What a disgrace Betfair has become.
I contacted the customer services regarding an incorrect settled wager – was told it was a loser, but disagreed and contacted them via email – have had no reply. Heres my wager -whats your opinion ?
I had a wager on a horse match race A versus B- both horses pulled up – but my bet was settled as a loser- so who won and who lost ??
This has happened previously and in my opinion should either be void bet or a non runner.
I wonder how many unsuspecting punters are ripped off in similar settling ?
Seems this company is only interested in its profits with no or poor customer service.
My advice is keep your eye on their settling of your bets. Certainly this company gone down hill for service to punters.

In regards to my previous review of Betfair if you combine Betfair and Paddy Power trustpilot ratings(Paddy Power is about 1.6 compared to Betfairs 1.5 both extremely bad)you will start to see why Betfair has gone from being the best betting exchange experience in the early 2000's to what it is now as the customer experience which was always important to Betfair has now become totally non existent.

If you check the Paddy Power ratings you will see pretty much the exact same issues that Betfair members have which is with the Sportsbook where football matches disappear Cash Out disappears at convenient times(the casino arcade and slots are very suspicious in my opinion and never work properly)which is exactly what Paddy Power users say so is it any wonder when Paddy Power bought up the Sportbook and joined forces with Betfair that the whole experience has got worse.

I have never reviewed Betfair before on Trustpilot and was absolutely shocked at how bad the ratings are people closing their accounts leaving in their droves and it should now be plain obvious to Betfair that they have serious issues its not just a few issues its numerous problems mainly with the Sportsbook but also the Exchange.

Betfairs customer service representatives if that's what you want to call them can be extremely rude and aggressive insinuating that's its your fault and why are you complaining it takes forever to talk to someone on live chat as they don't have an email facility anymore every other betting company does apart from Betfair which considering they are a multi national worldwide company should be an embarrassment because a member doesn't want to talk about something important on live chat or receive an automated response they want to either talk to someone on the phone who knows what they're talking about or send an email(a lot of Betfair customer service representatives don't understand Betfair or betting)so why are they working for them answering customers queries if they don't understand how the Exchange/Sportsbook works.

A recent reviewer on Trustpilot said they wouldn't be surprised if Betfair go under I'm not sure that will happen but if you keep on offering a substandard service and keep on taking your loyal customers for granted then you deserve exactly what you get people will go elsewhere as there are plenty of Betting Portals and Sportsbooks around plus Betfair don't have the monopoly online anymore like they used to have.

I have four telephone accounts none with Paddy Power should I add and although the majority of my betting online has gone through Betfair since the early 2000's I'm more than happy to take my money elsewhere if I'm not valued or wanted so I think Betfair and Paddy Power should heed the warning as people will keep on leaving and it might be too late for them to do anything about it or realise what's going on Betfair and Paddy Power you have been warned.

Annoyingly I don't get any promotions anymore, apparently not eligible for any of the 5 free spins. I used to get these everytime they showed up on my app but now I can't get any. I did have a problem with my account and I believe this is why and what's happened but the customer service team don't seem to care or want to help – account deactivated you won't be getting my money anymore!

They don't reply to emails and if you get thru to someone on a phone they promise a manager will call you back but they never do… Site has numerous problems and is always going down. Live video down at least once a day

API works really good.

I uploaded some documents, that were accepted, before doing the first withdrawal. I did not know that my account was not fully verified yet and had to wait a week before the account was verified. In the meantime I couldn't bet.

Still 4 stars. API works good and the documentation is good enough. Customer support is quick to react. Only the KYC department was a bit slow.

This is honestly the biggest scamming ripoff casino you could ever use or be a part of. Youre obviously not supposed to win every single time you play, but you will get caught up losing every single deposit you make on just about any and every game you play. I know many people who will vouch for this as well. Stay away from this place at all costs…if you don't believe me or the other people here saying the same thing, you are going to waste your money. I've deleted my account with them and it wouldnt be a surprise if they go completely under in the near future. Stay away, trust me.

Years ago Betfair used to be the best betting experience around the exchange was top notch and fluid with lots of liquidity available on a range of markets but since Betfair linked up with Paddy Power the Sportsbook side has gone rapidly downhill.

