I came to write a review after I received an email from Bet365 A DAY after I created my account with them. The email stated, “Due to the nature of my business, my account has been closed.” I logged in, took advantage of a promo deal, deposited $30, made a bet for $5 then received bonus bets. I withdrew the remaining balance of $25 because (why did I need it on there?). I called customer service and was told, “I’m not privy to why they closed the account. My supervisors make those decisions, but I can forward the concern.” Great. He spoke with them and their “decision was final,” so I wasn’t even able to use the bonus bets that I earned, as per the agreement when I deposited the money. Total scam, avoid Bet365. There are plenty of other good gambling apps/platforms who won’t screw you over.

Well indeed were to start what a disgraceful company so I placed a yearly bet in the grand national I won just a small amount. After attempting to withdraw numerous times I was advised that my bank had declined to accept the funds back into my account as the bank card was invalid – Emmmm the exact same bank card that was used to make a deposit 3 days previously which was as debited immediately. I contacted my bank a major bank that is well known they told me no attempt had been made to deposit any funds into my bank using my card but that there was absolutely no problem with my card or bank account. So I again contacted this company who then advised I needed to withdraw using bank wire and they advised how I do this again no option or drop-down to enable me to add my details in which to make a withdrawal so once again contacted their chat and advised no option to add bank details. The agent then asked me to provide my bank details for which they would then do the bank transfer for me after providing these 3 times on 3 separate occasions I was then told that although they would attempt this my bank account does not exist 🤣🤣😜 so I requested a step by step guide while I was in my account to be talked through how and where I update my bank details as my bank account has been held for over 30 years it’s where my salary is paid and I pay mortgage council tax from etc I asked them to confirm my bank details back. I was then advised my bank does not exist and they had no other option other than bank wire they would not give me any different instruction to the previous which just does not have any option to add bank account details absolutely outrageous I have made a formal complaint took copies of each transcript have evidence from my bank that’s going to the ombudsman AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shameful

Complete utter waste of time. Never even used the website before , so tried placing a small £5 bet on a tennis match. I’ve never bet before in my life but rubbish 365 website wouldn’t let me deposit anything, kept getting sd01 error. Chat to customer serice and no help, what a complete waste of time. I’ll find another website, you crooks.

When attempting to place a bet on the masters, my account did not immediately recognise my bet and it looked like I hadn’t had a bet. Then my account updated and it was clear my bet was duplicated which I did not want. The virtual chat was less than useless.

I placed bets on the grand national yeaterday totalling £15. One of my horses was the winner. £2 at 33/1. £68 should have got back but all I got was £10 of my deposit back. Apparently I had an account with them years ago and put a limit of £5 on it. They were happy enough to let me deposit the £15 in the first place. Absolutely appalling. Terrible casino. They offer a feature where if spend more on the spin you have a better chance of hitting the bonus. So for a 20p spin, if you do a £2 spin you average a bonus hit every 10 spins! On average! So I’ve been doing this and haven’t hit the bonus in about 30 spins. That’s £2 spins, 30 of them for a 20p bonus! I questioned this to be told that you might not get the bonus in 100 spins but might then get 5 bonuses in 10 spins! So the feature tells you it’s an AVERAGE of 10 spins to hit the bonus! The game is called the golden pots and pints! Just stay away from this casino, been playing for years and never win anything decent. This is like buying a bonus and not actually getting the bonus!

Only bet on the Grand National once a year and they won’t pay out my small amount of winnings because my account name is different to my bank account (they were happy to take my deposit from them being different). Now being told they want to see my expenditure on my bank statement to prove I’m who I say I am. Usually you would have to use legal ID like a driving licence or birth marriage certificate. Surely the information at the top of my bank statement should be enough. And web chat was awful, for the 45 minutes I was on there and wouldn’t let me reply each time

wont be using this site again. I used William Hill last year, great! today i used Bet365.com and did £20 on I Am Maximus so £10 each way for odds of 7/1 and only got £24 payout. Either incorrect or my maths is beyond appalling.

They realised I’d won so they changed the pay out amount by £68 for no apparent reason. Then when I tried to withdraw what they were going to pay out they “withdrew” it but never took bank details of were it had to go, nothing. So now I haven’t even got that either. Bet365 is a SCAM.

My granson was putting bets on using the wrong cv2 number and bet 365 excepted the bets . As far as i can see it was about £850 . Ive cantacted them but they refused to except you can use a wrong cv2 number but my son has proved it on his own account by putting a wrong cv2 number in and it went through . My account name is Hashuusein 365 . My account is now closed by 365 after complaining . Keep away . Or better still try using a different cv2 number and proving my point .

I am a pensioner and only bet on the Grand National every year. I had difficulty logging on and live chat shockingly informed me that my account had been permanently closed – for NO reason. They would not tell me why and I was really shocked. On the other hand, having read other reviews I am now gragteful as I have time to go elsewhere.

Betting app is just fraud I won then tried to withdraw money just to get a email saying account was closed due to unknown reason. No money was ever refunded. Everyone need to report them to the gambling authorities they may have disclosures for not giving us reason but to them. They would open up a investigation towards them that way they would have to prove everything there saying reason accounts mysteriously get closed

Very shady business, I recommend you use more reputable businesses and pass up bet365. I originally came back from a year long break to get more involved with sports betting and was met with ‘we do not accept your business’. What does that even mean? Are they too lazy to reopen the account after a period of inactivity. With other sports books like Fanduel and DK I never had this issue. But I guess they are losing players to the competition so it’s whatever. Just decided to give people a heads up in case you have money tied up on bet365.

Bet 365 emailed me to say they were returning my funds as a i hadn’t placed a bet for some time. They asked me for details so they could return my funds but despite hours of trying – even with their stupid chat bot i cant contact them. It really is a very bad service. Help ? doesn’t work. They advertise themselves on TV as the World’s Fav Bookmaker-Surely this Breaches Advertising Standards as so many people are totally dissatisfied with their Service. I have been with them, fool that I am, for 20 yrs +. The early days they were amazingly good but then??? I am 81yrs & old fashioned in that I expect good service from companies I spend my money with. My Wife had an operation about 6 weeks ago & as a courtesy I messaged 365 to advise that I may be online longer as I will be at home looing after her during recovery. Then a few days ago whist logged on to 365 my Wife called out that she needed help. Inadvertently I forgot to log off & when I returned to their site I immediately logged off. When I tried to log back in ,I got a message telling me that I couldn’t. I sent them a message,as a courtesy, explaining what had happened. Kindly they allowed me back in.However next day they SUSPENDED my account & when asked why they said they needed to phone me & when would be the best time. I said 9am -1PM. Despite several messages I am still waiting. I can only assume that they have so many angry customers that they can’t cope.

If you start making a profit they see you as a threat and it is just a matter of time before they start putting restrictions on your account. Bet365 blocked my account without providing any reason. Since they didn’t notify me in advance, I kept trying to access a live bet for 20 minutes and lost money as a result. I registered on the site, deposited £1,000, and placed live bets for a day, losing £100. When I asked for the reason behind the block, they refused to provide one, simply saying that the technical department made the decision. This site is absolutely not trustworthy. Even if I had won, they likely wouldn’t have paid out, given their attitude. Stay away.
