 30. Played slots on small stakes and out of the 30 I made a return of 2 which I got on their own transaction page. Have screenshot it too haha the rest were all dead spins. On an advertised game of 95% RTP.I will give it another go maybe next week but I’m not going to waste my money to get no entertainment at all.