There is definately something suspicious going on with the casino arcade slots as when first played you will win money but after a while you will start losing heavily with spin after spin losing and no returns.

I've noticed many suspicious patterns on certain casino games where the same patterns are repeated over and over again sometimes you will be offered 25 free spins when you win 25 if you accept the offer you will lose heavily sometimes upto 100 or more yet if you don't accept the offer you will win so its as if you are being encouraged to accept the free spins offer which many gamers will do and if accepted you will lose a lot of money straight away.

Betting on the Sportsbook football is a nightmare games will totally disappear at random for no reason Cash Out conveniently disappears at certain points to stop any Cash Out and will not return for ages sometimes when the game is nearly finished rendering the Cash Out option defunct.

This happens all the time on multiple/accumulator bets on the Sportsbook add that to the customer service from Betfair which is totally non existent and all in all what was once a brilliant betting experience has become a nightmare.

I would definately say that the casino gaming is extremely suspicious and would strongly advise using it my enjoyment of Betfair used to be brilliant but its not really fun anymore I have no confidence in its legitimacy the exchange is ok punter again punter Betfair don't care about the exchange as they make huge amounts in commission the Sportsbook is totally different and I personally don't have any confidence whatsoever betting on the Sportsbook so I would say if you bet on the Sportsbook you do so at your own discretion because in my experience you will lose and lose heavily over a period of time.

Don't understand a previous comment about lack of Football matches to bet on. There's a wide array of markets, certainly for Football and Horse Racing which I use on Betfair. I can't comment on the Casino side as I don't use it. Never had a problem though with the services I do use and Customer Service were helpful when I have had to use them.

The game malfunctioned as i was playing. I entered the bonus/jackpot round. Once i clicked the coins for bonus spins- the machine blanks out- and i lost the ability to see the jackpot rounds play out. In addition the game screen is no longer under my control. My ability to change the bet size, stop auto spins, or see the game reels were lost. (I would assume being able to control the actions of betting is mandatory for all games in a casino online or otherwise_

I reached out to customer service right away- and was promised a response in 72 hours. After not hearing back from betfair, i followed up and was told they are still waiting for a response from the game provider. After waiting nearly a month, i followed up again and this time the service agent said they reached out to the game provider again and their answer was that "game/round completed" and there was no issue on their end that could be seen.

I have numerous pictures and videos of the incident.

I'm disappointed by the betfair.com support teams customer service response and openly question the ethics and fairness of these online slots and predatory behavior.

Customer service experience is atrocious
Managers always too busy and say they'll call back but they never do. You contact them and they don't reply. I had to send my email to the CEO who then forwarded it to the dept who finally got in touch like they said they would 2 weeks later. By that time the event had passed.

I started playing bet fair online casino several years ago…
You win big at first, but once you make a withdrawal that’s when you lose, lose, lose!
And since the new update, you can’t win at all or find the games you enjoyed before.
I’m about to write a letter to the casino commission of New Jersey and express my concerns. I suggest everyone do the same!

13 years ago when I joined they were superb. The greatest company in the world. The exchange was wonderful

Then they got greedy and added the sportsbook which is pointless as you'll be restricted very fast

Then even worse they sold to Paddy Power and that when it lost the plot. Customer service is an utter embarrassment they don't even pretend to care. They tell you they will call you back and they don't. That would never have happened back in the day. Constant outages on the site. Races not being suspended in time etc etc etc

They have had live video issues for years yet still tell me it's my side and to clear my cookies and cache. Embarrassing

Betfair are no better than the bookies who rig the market in their favour by restricting accounts of people who actually make a profit gambling. Betfair don't do this however they rip people off another way by taxing them up to 60% on winnings!! Not only do they charge commission on winnings now they have decided that if sometime is successful at betting or trading they'll take a big % instead. Up to 60% . Gangsters!! Simple as that.

Betdaq don't do this so I recommend as many people as possible switch to Betdaq and show Betfair where to go. This will increase liquidity on betdaq exchange which will make it a better place to gamble or trade.

I placed a bet for England to get more than 156.5 runs in 20 overs the game was abandoned due to rain and betfair or bet unfair claim that the total of 131 after 16.1 overs stands as there was more than 16 overs played even though England were odds on to exceed the total if they had the extra 3.5 overs left, unbelievable that they can do this
