The slots here are terrible ,I don’t expect to win on every spin but I just played one of the slots and I had to check my history because I couldn’t believe the amount of spins in a row without a win.So out of a 79 spins (only 20p stake) I won 1 spin (for that 1 winning spin was a grand total of 40p) so that was 78 losing spins.They will probably reply with its “regulated and random” but it’s clearly not because I can say with 100% certainty that I will never play a slot on this site an win 78 out 79 only losing 1 ,that will never happen so how can it be random??????The promotions on this site are good ,that’s the only thing stopping me from deleting my account currently.

Great site, they do give a lot of promotions etc.Sportsbook – Downside, they don’t give BOG on multiples. Positive, you do get a bonus at the end of the month.Exchange – Downside, percentage has now gone up to 6% (depending on what one you choose). Positive, they give you 5% refund on losses and a bonus at the end of the month (again depending on what one you choose)

After finding out my account was locked, I attempted the chat to sort it out, as there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact Betfair. The phone number I found is not used anymore.So after a failed day yesterday I tried again this morning. An agent named Jayasri took me through all the steps, ID clearance, security clearance and finally I was able to log back in. The other two agents I spoke to yesterday didn’t or couldn’t sort it but Jayasri came uptrumps.Good service in the end.

Lied to me over and over again. Told me I’d lost £5000 when I hadn’t. Conducted a review of my treatment and still got the figures wrong. Terrible customer service. Took two weeks to pay me my winnings. Jan in the complaint department is a liar. I think they do an intelligence test for potential employees and accept those who fail it.

I received an email telling me I was eligible for a “completely free £5 daily bonus”. With the promotions running from 6th June to 7th July. To refresh at 0:01am daily. However the bonus has not been credited. And when I contacted customer service they say I am not eligible. However, the customer service rep Kyle credited my bonus after I sent the screen shots of the email. But today the customer service rep Edel said he can’t credit regardless of what the email says. I not eligible for the promotion in the email. I have had this promotion before so I know how it works. This is false advertising by Betfair and they should not be allowed to do it. Considering I am a loyal customer. This is just not on.

Very easy to use as I don’t sleep during the night I like to bet on football from 12 onwards but if u go on at 11 onwards u can’t get the football for next day until 12 but games that start at 12

I’v been waiting for my money for more than a month and even after 5 times contacting customer support and promises from their side I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL!!! Very unprofessional service, not able to give me anyone to speak with, no direct contact, no answers…. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great when things are good, you plod along no issues then bang they close your account, engage in chats 4 times for almost an hour a time, they fob you off, no reason for account close, they reopen but it’s suspended, go through mire chats and answer invasive questions about family bereavements (once I showed interest income from large sums) still suspended with money in there and zero reasons apparently I will receive an email! Not acceptable, the chat is painful and nobody wants to talk in the phone

Absolutely staggering the level of idiocy and incompetence shown by this company. I would give zero stars if I could. They told me I’d lost £5000 when I hadn’t. I complained and in response to my complaint they said what they meant was “potential losses” and they understand how this wording may have caused confusion. Bare-faced liars. Wasted my time over and over again with their glacially slow live chat. Closed my account for no reason and so it took weeks for me to get my winnings in the end. I could go on. Better to use Bet365, their bosses might get horrendous salaries but at least the company is competent.

As I’ve seen a few people have mentioned my account was blocked as apparently linked to a totally different email address. Been onto their customer service chat on 4 occasions for about 6 hours in total.They asked for different forms of identity multiple times despite being sent on a few separate occasions.Then wanted a couple of different memorable words. Think possibly scammers have taken over the Betfair customer chat. If it is real customer service then it’s shocking. I’m deleting Paddy Power as well as they’re linked, and changing all passwords.

Betfair have a decent Sports Betting Service. It’s a shame about their Rigged online Casino. I like Virtual Roulette and cover around 17 numbers so it’s in the favour of the House. Session after session like 20-40 Spins and no Win. Same old numbers coming in. Funny how it never gives you a double spin on your numbers. Betfair use Playtech for many of their Casino games and I can honestly say I’ve never won on Playtech games. Best thing Betfair can do is break away from Crappy Playtech and create their own games and Software. Thieves. Rigged 💯. Play at Bet MGM or ACR. At least you will get a decent win there every now and then and the American betting firms sure do like our British Pounds.

Opened an account. Deposited £10. Then had to send driving license, then proof or address and then they asked for a photo of my bank card. Until I provided all documents my account would not go live. Requested my £10 back but they will not do that unless I upload a full bank statement showing the £10 paid to Betfair or as I found out Betunfair. Still no refund, never placed a bet, never opened the account but they still have my £10.

Having placed a winning bet on the recent Champions League Final,I withdrew my winnings after the game. Betfair usually send the money to your account immediately, on this occasion they did not. I contacted their ‘Help Line’ on Sunday morning (it may be a bot). My query was answered that the transfer will take 24 hours. Hopefully, the money (a four figure sum) will be in my account as promised. I remain sceptical but cannot fault the efficiency of my query being addressed so promptly.

Advise…if they refuse to pay your winnings it’s easy to prosecute them for failure to pay. In addition you can add extra cash for stress and inconvenience..My friend sued them and won..they are nothing more than a crooks…in addition all the 5 star reviews are a lie and conducted by themselves with 1 or 2 reviews.. liars
