Have used them for a long time. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Winning bets not paid out, so have to check everything. Email link doesn’t work but the last straw was when my account balance went from £9.50 in credit to 42p in debit. There is no way of checking the balances that they read off so just as easy to use a new bet firm.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. This company is completely woke. Restricted my account I phoned and spent an hour waiting to get them on the line. Then got an email to ring them up as they need to talk to me about my account again 40 minutes in a call to get told they are offering me a self exclusion I said who do you think you are telling me what to do I’m nearly 40 years old. They then said well In that case we need to shut down your account. Could have told me that in an email instead of having me call an already busy line to make it even more busy. Worst betting site in the world as far as I’m concerned. Shitty green colour as well interface is horrible. I hope whoever makes decisions has the worst end to the year possible time wasting bastards

£20 of my £30 deposit disappeared,I contacted Bet365 to be told it had been transferred to their gaming site,which I hadn’t done,they said their fraud team would investigate.I was contacted to say they’d found no evidence that my account had been hacked,I asked what game & what time it was placed,it was on Roulette at a time that I was at my grandsons party,I told them that was totally impossible,only to be told to take it up with the police if I’ve still got an issue.Totally shambolic investigation, & not interested in fraudulent activity on their website Don’t sign up with these cowboys

Zero stars if possible – after a winning streak and withdrawing substantial funds I found my account to be blocked – the excuse was that 2 accounts were held at the same address – yes that is totally true my son owns the other account bet365 !!! Wish I could give 0 stars.I played on this site for 2 weeks, dead spin after dead spin, then finally a feature win today, I wish I could upload the screenshots I got today to show you all why you should NEVER spend a penny, cent, whatever on this site, to win 90p on a feature after playing 1000’s of pounds is a F’ing insult. 0 Customer service, this should be illegal to do. How can customer request missing funds/offer when you dont allow customer to contact you, I contacted you trying every option available and 0 response or help. I enjoy a little flutter every now and then, some games are great but most have awful payouts, some games don’t work properly, raised issues unfortunately don’t get answers or there is always a clause that isn’t in your favour. High DAILY Deposits are needed for any good wins. Not many freebies or spin specials never payout anything….. “Reels roll on by the bonuses” 😥 Fantasy football is impossible to win even if they are free to enter. Was traveling through Ohio and thought I would try Bet 365. Upon trying to sign up, it continued to not work. Called and spoke with a live person. Was told they won’t give me any information, but I was banned from the app permanently. Obviously don’t know why, but that’s literally the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.

The games are great but they dont pay out as lets say they ‘Used’ too atleast for me. And I can now loose alot of money fast if not careful. The scene is much more competitive than it was and individual slot game developers/programmers are probably saddened that the player is not getting enrichment and decent gameplay, reviews here speak volumes . I quit all online slots 6months ago due to the low payouts i suggest you do the same if not enjoying. Alot has changed in the nature of many of the games and more complex animations and carrots dangling which is not indicative of a win or bonus coming and is for animation purp only. All tease and sleaze may coin it and my living room physical fullsize fruit machine is more predictable and humble than these modern day online versions. Got in promotion of 300 in bonus bets, won some, had 145.00 in bonus bets, then they closed my account. On phone, girl gave no reason, but did say it happens..did send what I won, but left bonus bets on table…what a scam…don’t get scammed

Bet 365 is a complete scam, I had recently made an account, and right after I put money into my account they had locked my account and would not let me log back in or get my money back and their support system is complete bull shit as you can’t actually speak to some one only a bot and you can not even type you are forced to use pre-written answers that lead no where to unlocking your account it is genuinely impossible

Bet365 will freeze your account randomly for no reason (probably because you’re winning), then they will hold your funds until further notice while they “process” your account review. This happened to me twice now in a span of only a few months. The first time it took about a week for them to release my money. I am currently locked out for my second time & it has been 5 business days already & they are still “processing”. I suspect they are doing this to me because I am winning.

Staggeringly awful website. Constantly down for a start claiming ‘no odds available’ on, er, football and horse-racing! The only single betting company that never pays out on its slots. I’ve played for years and the bet 365 is the only company I’ve never heard of anyone making profit on slots not once. I very rarely gamble and was struggling to log into my bet365 account via their app. I contacted bet365 customer services with the error code I was given only to be told that they have permanently closed my account. Bet365 refuses to give me any information about their reasons for closing my account and has told me that I have no right of appeal. I will be taking my complaint to the Gambling Commission because I feel this is a disgusting way to treat customers.

Bet 365 knew a football match was postponed earlier today, but continued to show it as a live game, right up until kick off time. I have been with Bet365 for over 15 years and never had any real problems. Now when I try to login I get a message saying ‘SORRY YOU HAVE BEEN BLOCKED!’ No explanation, no reason, no idea why and no way of contacting them. Shame because they were my go to bookmakers but obviously no more.

I hadn’t logged in to use my account for a long while and l found l was blocked when eventually trying to do so.l contacted them by email saying the issue l had and they said that my account was permanently blocked and l wasn’t welcome to use their services. I have no idea why l should get such a telling off l hadn’t done anything wrong. So blow them it’s their loss.
