I tried to have 50 ew on a 33-1 shot on a handicap sprint at Beverley. They said the payout - about 2000 - exceeds the maximum for that type of race. Utter drivel. Live chat denied that I had been restricted and said their traders assessed each race and sometimes sadly couldnt lay as much as the customer wanted to bet. This would be logistically impossible and its obvious they only restrict winning accounts. Victor Chandler used to send me a personally signed Christmas card when I was a telephone customer - this current outfit is dragging his name through the mud.

I spoke to Reese today about not receiving a free bet and he explained the reason and put my free bets on my account straightaway. I am very happy with the service I received.

I don't rate this bookmaker. Joined a month ago and then they restricted my account. When I checked the account it said the restriction was due to my failure to verify my phone number and email. OK. So I verified them. The restriction was not removed so I contacted their help desk - they having not bothered to contact me advising if the restriction or the reason for it. Then they said it was their Trading dept decision and 'irreversible'! Look elsewhere for peaceful punting is my advice!

I saw an new customer offer but managed to mess up the sign up process. I spoke to Jamie and Thomas on the live chat who sorted me out in no time. It was the easiest and quickest live chat I've experienced. It was made better by the transcript being emailed to me so I had reassurance that when I needed to contact them again to credit my free bets there was a record of what had been agreed.

Disappointing! Been a member of BV for some time now and did the Grand National on Saturday. Qualified for their 'spin the wheel' promo but they have restricted my account so the promotion doesn't work. No idea why this has happened?
