I was offered a bet365 Mastercard to put my winnings onto. When I've gone to use it to buy things it was blocked and told by bet365 it would be sorted in 3 days. Almost 2 weeks later and nothing and no help from bet365 who say it is nothing to do with them. Does this amount to fraud/ theft?

Bet 365 screwed me over in the past in relation to their online poker. I vowed never to use them again, 10 years later I decided to give them another chance on their sports betting promotion. And was promptly screwed out of a promised free bet. I have no idea how they have survived so long when they cleary have no concern for their customers, and seem to deliberately post contradicting terms and conditions.

Loyalty means nothing to these lot so I've finally closed my account and taken my custom elsewhere. Bet365 don't deserve anyone's custom. Look elsewhere!

Almost 2 weeks and I still didn’t have an answer on whether they would unrestrict my account or not. Account closed. No bonuses or loyalty offers anyway after initial deposit.

Ok, so I've already read many negative views on here & think many of them are unfair, although, some are dating back 3 years or so. I have been with Bet365 for around 5 or 6 years now & I can honestly say I wouldn't still be with them if they were that bad, yes I've had a few issues along the way, but they have always been sorted quickly & professionally imo. The only problem that I have with them is that they keep updating/changing the lay-out, you get used to way things are & then they go & cock it all up & you have to learn from the start all over again, a bit like installing Windows 10 after you've been used to Windows 7 for many years. The latest update is making me think about changing to Ladbrokes, the horse racing is much more detailed over there, the update is dark & dismal & has lost some of the info that I used to take into account when making my choices. But they do seem to give better odds than most out there, you get to watch all races for free as long as you have credit in your account (or have placed a bet during the last 24hrs) & there's a chat box for any problems & I've had many free bets using that. So in fairness, they don't seem to be as bad as they were when all those negative feedback's were left for them. I'm going to give it a couple more week & see if I can get used to the new lay-out, if not, that'll be the only reason I leave them.

I recently tried to contact Bet365 regarding my parlays which were canceled due to the unfortunate circumstances in the US. My gambling circle and associates will no longer be using Bet365 to bet our parlays. The response for not refunding my mates on our initial bets are absurd. This to me was a reasonable asked since I would have likely won more. Instead the remaining tickets were auto calculated and I was paid less than my buy in parlay. This is a joke and the support team who responded did not address this. I don't suggesting anyone who bet to use this app. My bodog account was refund immediately as there was no action on the ticket once all the NBA games were suspended. I understand if the parlay didn't have a chance to win but my parlays were all in play and would have settled over the initial investment. I just wanted my investment back which was more than fair. If you want to retain your investors you should be more flexible on doing the right thing especially when they make decent wagers on your site. We will play with your competitors.

I've been waiting for almost a month for a $52 CDN withdrawal refund, and customer service is telling me that they do not have the money inhouse any longer and that it's with a 3rd party "under review". Whatever that means. Absolutely ridiculous. I frankly don't care about my 50 bucks, but for others whom I'm sure are out far more money, legal action should be taken against this company. Guess 1100, 1* reviews say that though...

Though I can still login but can't deposit or place bets. Their customer service only says its a management decision n they do not say details.

Honestly, there is a reason these guys are the biggest bookies. Because their customer service is spot on. Made a mistake for an offer than would have disqualified me even though I placed exactly the right bet, they still let me qualify as it was a genuine mistake. Many sites wouldn't allow that. Keep doing the job you're doing and I will keep coming back.

Never ever go on this website, otherwise you will end up losing your money. In my case I bet on match and won my bet, but they changed it to other match where i didn`t bet. Clearly scamming people

Placed bet on football game with number of goals from one team. The first bet was quite high and was about to win, so I placed another bet with a higher number of goals. Both bets won but 2nd bet disappeared from my account. Embarassing fraudolent behavior... Nonsense

I’ve been reading the reviews on bet365 and I’m not surprised at all it’s that bad if anything I expected it to be this bad now at 80 percent. Bet365 can only get away with fraud for so long. I just wanted to make a note that I never cashed out once ever for almost 2 decades I’ve been with them. Maybe 15 years but not sure exactly. Even back then I complained and argued and thru closed my account Then rejoined after following security questions. It just blows my mind that I never cashed out once. Almost makes me feel stupid playing that long and wondering if I could really cash out. I can’t even say if that’s legit. I’ve been thru wars with bet 365 and I’m glad it’s finally over. I don’t gamble anymore at all Been thru too much with this horrible company. Too many things to list and I don’t have the patience to talk about it again as I listed everything in my reviews at the time it happened and why it happened It’s so bad I don’t think my own mother would believe it. Just have to suffer in silence but I feel much better not gambling anymore Gambling is hard Enuf but dealing with fraudulent slots and blackjack is another story. I’m actually scared to play slots now Who the hell in gods green earth wants to play blackjack if the dealer hits 20 or more 95 percent of the time Then 3 percent on the 3rd card flip where the dealer gets miracle cards to get 20 or 21 again. U could lose your mind with that kinda luck. Everyone knows it now and hopefully us talking about it makes a difference Again don’t get me wrong there sports section is or was the best in the world. It’s easy and comfortable to use But it’s all for nothing if they don’t respect there customers. Customer service should be there one priority and it isn’t Only thing worse then there customer service is the supervisors who do absolutely nothing to make up for there nonsense If anything they make it worse. All I can say is I’m glad I’m out. I still remember that supervisor mr Paul fa. U should be fired. I still this day haven’t forgotten our conversation. Instead of being apologetic u closed my account. That’s my reward hey. You’ll always be in my conversation out here that’s for sure. U don’t deserve your job. Anyways to all batters out here good luck but don’t bother with this company. They don’t respect your loyalty Bodog and sports 888 have the best customer service and good loyalty rewards. Stick with them instead.
