One of the best betting sites out there. Generally good odds, some great offers, fast withdrawal of money. I only encounter a couple of issues during my time there and customer service was helpful in solving them at a timely manner.That said, be advised that if you win somewhat regularly they will eventually take actions like limiting the amount you can bet and excluding you from offers. I’m only taking 1 star out for this since unfortunately this is pretty much standard practice in the industry. They did make it impossible for me to continue using their services after less than a year due to limiting but i was still able to take my profits so all is good.

Scammers. Placed one bet for £20 at 50/1. Got 9 months until it comes in…or not. Tried to log in, couldn’t. Contacted Support to be told account closed due to nature of my business!Said they will pay out if I win!! Yeah I bet they do.

I had won on bonus games 2 separate times and wasn’t paid. Conviently the game froze just at the point when they were paying the best. I tried to contact customer service, but unfortunately you can’t get a live person in Canada. So I was left with virtual chat. They wanted game codes and reference numbers for the game I played. There is no way to get these numbers once the game is over. Absolutely shitty customer service. Never did get paid

Terrible experience on a sports bet . They marked one of my winning bets as a loser so it made my whole entire parlay invalid. Meanwhile all my other games are winning and this one was supposed to be marked as a winner so I would’ve been able to cash out hundreds of dollars and when I contacted them they agreed but it took them three hours to change it and by then I didn’t have the cash out option so I got screwed for hundreds of dollars that I could’ve cashed out if they would’ve marked the bat correctly in the first place . I did nothing wrong. It was all their fault yet they still refuse to do anything.

The live casino is fun but the crash games are extremely buggy and seem rigged.The betting system feels clunky and when cashing out it has a slight delay. A few times I cashed out and half a second later it crashes and the game still doesn’t register that I clicked cash out. I lots an 80 bet due to the game being clunky and slow.Wouldn’t recommend.

Hugely disappointing experience with 365 over the England Spain game. Even though England won, the side I bet on, because this was out of the 90 mins, 365 would not honour the win. Whilst I am sure they are legally compliant, this is hardly what one might determine as customer friendly or indeed fair or honorable. I guess the lesson I learn is read 365’s small print , and o probably try any other betting company!

I couldn’t even get to the point where I bet!!During the verification process my drivers license was rejected even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I got no information this was the case and that my account was closed FOREVER. My license is perfectly fine, I thought after 27 years of living I would give betting a shot at trying to make a bit of money. Turns out that’s absolutely impossible since I’ve been blocked out of the chance to bet for life and for absolutely no reason. I have spoken to 2 people on their live chat which was a pain to get to and the first person, after saying they couldn’t tell me the reason and that there’s nothing I can do, I asked to complain. They said they would escalate it to their superior and asked me to wait, they then just closed the chat. The second person told me the same information, they can leave my complaint on my account but the information remains, meaning they still can’t give me any reason why my drivers license was rejected and that I can’t bet with them ever for the rest of my life. This essentially tells me that my complaint isn’t going anywhere or being seen by anyone, it’s just being thrown into the void and there’s nothing that can be done. This is absolutely insane. I have just renewed my license less than a month ago and so there’s no possible way there’s any issue with it. My name and address is exactly the same as the utility bill that they accepted so what on earth is the reason they rejected it?They have given me no reason why they’ve shut me out from betting for the rest of my life ( and my entire life since this is the first time I’ve tried to bet!) and they have told me there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. It’s insane and absolutely rediculous.

Bet365 is without the best bookie online, hands down. And they know this. However, this superiority is also their Achilles’ heel. I’ve been reading hundreds of reviews of dissatisfied customers. Account closures. Limiting. Settling bets wrongly. I recently had my 10+ year old account closed without any explanation.

Poor.com — I have been a customer for over 15 years. I have tried to log in to my account after not being active for a few months, and I can’t login, I can’t reset password. Support don’t even acknowledge you after you get put through from AI — you just get ignored and have to start the process again. I think every other betting company I’ve used is miles better. I lost my virtual assistants as quick as a flash. I logged into my account today to see my account virtually emptied except for 56p or was was it 36p- can’t remember as now can’t login. I was given the pleasure of logging in once this morning to see the the shock of my account emptied. The scammer even cashed out 2 live bets for £394.86 to add to my balance of near £999 pounds then made two withdrawals £649 and £600 . The total balance was around £1400 by that time but he/she made a few bets for couple of hundred( most likely on casino and lost it)on my cash b4 withdrawing £1249 cash to a card I DID NOT OWN. How the hell can this be ok? This was done after bet365 allowed the scammer to add a new card and deposit £50 so they could empty account of all but pennies. Scum of the earth. bet365 customer service is a joke. Two virtual assistants gave me run around and ended sessions with no explanation. I find it strange that there are so many poor reviews, I presumed these are on casino bets that people are complaining about and if so just don’t play, I would never play any casino on any site there is only one winner.I have no complaints and if anything went wrong or had not paid out correctly after messaging them it was corrected, only knocked of 1 point because they have stopped there instant message system which was so simple. I accidentally put on a bet of £25 ew on an outsider on virtual racing which I enjoy for fun, but 90% of the time I only put 25p ew as the odds are very high and win often, so I messaged them and they gave me the £50 refund that I had made a mistake with. So I have had a good experience with 365.

