BET365 plays all the tricks they can to profit. Things I have seen them do. Tennis. Normally they will update each match after every point. Since everything is not real-time and the know the outcome before it is updated online. Once they get is a position of advantage they slow down the updates until it is too late to cash out or hedge. They will also post incorrect scores and claim no liability because it was not them, but their service provider that made the mistake.

My interac e-transfer was confirmed ‘successful’ and then I couldn’t use my deposited funds in the casino app. Contacted customer support and asked why I couldn’t use my deposit, and then suddenly 2.5 hours later, the e-transfer was deemed unsuccessful. ?? I’ll have my money back within 2 business days. What a scam.

I made an account, verified it 100%, made a deposit of 50€ and tried to bet.5 minutes later my account got suspended.I asked why and from the support they said there is a limit and i need to withdraw 25€ and bet with rest.Before the deposit they didn’t asked for any documentation but after…They asked all kind of documentation, they even ask some made up things so you can get nervous and quit and left them the 50€.But I’ve sent them everything they asked and they asked for a card verification and i did that.Later the agent which name was Cheryl F. asked for a confirmation FOR A COMPLETLY ANOTHER CARD WHICH I NEVER USED.When i told him that he was wrong and I didn’t use that card, he apologized and was acting like nothing happened, although he tried to scam me.They’re trying to prolong everything and make you quit by asking all kind of documentation so they can scam you and take the money for themselves.AVOID BET365 AT ALL COST

Gambling commission need to do a serious review of these online casinos. Pure and obvious fixed nature of gaming that leave 99.9% of people constantly going up and down or just chasing losses. The amount of times where i would cover numbers in a segment of roulette and the ball wouldn’t land there and on the odd occasion it did, it would land on the number i covered least was so blatantly a sign that they can see what numbers are being chosen and then will pre-select a number for it to land on. Also convinced that people are not on the same roulette wheel and everyone online plays on their own individual table but is made to look like everyone plays on same table. Too much evidence of fixing against me that i find it hard to believe i am the only one being hard done by on a table

I think bet365 is hands down the best bookmaker by far. When you compare the odds between bookmakers they are always higher. I like how with racing you get the best tote price with exotics, and they are always fast to settle.What I do not like is the pop-ups advising me I have bet credits even a week after I have used that credit. I also do not like when a leg fails in a multi the bets stay as unsettled as I might have 40 bets going at once.Otherwise, this is a great booker lightyears ahead of the TAB

I liked to use the app now and then but its not very good compared to others but what made me write this was I received a message on Twitter from Bet365 games stating I had won 10 spins for participating in one of their promotions. I sent my details and no reply. I asked why they requested them they said your prize will be credited soon as possible. 7 hours later I messaged them again and they said now 24 hours. 24 hours later I messaged them again and they ignored the message. I told them never mind keep the prize your service is terrible and I wont be helping promote you anymore on Twitter or use your apps for gambling.

Some had been making deposits from my account when i reported this they did not care they just wanted to get rid of me. I questioned as to why there is no verification process to make sure the person depositing was me and they said they had my card details so that was verification enough basically no thought about someone stealing my card details. Bit of joke that they have been happy to let someone steal my money.

I’m shocked at how this business is allowed to handle people’s money. I opened an account and deposited $1000. My account was soon blocked with no reason given. After contacting them they told me the deposit was too high. tHey never emailed me or let me know anything – I had to contact them to find out. It took me 2 days and about 3 hours on my time to be able to finally fund my account.3 weeks later I was banned because I wasn’t losing money.When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I waited 2 days and still never got my funds. When I contacted them, they told me that my withdrawal is not going to get completed because the amount is too high and I need to provide more information to complete it. Again, they never send me an email or a message. In fact, on their own website the withdrawal was shown as “complete”. I’m still in the process of trying to withdraw. Complete waste of time, I would not recommend anybody to use this website.

The UK government should step in and stop bookmaker choosing who they accept bets from. Bet365 have closed my account as I won over £16k from Horse Racing bets in the last 12 months. They hide behind gambling regulations that are design to protect losing gamblers. After giving the all documents requested I find my account has been closed. Disgraceful.

Tried to open an online account. Screen says I need to enter a verification code sent to my mobile to proceed. Waited and no code received. Requested a resend. Still nothing. Did this multiple times. After being kept waiting ages on Livechat they say it was sent and i need to contact my mobile provider to sort out. Never happened before with anyone else. Can’t be a**ed going through this rigmarole. There’s plenty of other companies out there. Sorry my business is going elsewhere.

