Bet 365 is a criminal website run by criminals.I deposited $10 first time made 2 bets and won $8 so they restricted my account and I cant withdrawal under $20 and can't bet so they effectively steal my money.This is their criminal business model to steal from customers and governments are powerless to stop them.

The site you can't get anywhere with. Forever to be known from now on as the site that crashed for the World Cup Final. I was put in a queue with an estimated 34 minutes waiting time for an in-play bet! No surprise, mind, this site buffers like it's 1994 at the best of times.

spoke to Luke on live chat about why only one draw was available on the New York lotto site, THAT WAS THE 22ND DEC, and the availablity for the 25th 30th and 2nd Jan was not available, all i got was it is upto the marketing team when they put them on, i asked could he ask them but he said not sitting oppisit him, i then asked for him to pass my emal address to then, but again no joy, then said my chat has finished, what customer service not

Every time I've been up in the world cup their website is mysteriously unavailable. Today - world cup final - I can get on to the website but as soon as I log in it says 'we are experiencing high demand, the wait time is 43 minutes '! High demand my ass, it's because I had Messi to score and Argentina to win. This is a SCAM. It's actually fraud, they are blocking you. Really hope they are paying out a load of money to everyone today. I will be withdrawing my balance and closing my account

Advertised by themselves,of course,as the World's Favourite Bookmaker their latest act of being Ante-Customer is Not to repay bets on abandoned Race Meetings until 1-2 days after the abandonment. All other Bookmakers act Professionaly & refund within hours of the meeting being called off. They used to be the best but not anymore.Sadly this company has NOT replied to my messages & today when I tried to send them an email asking why,when all other Bookmakers had refunded within 10 minutes of a meeting being abandoned, I got a message back from the Postmaster saying that their site were no longer accepting emails.You also can't phone them.Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I got an email saying "your account has been restricted following a TRADING DECISION" and multiple attempts to have a case review are futile. They even refuse to give me a Case Reference Number so I can pursue the issue with the Gambling Comission.Absolute abuse of power and the T&Cs aren't fair on the customer. The best l could probably do is 0 star. Apparently no section for zero star ? because that's what this scam of a company deserves. Compared to other betting sites like Coral, Ladbroke, William Hill and so many others. This site called bet365.com never gives you any bonus. All they want to do is take take. By far the worst company to bet with. Avoid at all cost. I put money into my bet365 account to use on a Sunday football for fun. Moved 200 bucks via e transfer. Was waiting for verification nothing. Money never went into my bet365. Checked my bank account and says transfer was accepted by recipient but nothing in my bet 365. Reached out to the company and they explained to me my bank had the money. Got my bank involved and they even informed that bet 365 took the money. This went back and forth for awhile. Right down to the point where bet 365 told me call my interact provider. Which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Bet 365 even acknowledged they were having issues that day with e transfer and yet still took money from people and put the blame on myself and my bank. After all said and done I walked away and deleted the app. They will steal money from you and then blame everyone else for their mistake. So beware. Go with another betting service. These guys are f****** trash. All the 1 stars they are receiving says it all.

Honest review. Played paddy power today, lodged 30 played for over 1 hour 20 mins and was able to with draw 380. Logged on to bet365. Lodged my first 30 and it was gone in 3 minutes. 220 later. Playing the same games as I did on paddy power for 1 hour and to say I'm disgusted is an understatement.. 9 bonuses on bet365. 6 of which paid less than 12.5x. Nothing but dead spins base game. This isn't first time this week either. This site has gone to the dogs. They have manipulated games to pay nothing. They can't tell you it's random as I checked and paddy actually advertises the 3 games I played as a lower RTP than bet365 do. So they're just ripping people. Bet365 has nice sport section and excellent odds. I never had issue with cash outs. And here the good part ends. Their customer service, I have experience in Bulgaria, is atrocious. They cannot solve a simple issue now for 2 years. Just ridiculous! The site is doing pretty well as long as you start looking for customer support.

I thought bet365 was the best company for betting but clearly I was wrong. After 3 years winning on football outrights they decided to shut me down without a reason and they keep saying traders decision. So as I could understand, they need players that they are loosing only. This is rediculus and hopefully people wake up and stop betting in bet365. If you can not provide proper services or handle loses, you can close the company and open a supermarker or something.

Never had a problem with Bet365, always pay with a smile. Setting the standard. Bookies live livescore bet and virgin bet are thieves and will keep your money, bet365 will not.
Never had a problem with Bet365, always pay with a smile. Setting the standard. Bookies live livescore bet and virgin bet are thieves and will keep your money, bet365 will not.

Worst site ever. You will not win! 2 weeks ago I landed 15 free spins. I got to the 4th spins Nd an pop up error shows up then takes me off the game. I go back on it thinking it'll just pick up whee it left off bit literally every single spin was dead. Each n every one of them. I was furious! I got onto live chat Nd I was told even tho I presented them with a screenshot of the error I was told the bonus round was completed. I deposit alot on this site Nd the most I've ever won is 60 Nd I can't remember the last time you actually won anything. If you want a fair casino site go elsewhere. You will loose everytime. Deposit not updatedThese people are fraud .I deposited 5000 inr on 28 th oct and 6000 inr on 5 nov which has not been uodatedto my bal . Since than almost one month has passed but my bal neither returned nor updated .Everytime the response i get from them is that trace is going on i dont know what kind of trace they are doing which takes so many days . i have sended the proof of payment and bank statements also but still they are not updating my bal . The yrurh is that these peopledont want to return my money they are cheaters and mobey scammers . My free bets appeared as soon as I had completed my wagering requirements, and I've been having a whale of a time using them. The website and app are both excellent, with a good range of bets available, super quick updates, and near-instant settlement as soon as each game is over. The early cash-out option is also fantastic. In terms of cashing out your winnings: I have just withdrawn some, and they landed in my bank account in just 2h (I used Visa Debit to deposit). I can only conclude that a lot of people use this forum to air specific grievances. My general experience on the other hand was first rate.

Would give zero stars if I could I don't no what has happened to this site but they have no mercy when taking deposits on the slots I play big fishing fortune and I have never won a penny since opening my account bonuses are tiny amounts and I have sat and span over 400 without a single bonus dropping or win over 20 naturally bet 365 games seem to spin 30-50 losers in a row before paying you 1 winners each time I get the bonus it's always the smallest fish caught never anything big I have never ever been in a profit once with these games your looking at atleast 20 losers between each win takes about 20 minutes to loose 130 at 1 a spin absolute scam I have played for months no matter when I play it's always the same outcome just takes and takes and takes I have yet to win in total this one game has taken over 2000 and still won't switch to winning everytime I play I loose I use multiple sites none are as poor as this do not deposit with bet 365 there rob you it's funny because I have seen someone else say the exact same this about the same game it just takes everything

I joined up with Bet365 to take advantage of their offer of bet 10 and get 50 free bets ... I put 20 into my account, made a few bets and today they closed my account with no reason given. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!! They said i can withdraw the balance i have but when i tried it says there is a minimum of 5 ... so in effect they lied about the offer, kicked me off for no reason and now wont let me withdraw my money .... THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

Use Polymarket.com instead.Bet365 was flawless in the past. They block withdrawals when you win too often though.And recently (November 2022), I noticed that they haven't been able to process the withdrawals to my credit card that I used to deposit ($2600).Their payment and withdrawal system seems to have a lot of issues, so I can't recommend Bet365 if you are a winner.Crypto-native betting and prediction markets like Polymarket are way better at deposit/withdrawal.