Bet365 wrongly settled my corners bet – Ignoring official UEFA dataI placed a bet on Over 6.0 corners in the FC Koper vs Željezničar match (July 17, 2025). Bet365 marked the bet as lost, claiming only 6 corners were taken, based on their data provider (Press Association).However, I provided official UEFA statistics showing 7 corners were taken (3 by Koper, 4 by Željezničar). According to Bet365’s own rules, they should reconsider results when there is undisputable evidence of an error.Despite this, they refused to review or escalate the case, choosing to trust a third-party provider over the official competition organizer (UEFA).I’m posting this to make others aware: even with clear evidence, Bet365 won’t correct a wrongly settled bet if it goes against their preferred data source

Not bet since the football season finished, went to place a bet on the superboost today to find they had limited my max bet to £1.. contact CS via live chat and was told its tough, asked just for some reasoning behind the decisions and they ended the chat.. such a shame but that’s me done with them.. what a grim way to treat loyal customers

I made an account with bet365 two days ago, but there was an unspecified error when I clicked the final registration button. I tried registering again, but I was told I already had an account. I tried logging in with the information I had registered with, but I was given an error code “LL01” (I think) and the error told me to contact customer service. Upon contacting customer service, despite never being able to log in, I was told by customer service that “due to the nature of your business with bet365, your account has been banned permanently” and that no further explanation would be provided. I fear this “casino” may be a scam to collect information on people, as they have no explanation (once you submit personal info) regarding the closure of your account other than the previous statement as well as referencing the TOS clause “bet365 reserves the right to close/suspend your account at any time”. BE CAREFUL interacting with this organization, as they very well might be trying to collect data on consumers.

I’ve had an account at bet365 for a long time probably over 15 years, most of the time i had no problems at all. I even went into a few of their shops in Stoke-On-Trent when they were open where i briefly met the current manager. They were kind enough to even send me a Visa Debit card for transactions which could be used at regular cash machines. But i could only use the online games when i used this card. So i contacted them to cancel this restriction. I’ve never had a big payout from bet365 apart from winning a small lottery win of £3600 in June 2025 this is where the problems started. I decided to put some of this money back on the lottery for a chance of £7500+ when i was making these stakes the website kept signing out and messages popped up with concern. The final chance of winning £7500 was under 4-1 i didn’t win this bet but the next time i logged in it stated i must contact them regarding the situation. After a long online conversation to which seemed to be an A.I. which seemed positive. The A.I. stated that they blocked my account permanently and no one can reopen it. As it stands the account is around -£7,000 in net deposits which were from online games. They had no problems when I was using the online games but when there was a chance of winning something substantial they applied a permanent ban. I believe this business is involved in fraud and should be avoided.

I was enjoying betting on sports for a year and a have depositing well over 1500 euros during that time. There were no issues and deposits went through I even communicated on forums with people who were able to withdraw their money from my country. I had to write to support to fix their bet as it was settled incorrectly as lost, if I hadn’t done that the bet would still be lost. Then I tried to cash out my win after they “fixed” their issue. The bet I won was 1800 euros and that was back in March. I can’t withdraw the money guys dont play at this scam site!!! Their support doesnt help in providing alternative solutions but asks me to send them different bank details over and over. Its now July and I still dont have the money I won fair and square. If I could leave a -10 star review I would but I feel that even a 1 star review is too much for their scam business. Do not deposit on this site! If you do take screenshots of everything since you will be needing those to file a lawsuit eventually.

The worst running app I’ve ever used. From freezing to glitching to not loading. The prize matcher game is the biggest waste of time on the entire app. You spend days straight collecting nothing at all and once you finally do the app won’t let you use the bonus!! If you don’t deposit often but play the free games they will make sure you don’t get any of the benefits unless you deposit. Honestly take note of all the other reviews and stay away from bet365. I play on many other sites and genuinely bet365 is the only site where I don’t win anything. I win the odd £2-£4 here and there and that’s about it (if I’m lucky) it really is a terrible site and you absolutely won’t have any kind of decent win on there, ever. I’d be surprised if anyone was lucky to even win £10 on bet365 and I’m not being a sore loser because I understand what gambling is all about but I’ve been playing on bet365 for a couple of years now and it’s been the same since day 1. One of the worst customer support I ever encountered, first of all I had to whait for him 5-10 mins, then we had 10 minute chat, in 5 mins he closed the chat, then again I had to whait in queue then I needed to whait 10 mins until they read the chat, long story short lost 2 hours of my life. One of the worst expiriences of 2025 so far, so yeah don’t recommend it.

My account has been hacked!So I woke up the other day to two deposit that had try to be taken from my bank while I was asleep, on the transaction on the bank statement it says blocked so my bank have obviously realised this was a scam. But who ever hacked my account keeps changing my password which is locking me out but now I’ve raised this to bet 365 I’ve been on live chat 4 times and each time the advisor has ended the chat without explanation or steps forward. The advisors don’t seem to know how or what has happened so instead of raising this issue it’s their managers they are deciding to end the chat. Over all the app it’s self and the customer service is absolutely appalling would not recommend

My account was hacked and emptied out by the hackers. Around £380 was stolen. I followed all your security protocols and didn’t give my details to any one. Yet after 2 hours 45 minutes being bounced around by Bet365’s online chat team I was told I would receive an email “with a resolution” and there was no one I could speak to over the phone. No email was received. This is appalling customer service in the wake of inadequate online security by Bet365. I want my money back, plus payment on the winning bet I placed which is still outstanding.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