I had fun while i played here. Fastforward current times inflation and rising costs it makes sense that the bang for the buck may not currently be sustainable or available for you or casinos and surely if you play at multiple casinos you would have been notified of reduced rtp via email. Do your research on various factors before you play large sums. Do not blow your wages! More than ever take gambling as fun and only deposit what you really can afford to loose. For no reason at all I could not log into my account. When I emailed customer service they said they needed to speak to me. As I am unable to speak I explained that’s why I chose the email method of contact. They ignored this explanation and insisted they needed to speak to me. This went back and forth until they just ignored me. My account is now locked and I cannot gain access to my money. I have been robbed.

Amen Brother! Bet365 needs some attention from the gaming authorities for unfair practice. It was a good site to play back in the day and now dead spins after dead spins. Loss after loss. It not enjoyable anymore. I used to make withdrawals not much anymore if I’m lucky maybe 50.00 cad the most. It’s just absolutely horrible for all the money I spent on this site. In my opinion they have rigged the machines not to pay RTP. Changed the payout code. I hope one day when there is a class action lawsuit against Bet365, maybe that is when I will get my payout. Bet365 is a scamI have been loosing money for the past years, then this week I make a little profit and my account got restricted with no reason or explanation. I emailed the customer care and I was told there is nothing to do.This is a big scam. If you are losing money no problem, immediately you are in profit they restrict your account with no reason.Bet365 should be brought to the court of law for fraud and ScamI will advice beginners to check for other bookmakers as bet365 is only good if you want to waste your money.

Rapid payout, excellent interface and huge range of bets as well as market leading prices on horse racing.Here’s the rub.You aren’t allowed to win.They won’t allow you to be in profit.I received an email from them after a few relatively small winning bets.”Due to the nature of your business we have made the decision to close your account with immediate effect”And they did. This means that they only want losing customers. If you see anyone with a 365 account they are losing.They describe themselves as Bookmakers. This is false advertising. They are not bookmakers. A bookmaker will take bets and balance their book. 365 balance it by only allowing losing players.I will be objecting in writing to the advertising watchdog everytime they have an advertisement where they describe themselves as a bookmaker. I encourage you to do likewise. So, in summary, I cannot recommend Bet365 simply because they will not allow you to win. I hope this helps.

This website is a huge scam. Real easy to deposit but when you want to withdraw they start holding you money hostage. Would take my bank card so I deposit with paypal and that worked fine until I wanted to withdraw. They say the Paypal account isn’t in my name and delete my payment information. Have to make a whole other Paypal account deposit more money to finally get my money. That just me my brother is still fighting with these clowns for his money.

Very poor, had a few wins and receive an email telling me my account is restricted.Next day receive an email saying due to nature of my business a decision has been made to close my account. Once again I have problems with this nasty company.A few days ago I won just over 100 but when I tried to withdraw it I was told that my Bank was blocking it & that it was now back in my BET365 account.What a load of !!!!-The bank will on occassions block someone trying to take money but Never someone putting money in. After several hours running into days on their ”Livechat” I got nowhere & said that I would talk to the Ombudsman.Today BET 365 blocked me from betting with them.They advertise themselves on TV as being the World’s Fav Bookmaker-What a joke.

I do not recommend this betting company. When you lose, all is well they are happy. As soon as you start winning, they kick you out of your account and won’t let you login. After a while, you log into your account and, lo and behold, there is a restriction on your account. You are allowed to withdraw money and nothing else. And it might not work the first time.

Been a customer of bet 365 for some years. Its the only bookies I like using. I had set a 1month cooling off period after the football euros was finished. Turns out I done it for 6 months which was completely my mistake not theres. Upon going back into my account theyve removed any promotions which I found very strange. But even more strange they decided to remove the bet builder 25% boosts which EVERY customer gets. After waiting on live chat for numerous times it they say adjustments have been made to my account despite no prior warning. Ive never had any form of gambling issues and theyll clearly be able to see this. I believe Ive been treated very unfairly by them. I suggest you put this right please.

Bet365 pushed a NHL playoff game while the game was still on, returned my bet by doing so closed the bet. After the game was done Bet365 re opened my bet withdrew the money from my account and marked the bet as a loss… This is so illegal to close a bet and then re open it when it loses. I closed my account and recommend everybody to leave this sportsbook… They have zero integrity
