All was OK, but after I won around 3000$ they blocked me by imposing huge restrictions, especially ridiculously low betting limits that are making betting almost impossible.The only explanation I had was “This decision was made following careful consideration by our trading team”.Sometime ago, one month before this, they asked to install an application to verify the location (as if the browser can not do this by itself). Now I even suspect that this app is also used to spy. I don’t know, but I suspect.So, if you intend to win relatively important amounts of money, I don’t think you will be able to. Otherwise it’s OK.

Avoid..Bookies who cancel your account if you win! Offered 50 in credit for betting 10, but when my bet was over my account was closed due to the nature of my business. Customer service couldnt give me any information to why! I have since requested DSAR which Im sure they will ignore

What the hell is this . My bet was locked after winning one game and my second game hasnt even started and it didnt allow me to cash out. I got permanently banned for “incorrect details”, after talking to support which took hours mind you, they informed me that I filled out something that permanently banned me with no chance of re-appeal. I’m 19 and eligible to gamble in my province so I have no clue what could’ve possibly led to me being suspended indefinitely.

Ive had a seesaw relationship for years with 365 ups and downs and all within a particular sustainable bracket. Signed up, placed a bet and was told I get 50 to place on other bets as a signing up bonus. Once my original bet had been completed my account was immediately closed. After being a loyal customer for years, play have a go on slots weekly. So deposit weekly not much around 50 usually less. Well had a 200 win this week on a game, which was great. So Ive been getting absolutely sucked on the slots for ages!! Been playing break the bank again and not had a bonus for about 4-5 months!! Just registered a new account after 6 or 7 years of not playing here. I was able to deposit $500 from my RBC account, but I can’t access the games after depositing lmfao!!! Opened an account (have used Coral before, no issue and only bet around once a year on Grand National etc). Account opened via app and I placed a bet 20 for England/Germany Ladies Euros final. Bet accepted. less than 1 day later, email as per many others on this site ‘Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect’ No explanation, even when emailing them, I have never ever used them before so can not possibly be some historical reason. As with every other review here, seems like they like closing peoples account for no reason. I joined and played for the welcome bonus (might I say they mightve probably rigged it, I lost 80% of what I started with, and everytime I hit the bonus spins I get “logged out” for some reason after a few more spins), and the free spins didn’t really win much as well. After I withdrew because of the horrible win rate, they closed my account quoting I had suspicious activities. Not that I’m planning to play there anymore, it feels rigged (trust me I understand probability and this is very unlikely)

Absolutely avoid this site! I took a gamble on Bet365 and it certainly was a mistake. After making my deposit and having a decent time betting while my account verified I was sent a request to verify my account every time I logged in. The auto login didn’t work, my bet credit offer disappeared and then my bets would not go through. I sent in a message asking what was up and they told me that there could be some restrictions while my account was verified. Fine. I continued to wait until finally I got the notification to verify again. Concerning. I message again only to be told my account was closed and that I was not going to be told why and I would not be allowed to open another. “Well there it is” I think to myself. I contact the live chat to get my money back. Chat crashed after putting in bank information (hesitantly). I open another chat. They ask for all my account information and my bank info again. That one also crashes. I’m now waiting on another message to be replied to. As I wait I can only assume my initial bets must have returned too much money for their liking. I think I was like $9 in the black not including bet credits I would have earned from my welcome bonus. So now they can sell my info and avoid giving me my bet credits, on top of potentially not refunding me because their site is a piece of garbage (probably intentionally). Just stick with another site or don’t even use an online sportsbook at all. Nothing but stress and anxiety here.

I then placed two separate bets on my account ( both of which did not come in ) However before these bets finalised bet365 closed my account for no reason and i could not even log in I eventually got hold of someone on live chat , surprise surprise the phone numbers do not work … only to be told that they had closed my account , which means that they took my 20 on false pretences of a free 50 credit Disgusting behaviour , and surely can not be legal ? I was able to make around 2k overall profit.In the past with the same user id in bet365.com i won and lost a ton of cash.Now they restrict me and pretty much its useless to play on their site anymore.
