I have been gambling with this site for years ,then out of the blue they restricted my account .no more promotions no more lotalty bonuses and limiting what i can deposit..its getting harder and harder to keep a betting site that doesnt limit you even when you dint win over the year ..I think the gambling sites are only intrested in casino slots bingo poker ect its the beggining of the end for sports betting.

As a very loyal customer who has a bet every day . Which is well within my budget . I can easily afford . Bet 365 has made adjustments to my account so I don't receive my loyalty bonuses. These bonuses are loyalty bonuses and as I am very loyal customer I am surprised they have done this . Is it a way to save on loyalty bonuses ? . I wonder how many other customers have experienced this . I am very disappointed with bet 365 . It feels like a kick in the teeth from them . If anyone else has experienced this please comment or leave your own review .

Site is a scam. Signed up on the 7th. Couldn't deposit any money into my account. Help section was unable to help me or those god awful bots. 2 days later they close my account with immediate effect! Wasn't even able to use the unholy site once! Suppose I should of read all the other reviews first!Need to improve on basics as a betting site. Definitely avoid!

What bet 365 is quite simple guys you play on the games for a while then someone calls you and restricts you to 50 pound a day which seems quite caring no it's not you lose the 50 pound and then cannot wait to the next day put another 50 in and it goes on however every 50 pound u put in u win nothing we have carried out this experience for 12 months and it is now proven I'm not a gambler I'm an under cover reporter all evidence will now go to the appropriate authorities

Having been betting with this once highly respected and trustworthy company for well over 20 years,I now find them to have changed dramatically in the way they treat customers. Having repeatedly filled in their surveys and explained that due to my disability I spend a lot of my time bedbound watching sport and using their site for having a betting interest which is great therapy for me,they have yet again disabled my account so that I can't place bets.They asked me today to give a time when they could phone me to discuss .I gave them a 4 hour window and my pkone number.No call-No contact,NO manners.

Bet 3.65 is a company that restricts people from winning a few quid. Profits from misery while paying its CEO huge sums in bonuses. I've been a customer for years with more than $50000 transaction per year. I give them benefit of a doubt and say they have a glitch on their systems. I provided multiple proof including their own statement that they took away and transferred my $200 winnings to bonus balance which was never transferred back to my cash balance. This was during their promotion. I am even short that amount in my closing balance but the customer service refuses to acknowledge 2+2=4 and not -2. There is absolutely no escalation process. Same people come back with generic answers and dont even read or review your screenshots, files, supporting documents. I give them 2 stars for their website but without customer service, it's worth nothing when you cannot trust them anymore.Not sure with the current competition what the plan is to survive. It's matter of principle for me but for them, I don't get how they let down a long time customer for a couple of hindred bucks.

On November 28th, 2022, I signed up and deposited $3560 with a Bet365, and I happened to win on Sweet Bonanza. With my account balance now at $15,001.00, I decided to make a withdrawal for the full amount. The next day, however, I found my account locked out. I contacted the customer service chat, where they told me that I needed to verify my identity before I could access my account. I provided them with a copy of my driver's license, passport, bank statement, pictures of the card I used to deposit, and even a letter from my bank confirming that it was me. I waited for an email but nothing came. I contacted their support team again, who told me that they were missing something. I resubmitted all the documents, and after a couple of days, I heard back from the customer service chat again. This time, a representative named Phoebe H told me that a wire had been made and that I should expect it in 10 days. Ten days later, I still had not received the wire. I contacted their support team again, and this time they told me that my account had been permanently banned for no apparent reason. To this day, I still have not received my $15,000.00 and it has been 44 days since I initially made my withdrawal and still no idea what I did wrong.

Placed a bet as part of their introductory offer, won a small amount. Placed a bet using the free bet as part of the offer then received an email "due to the nature of your business we are closing your account".This is clearly a scam intended to retain only losing/problem gamblers. The Gambling Commission need to take a look at this company. If I win on the free bet, I don't rate my chances of actually receiving a payout. This company should be investigated.

I put bet on crystal Palace-Tottenham 4.1.23. Harry cane to score Harry cane to 0.5 assist6 cornersI won this bet. But they saying OPTA who they get their results from are saying Harry cane did not assist Sons goal. Baring in mind he did! Sky sports and alot of other websites confirmed this also! The bet was a pre made bet builder by bet365. They are refusing to pay put amd admit cane assisted. They won't give me the contact details for OPTA which is an American company ! amd now egnoring all contact from me. What else can I do ?

So now they have asked me to provide my income on bank statements which I did 4 times now on bank statements from Lloyds your name is not on it but they can see everything else so cos iv complain so much they have closed my account so nice of them . So if your watching bet 365 iv now got 4 more accounts though friends who dont bet fair play my O by the way the Barcelona game last week 11 yellow cards two reds thanks for the 2,600 quid I won X happy new year

They deliberately switch off cashouts for betting slips where only 1 or 2 matches are still open. Yesterday I had 1 open event on my parlay and cashout got turned off, meanwhile on another parlay with the same match the cashout was allowed. This is just pure scamming nothing else. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

This is the most disgusting and vulgar display of dishonesty from a site this big. No wonder this company has its operations in Latvia and other corrupt eastern European countries. This needs attention from a politicians because BET365 is registered in the UK. We need hacker and anonymous to break into the system and expose how they rigged the tables. Someday this will come out to the light and I beg to the lord all the corrupt politicians, executives and the owners get send to prison. That's is my wish for this year. No because of the bets people lose but because they are been cheated on by some filthy rats period.

This bet company is a fraud I had xhaka to have 1 shot and in 60 minutes I to the game my bet was marked red while he's still playing This stopped me from cashing out When I chat with them I was given a stupid answer That he had a goal that was disallowed so because of that the market can mark him as not playing anymore but he was still on the pitch playing for 90 minutes If I've money I'll sue this fing company for fraud Anyone wanna help me sue this mono company?

The absolute worst of the big betting sites.Gone so downhill. Bets unsettled after 5 hours. Speak to customer service who just press the usual automatic replies and then just leave the chat before you're happy with the resolution. So so rude.Terrible terrible customer service.

I have tried and reviewed almost all online casinos. this one is an established betting site, I'm not a fan of their selection of Casino live games, very few Evolution and mainly Playtech. My main issue with them is their verification procedure in which they send sort of code to your address. I requested one weeks a go and never received it, my winning is just stuck there with them and if you contact the support they say they want the code while the site said you can upload a bank statement but doesn't give you the option to do so. lets how it ends with them I will update this at a later stage depending on whether I will ever receive that postal verification code or not.

Just one more bad review I guess. Be careful with their offers, they are very poorly worded and ambiguity is of course interpreted in favor of the B365 , don't think they are interested in keeping clients at all

I bet a parlay on the Toronto -St. Louis game.. William Nylander scored in overtime and Bet 365 did not stand by the bet, and refused to pay out on the Nylander goal, even though THEIR OWN rules say that overtime is part of the match!! I spent 2 hours on line with their chat people and they refused to stand behind the bet!

Bet365 has a great scam going. Say you have a 3 game parlay, they will show one of your games as a loss, even though it was a win, thus not allowing you to cash out if the possiblility came up. See images as example. They will the keep you in customer service hell till your games lose or you win outright, at which point they have to pay you. Complete scam.

Really good bookmaker with real free bets and bonuses.Slot games returns seem really poor though but i only do small slot wagers. I would say avoid their slots and games as they seem to pay poorly. Bit for horses and football betting excellent
