Wrongly suspended my account with no emails telling me why , live chat is pathetic they may aswell not have it ! I emailed them asking why my account was suspended they told me it’s under verification and should take up to 24hrs it has been over a week I’ve had no further emails and I’m still locked out with funds still in the account . Bet365 closed my account twice wrongly, without providing any proper explanation. I never made a single bet or deposit during the time of these restrictions. They first admitted it was a mistake and reactivated my account, only to close it after a month later again despite me doing nothing wrong.Extremely disappointing and unjust treatment for a legitimate user. If you’re living in Cyprus or move between countries, beware! their system might misflag you, and their support won’t help.

Opened an account with their grand national don’t win then get the equivalent in free bets (spent £80). 3 years later i have taken £150 out and still got £100 in and just place smaller fun bets.
