If there was truly ever, a more loathsome twosome that thoroughly deserve each other, then this is a match made in heaven. Dishonest, full of bu*****t, unscrupulous and most of all greedy and that's being generous. Betfair was amazing when when it first appeared online ( i joined in 2003 ) and it was a breath of fresh air against the bookmaking industry, great opportunities to back ( at much better odds ) or lay and a there was a massive array of markets on all sports. Then rather than take the option of increasing commission slightly, they started to shaft people with the greedy premium charge and move the goalposts and they got away with it all because there was a total lack of opposition. Customer service totally evaporated and just became non existent, just like my account really, as i soon got tired of having my pants pulled down with the extra charges. Then they got involved with an even greedier little wretch that is paddy power ( can anybody get more than 5 on with these shysters ) and it all went downhill rather quickly and is a shadow of the company it once was. For me it is an absolute travesty that no other exchange has mounted any serious competition to them ( betdaq, for the amount of time it has been going hasn't improved an inch and the rest are a complete waste of time ) then maybe they wouldn't have got so dominant and greedy and made the rules up as they went along, knowing full well that they could get away with it. I thoroughly hope, ( although doubt it ) something can change in the future and they get there comeuppance and people leave in droves and tell them to f*** off, Only got themselves to blame if that happened. greedy b******s.

Beware of fake company!! I'm still in shock how this company could rip me off. They were convincing and supportive initially only to get my money and switch up on me. Honestly, I’m just glad I could work with emmasophiaNineZeroThree at Gee M,.to get the stolen funds back.

When all efforts seems hopeless, i finally gave Mrs Tahi ( tahibroshey via Hee mail ), a try because of the positive comments about her, to be honest i was really sceptical towards her at first but thanks to this great platform and reviews, it worked out beautifully. she was able to reclaim my money as promised.

So annoying and strange how these companies tend to project themselves to be real, you invest, you watch your investment grown but wanting to withdraw becomes a problem, their reps even stop replying your mail,this was exactly what I experienced with brokers not until, well I was introduced to and her team of expertise via (tahibroshey at gee mail) that I was able to get my money back.

what a shame!!! very panthentic!!! I made over €14000 loss through the system !! At the beginning it was ok, then there were unannounced rollovers, take profits with high losses and no contact with customer service. I believe 90% of customers have losses! With the terms and conditions, you quickly notice that the company does not want to keep customers long, they only allow customer one day to comment, otherwise the complaint will no longer be processed and further emails will be ignored!. I secured the help of a recovery specialist who helped me retrieve a fair amount of my lost funds without any hitch, and I would highly recommend her to you out there globally who have been affected or in similar situation to get in touch with her via mail,( tahibroshey at Gee M ). I'm terrified and disappointed that this company would put their reputation on the line like this but just like me I believe justice will prevail ultimately in your situation.

Played Thai flowers betting 2 stake went through 300 of deposits plus what meagre returns I got without getting the feature game once I deposited some more another 100 eventually dropped stale to 1 still no luck then dropped to 50p on my last 5 and guess what dropped featur in after over 400 only to give me the 3 lowest paying symbols and got 4 absolutely scandalous has to be the worst site I’ve ever played for rtps there’s no way on earth that these games aren’t rigged 94% rip lol it’s about time the government grew a set of balls and challenged and investigated these scammers nothing more than fraudsters

Very dodgy. I join on a Wed night, am emailed to say that my account is a go. On Thursday I try to bet on Trump, and am told I cannot because I am from outside the USA or something. I then go through the process of withdrawing my deposit. Within an hour I receive an email saying my account is locked, and I am unable to withdraw my money. I am supposed to sent ID etc, to unlock it, just to get my money back. Seems very suspicious and I will never use again, even if I get my money back.

I have only been betting a short while I was enjoying it until someone in Zimbabwe managed to sign into my betfair account and clear me out. Betfair said it's nothing to do with them. Be very careful don't think your money is safe. Take all the precautions necessary to protect yourself. Betfair did refund me probably because it was only 200. Thank you betfair I can go back to enjoying betting with you again

It’s all designed not to help you and to make profit for the company that’s why they don’t have anyone to speak to in person so they make it difficult by not answering your querie direct. It’s shameful that Betfair operate this way and treat good customers with no respect. They don’t even answer your online querie and leave your holiding form hours all designed to make profit out of vulnerable gamblers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst betting site I have come across. Always delay pay out when you win. Today I just waited 45 minutes to collect my winning and it was not until I called to complain then they made the payment. Also for withdrawal, they don’t pay you until you call to complain. Then they made the payment.

