My account has been suspended for over two months and I've seen a huge increase in profits due to using other sites that reward customer loyalty rather than seek to punish or restrict it. I've also discovered that I can watch live events on these other sites without receiving uninvited and intrusive phone calls. I'd like to thank the person who suspended my account for doing something I should have done personally a long time ago. Cheers darling. Hope ur job is still secure lol.

Bet365 AU CANCELLED my account due to me having 6 live doubles into the Masters Golf!! Cannot view my LIVE open bets to monitor. How can this be allowed on any betting site - a bet accepted should be monitored by the player. Not alone in their despicable behaviour - 80% of players on this platform have gone out of their way to give 365 1 Star when they really deserve ZERO.

Updated review. I rated this as an average site years ago but now the site has hit rock bottom in my opinion. My issue before was the crazy amount of suspensions during a live match. Now I've seen the site mark down the wrong scorers during a game, wrong odds (they will have no goal scored at a different odds to draw goals scored (none) which is the exact same bet!) And something new that has happened is now it takes between 5 - 10 seconds to place a bet during live play so if there's a penalty for example, and they usually have the market suspended until they put up the odds for a penalty scored or missed (always the same odds) by the time the odds are available to bet, with this delay at times the penalty has been taken and I've missed out because of the stupid new delay!!! I've been with this site for years and years and I agree with most the comments here, this site has went way downhill!

Pss poor company who don't give a toss about their customers and bonuses are non existent. I had an account with them for over ten years and was spoken to with almost distain on live chat for daring to question their pathetic loyalty scheme, which btw, no one seems to know the criteria for?? Give these mugs a wide berth and try Paddy Power, fair firm with good customer service and regular free bet offers and rewards.

Very Poor. I had an accumulator with bet365 on the football. They decided to void two of my selections due to the league not being finished. All other companies, SKYBET etc paid out as the league agreed the final placing. My selections were placed either on pre COVID placing or points per game but they would not allow to stand. Rules very unclear on this. Then to rub salt in they said it would be allowed from next season!!! Joke

If you just like a few small bets each day don't bother with this company. Today they closed my account permanently on the pretext that I was spending too much time gambling (in their opinion). I had held a deposit account with them for many years and my account was closed with no notice. I suspect my account was closed because I am not losing enough with them. Disgusting treatment towards a loyal customer. Certainly not recommended.

i have been a loyal customer with them for over a decade plus,the customer services is a joke even if you can get through to speak to them,it is not the bet 365 i knew,they used to be very understanding and answer the phone very quickly,not anymore.i waited over 25 minutes before i gave up,went on to live chat,another 25 minutes wait,the person i chatted to did not get my querie right he quoted itv plus 4/1.anyway babble babble babble,this was over a 3 pound refund,they offered me 2 pound goodwill.it was not the 3 pound it was the principle, that they knew i was right,so i closed my account,what is going on at bet 365 this was a great betting site but sadly over the last few months it has gone downhill.

after years of using and spending massive amounts over the years they then decided a good move to turn me over for only about 60 quid , mad how these big firms treat customers now but its there loss as wont receive another bet and tried to give me a tenner free bet which apparently is good will and ide rather bin it lol , just a warning to other people looking to sign up be weary as they have changed alot over the years and not interested in the loyal customers any more

I've placed a bet on Friday with them on an Australian football game Ws wanderers vs wellington phoenix my bet was a yellow card between min 20 and 29 the yellow card was given after 21 min I even recived the notification from their site but they refused to pay my bet. They even told me that they watch the tape with the game but still won't pay. What a scam company. Guys only bet on first league games, games that you can easily re watch otherwise they can tell you that you lost and have no proof. I even sent them pictures from their site with the yellow card and pictures from flashcore and still they will not pay

My goodness people are finally coming forward more often. I’m glad to see people are exposing little by little. I know the frustration cause I’ve been there many times. I tried being patient with bet365 but after a while I can only take so much. I’ve almost been thru every problem people are complaining about. The first one that ever happened to me was putting my account on hold Then the fraud slots which no criminal can match. Then the blackjack seeing them dealer always getting 20 and when u finally get 20 he’ll get 20 or 21. The fraud is obvious. It doesn’t take more then 20 hands to see there blackjack is a joke. I’ve been bored hibernating so I check reviews out here every 4 to 6 hours if I’m bored. I’ve been thru hell with bet365 so they’ll never get a penny from me again. Poor customer service and the games are fixed. Customers do not matter to them and have no managers who understand the mea6of customer service, said they called me to sort out issues they never did and when I called the call lasted 25 minutes with useless woman putting me on hold for most the call not resolving anything. Would give them no stars if I could.

Absolutely brutal business to deal with. My account was fraudulently used and I was taken for Thousands of dollars during the Covid Crisis. Bet365 refuses to even discuss with me the details surrounding the fraudulent activity. So disheartening to deal with a company that couldn’t care less about their customers. Zero compassion for me as my account was hacked. Please do yourself a favour and look to one of the other Gambling businesses to deal with as this company treats you like less than account number. Terrible to think there’s businesses like this out there.

Almost impossible to believe the online games are honest. On blackjack have witnessed dealer hit blackjack SIX times consecutively and got 20+ hands hitting on 15+ but not going bust one. Whereas hitting on 12 as the player has (I'd estimate) a 90% chance of hitting 10.

Restricted my account then stated they had called me , they didn’t , withheld My funds until they stated I had spoken to them! No supervisors available so couldn’t release these funds. Awful experience I suggest to go seek a company that puts the customer first !

Honestly I don't really know why the rating of bet365 is so bad here. The site is very solid, the customer support is great too, and their mobile app is probably the best one I've seen so far.

if i could i wouldnt even give this peace of crap of a site even a half star this website and the customer service agents working with it are the worst ever imagine somoene waiting for account activation for more than 2 months and providing all kind of statements and in the end they desapoint you i dont recommand this website due to the poor cooperation of the staff and the hard and long account verifecation even though you provide the right papers

365 is pretty decent overall. Good odds, decent limits (if ur not a winning bettor) and wide coverage. However their practices can be quite scummy from time to time, talking about voiding, fixing odds and pain in the ass customer liveservice. Deposits / withdrawals are fine and verification as well - Decent.
