If I could give 0 stars I would, app issues, agents lying, “support” staff extremely unhelpful. Promising you things and not delivering. I logged a complaint 7 days ago nothing back. Out about 60 euro worth of rewards at this point because of a mix up which should be easily fixed. Instead support agents blunt, rude and as soon as you join they try to get rid of you instead of helping, asked one question to agent Steve and got a half answer with “anything else I can do for you today” when he know I had a couple of questions. Just plain rude.

After winning 8000, trying to verify my account. Sent drivers license, 5 different utility bills showing correct information, bank statement confirming my cards. Contacted support numerous times over the week with no luck. Live chat is useless they told me I’ll get a follow up email. No help from anyone. Providing the correct documents doesn’t do anything. Money locked up. Canadian customer. Pathetic “support”

David and Catherine were absolutely useless. After being told I use a credit card to deposit, sending bank statements from 2 of my banks for proof of address. Then sending my passport for ID, I was told my account is all open and running again…which it wasn’t. I arrive back to square 1 after an hour of waiting for all this to be processed and am on chat with a 3rd person doing the same rubbish, woeful and a waste of my time.

Made a withdraw on 2nd march general it takes an hour or two to go to my bank account,but it is now 7th march and still not recived withdraw emails sent same response no problems so where is my withdraw

Great for sports bets, only have a little dabble at weekends had a slight issue with account but spoke to Jesus who fixed it straight away great customer service thank you Jesus

Most betting companies have draining long customer service centres that do your head in even with the most minor issues. I spoke with Jacob and he answered all my queries quickly and without issue, a huge breath of fresh air to the status quo.

Stay away from this site, honestly the worst casino online, 400 pounds or more in one game and even one time I went to free spins when I’m playing 0.40 pis each spin… they give me 10 pounds bonus and in the same game I went to free spins 3 TIMES, BIG COINCIDENCE…. Honestly don’t recommend 100%.

I opted in for the wrong bonus, the $300 bet credit instead of the $600. This was resolved very easily with Kamil leaving a note on my account for when I placed a qualifying bet. When I contacted support again the bet credit was instantly credited to my account by Sue. Both were extremely easy to deal with!

Did not send me a code to change password. I was a customer before there was an app. Talk to their live chat and after giving all my details including name , address , e mail was told they couldn’t help. Makes me feel suspicious and insecure. E mailed customer services , got an acknowledgment e mail , nothing since. Three days and counting. Customer non service then. I’m just glad that I never leave more than £20 in my account. They might be great at telling you how to bet but useless when there is a problem.

Been with Betvictor for years-always reliable etc. until now (last 2 weeks). The site works very poorly from my Desktop (tried various browsers) Their Help did not really help. I can only put a single on the horses I can’t retain selections etc. to put a line on-I have no such problems with other sites. I guess I will be using competitors for Cheltenham. I bet you! it is due to being made better for mobile phone use.

Well to start there was no bull∆∆∆∆ at withdrawal. Next my money arrived in 18hrs the first time and has never taken longer than a week. They have friendly and helpful support like Jesus the agent i dealt with today. The win ratio is awesome not like lots where you take a bonus and loseveveryplay till your broke without hitting a free spins or pot at all. Betvictor isn’t like that. I’ve played at near 200 casino’s and these guys are in my top 3.

Really pleased when I first opened up a few months ago. Always completed the sports loyalty tier and it’s a great idea (Though the MEGA WHEEL at the end tends to reward less than the tiers before). The site however isn’t great. Regular issues viewing racing streams and I once had to wait over 5hrs for a winning horse bet to settle because they had no trader to do so at that time of night. Decided I’d contact customer care and explains my issues lately and possibly close my account. Without any real review into the complaints the account was closed within a few seconds. Possibly would have stayed if they reviewed my complaints better.

As a useful bit of information before you sign up. BV do not accept any online banks (Monzo, starling, Revolut etc). They have said it is a business decision.This is fine, but information should have been transparent before you waste time signing up, only to find you cannot deposit any money.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star due to an issue I had. I play the loyalty club every week. I played a bit on Monday, wagered about 3-400 on casino and 100 on sports. Then remembered the loyalty club and opted in. Starting at 0. I played and played and wagered 4,700-4,800 on casino and 420 on sports. Basically just shy of the next tier on loyalty club and they flat out refused to give it to me. Even though in total I’ve wagered enough. Just forgot to opt in the first day. Horrible treatment by manager Catherine. Simply didn’t care and kept repeating herself that she doesn’t give goodwill gestures. Even though they actually do, and often help people when just short of the next stage of loyalty. Pretty horrible experience and considering I spent 1-2000 and wagered 5,500, and the rewards aren’t amazing anyway, you’d think they be a bit more fair about the situation.

Really poor. Have been using the app for a number of months. Recently the account was frozen pending account verification. A bank letter was not sufficient and I didn’t have a utility bill. Spoke to customer services and explained that I didn’t want the hassle. Asked if they could close my account and refund the £5 remaining balance (this was from paying in deposits not winnings). They simply refused. Really poor that on top of the usual security procedures – pin log etc and back account verification they still insist on such measures. Do they think that customers should do this? No other betting app ever has????
