General Information
Ladbrokes was one of the first bookmaking companies to be founded, dating back to 1886 when they were established by a Mr. Schwind. Originally commission agents for horses trained at Ladbroke Hall, the name stuck even when operations moved to London. It was not until 1902 that they were to become known as simply Ladbrokes. Despite a downturn in fortunes around the Second World War, since then they’ve become the firm they are to date, and were in talks with Gala Coral Group in June 2015. Just a month later, the deal was confirmed and became the biggest bookmaker in Britain because of it. The merger of the two was completed in November 2016.
Deposit & Withdrawals
Ladbrokes follow the same format as other bookmakers when it comes to the handling of money. There is not charge to deposit or withdraw, and the standard 3-5 days wait to process any winnings into your account is in place. Both include the minimum of $5, though you can only withdraw up to $30,000, whereas you can deposit $99,999. Their website has a clear and concise FAQ on this specific section should any questions be unanswered. On our site you will also find information about Ladbrokes bonus and Ladbrokes mobile app.
Customer Service
The customer service is also a nice feature of all online betting outlets, though Ladbrokes seem to have this well under control. It is extremely easy to access as compared to others, with a clear arrangement of buttons in the top right corner of the page. However, finding the live chat was a little bit tougher, having to end up Googling to find the designated place. Other than that, once with an advisor, queries are solved quickly and efficiently.
License Information
For customers licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission.

ladbrokes online Not too bad an online bookie however theres a few things that really could do with improvement and it surrounds their "free games"Firstly "slot rivals" be it normal or the "Fanzone version"The game is billed as "play against other players"When in fact you never play against other players it is ALWAYS bots (painfully obvious bots too)As they always target you no matter what the other "BOT/Players" have within the last few seconds. Plus the get chests / balls etc when you have no chance. It is painfully obvious that it has already been decided before you start if your going to get a prize or not. This is fine, but come on Ladbrokes be honestAnd Hungry Bear gaming the creaters of this platform - stop trying to pass it off as something it is not.The bots use other players names from across different platforms (And you never see those players on the leaderboard)Secondly the fanzone golden balls thing (nice idea, but you never win ever)On the plus side, theres some really good things like spins and horses and Fanzone odds for your favourite team which I really enjoy.(Just wish the free spins etc was on a larger variety of slots, I know how much slots are a rip off but do like to have a go with the "free spins" etc - occasionally will have a proper flutter on them if the slot looks fun - the free spins help me see how entertaining they are, which is why I think you should open them up to a greater variety)