Tonight the Nacional (Par) v Guairena match was interrupted at the beginning of the second half due to floodlight failure for about 25 minutes. Betfair immediately suspended the match, when play resumed the match remained suspended for the rest of the second half (about 40minutes). No trading could be undertaken and I like many people consequently lost money because we could not trade out. Betfair should have cancelled all trades but are just shysters and its their charges first, no wonder they're losing customers. I like many others have am now moving my trading to other exchanges

I had a 4 fold accumulator on spread across 4 different times first game won second and third game kicked off 30 mins apart from each other so while the 3rd team was in at half time the 2nd team was on the 60th ish min that part of the bet come in as need them to have 19 shots that was all which they did, the third game then kicked off for the 2nd half then they took my cash out away completely and then the bet flopped bearing on mind my cash out before the half time was around 200 which I was going to take but Cashout was taken away and I was told the traders have withdrawn from the cash out and it’s not a guaranteed thing they do..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY HAD OVER 400 of me in a space of 2 months with the small win of 140 I had

Guys Have any of you noticed that prices have been shaved on your horse racing winners, I’ve had 3 incidents now, backed an 8/1 winner got paid out at 13/2, backed 6/1 suddenly its 5’s, and latest a 10/1 suddenly 8, I’ve been punting long enough to know when something doesn’t feel right, anybody else noticed this?

After reducing the monthly rewards to really poor value, they have now removed the weekly streak bet now to make them the most rubbish bookie around who offers hardly now decent promos.now. avoid. I've gone to another bookie now.

One of the best out there imo. They offer everything. Are linked with Paddy Power (who are equally as good, but don't offer exchange betting). Great weekly/monthly bonuses on offer and quick withdrawals. One downfall is the Playtech poker/casino software.....play those with EXTREME caution.

I signed up to Betfair in response to an ad offering free betting credit, and as I'd read they were offering good odds on the US presidential election. Their website is confusing and user unfriendly, and they never honoured the free credit. Their website seems to show bets I didn't make, and they are refusing to pay out on the ones I did make. Their staff were unhelpful and rude, and their escalated complaints area refused to assist.

What a shambles it is a complete scam why are they getting away with this fraud. I put 10 pounds to join Betfair I was promised a free 20 bet and a 10 pound sports book bet. The sports book bet was not responding so I sent an e mail no response I then went on live customer care after 45 mins I was told I need to claim the sportsbook offer I politely said please don't patronize me. When I went back to my account I had a small bet on the 11.45 race and guess what? The bet had gone I was going to contact them again but thought just close your account these are fraudsters and don't ever touch them. There are decent bookies online William Hill for instance so dump these thieves as soon as possible.

l made an initial huge deposit after reading good reviews about them and when it got to the point of withdrawal, it pulled an exit. But then for the sake of my own sanity, I sought for answers and I found ( Emilyperpy at Yahoo mail ). I filed complaint with them and within a short period of time, I was able to recover all my funds back.i recommend their swift.

I requested a withdrawal on Wednesday only to find that it is still pending today and the money will not be available until Tuesday next week at the earliest. This in comparison to the arrivals is absolutely shocking. After speaking to customer services I just found I was speaking to a robot and wasted most of my time when I finally got through to a representative I wish I never bothered. There are many other bookmakers on the market that offer a better service than this

since it was founded in 2000 this company was run by people with a brain who put the punter first. It grew extremely fast and soon became #1 . The wheels came off the very day it floated on the exchange in 2010. After that, the interest of the shareholders was more important than that of the punters. I am watching their demise with interest and hope they get what they deserve

Just google betfair matched betting and you will find a guide by betfair promoting matched betting. Dont promote matched betting on your website then ban people for trying it. Its insane how you charge 5% commission surely that brings in enough cash flow. The 'free bet streak exchange promotion' is something I genuinely punt on and I have been winning these alot. If you cant justify someone winning on this promotion change your terms to make it harder.
