Took me to the cleaners. Done 800 quid and got a feature on fishing frenzy and won 6 quid, what a joke. Skybet and MrQ are much better, at least you get decent wins 2-3k and if you deposit a few hundred you do get a chance to win it back. Avoid this site at all costs.

I’m not sure Bet365 are getting their Responsible Gambling pursuits correct because instead of going after people properly chasing losses and putting in regular sums day after day, they’re going after people actually using their responsible gambling tools to control their gambling. I had my account shut down today because apparently using the ‘Take a Break’ feature was a red flag! They asked me if I ever used it because I thought I’d used my account excessively – isn’t that the whole point of the feature?! Anyway, apparently using this tool is a bad thing and the low-paid advisor guy who clearly had a flowchart to follow and wasn’t interested in understanding how I control things said his recommendation was self-exclusion, but that it was my decision – when I said if it was my decision I didn’t want that, he just said in that case my account was permanently closed! Horrible deception and really not nice to feel judged and not listened to at any stage. I’ll just go elsewhere because I know that things aren’t a problem for me – I just liked using the tools to keep things that way!

This site is a 100% scam. Made my first deposit of $20 here and over the course of 3 weeks I ran it up to over $500 getting lucky on a few parlays. Did my first withdraw and account immediately got banned, no explanation, no reason just a “we no longer wish to accept customers business email, and account has been permanentlybanned” email. What a scumbag company.

I think an overall rating of 1.3 out of 5 clearly states it all!! Steer clear from this corrupt website. Sports are ok to put bets on but do not for the life of you go on the casino or slots. Warning, Don’t play with these people. They are scammers. I joined the site on 09/21/2025. Made a 20.00 deposit. Placed a few bets on NFL. Lost! They give me the 200.00 promotion. Placed several more bets using the promotional funds. Won 1160.00. All of sudden my account was restricted and then terminated with no explanation.

I placed a $5 multi-leg parlay with +4000 odds. Every leg but 1, won and the last leg “pushed”. The bet literally said “push” on that leg, however they settled it as a loss overall. Trash company…

This company must be avoided at all costs. I used to tink they were the best. Now the worst. A few months ago they delayed settlement of a winning bet when the result was all over the media. Eventually they gave me A £50 free bet when a supervisor called me and said he did not understand the delay in settlement. They have constantly messaged me with regard to deposits and had the phone call from them. I told them time and again that I was comfortably off but they didn’t listen and harassed the life out of me. A few weeks ago after placing a £6 bet@2/1 a winner. On the same day settled as a loser. I got in touch with live chat who said it would take 9 hours to sort out and would be reviewed by THEIR SPECIALIST SETTLEMENT TEAM. More about them to folllow. The next day I got an e mail from one of their agents stating that the bet had been wait for it VALIDATED AS A LOSER. I got onto live chat again and told them again my bet was a winner sending evidence. After waiting 2.5 days the bet was eventually settled as a winner. Sending 4 e mails in regard to this bet I received a call from their responsible gambling team who had restricted my account causing me to try to place a bet which would have won me £35.00. This guy told me I had lost £9 a day over around a month. I told him 2 pints of beer and I have spent £20+ on treats for myself that day. I was not happy and lost the plot.I had told this company time and again about my financial situation but they clearly are so thick they did not understand. On Monday I placed 2 in play bets on a cricket game.The event I had bet on was completed at 13.30 and 1 of the bets was settled promptly but the other was unsettled after 3 hrs. Now this company send you messages when you have had too many deposits yet they had failed to settle a bet returning me £100. I was fuming and again my account was suspended and I got the call from Ricardo re responsible gambling. Both these responsible gambling men told me they understood my frustrastion they clearly did not. Since then my account has been closed yet I had an e mail from bet 365 saying this was not about my financial situation. Well what the hell are they doing bothering you so often. One last thing I took £250 off this company getting someone to place a bet for me. They said this was to be advised against. If they are so keen to contatct people re responsible gambling what are they doing advertising their business world wide through various channels. They have taken the fun out of my life and the pleasure I have. Avoid this company at all costs as they fail to understand what you are telling them. The responsible gambling team are all idiots and their Customer Service agents know nothing about Sport. Denise Coates take note. Pat Cooney take note. Bet £3.65 once the best are now useless.

Advertised an “instant” Apple Pay withdrawal. It’s been over 24 hours and still nothing. When I chased them up, their customer support was useless. They just kept repeating that their “payments team” hadn’t processed it yet, with no reason why. Then they just end the chat on you without even solving the problem. Are they sleeping on the job? I’m absolutely furious with Bet365. My account was restricted without any reason given. I asked why and their support staff could not tell me. I asked how long it would take to fix and was explicitly told “24 hours.” That promise was made 7 days ago — SEVEN DAYS — and nothing has happened: no updates, no explanation, no timeline, no escalation.This is unacceptable. They’ve frozen my access and left me in the dark while holding my funds and my account. For a company of this size to show this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shameful. Do not trust Bet365 with your account or money if you expect basic communication and accountability. I demand immediate reinstatement or a full explanation and refund of any inaccessible funds — otherwise I will escalate this complaint to the relevant gambling regulator and my bank.Shocking customer service. Been on the site for a month. Has lots of free games to play on horse racing and football. 2-0 up and your bet wins at football. Site is great However deposited 1.5k and zero withdrawals. Whats worse is not a single upswing more than the feature or free spins pays. Won a poker tournament tonight £600 and immediately £600 of dead spins on the casino. Too predictable.
