I must say the service of agent Jesus was exceptional. However I have given 3 star as I had several issues with a withdrawal I made even though I am fully verified customer. Jesus joined the live chat and was able to resolve my issue within a few hours that no one else could resolve in 5/6 days. This would have been a 1 star review if it wasnt for the great service of Jesus. Be grateful to have someone like that on your team as this would have been a horrendous review needless to say a complaint too.

Wel they forgot to giv me my 20 bets for spending 10 went on live chat told them I got the casino bonus but didn’t get the bet bonus and he told me they wud b on in a couple of mins and they was I can’t fault them and they give me 5 free spins as well

If you are looking for a mediocre company, you found it,guys.I deposited more than $15K in a month, not a single time I was rewarded a free games feature that is more than 0.75 cents that I bet on, which returned of course just joke a few multipliers.None of my high stake bets were able to get rewarded, I opened over 400 sessions. Which shows their greedy RTP is just a gimmick.Sportsbook is another joke. I made a parlay, I am ahead,but cash outs are suspended. Their juice is a lot higher compared to other bookmakers, yet, they still try to block the cash outs while the player is ahead.Their bonus system is disaster.My caliber players used to get alot more privileges before Ontario banned respected bookmakers such as willhill etc. So We ended up these greedy, sketch casinos as Ontarians.And the only reason I came here, I had a few big wins at Leo Vegas and they kind of gave me hard time for back to back stupid verifications in a few months like 4 times ,the only thing left was my DNA. I am a legit mid level recreational playing person. So I said enough and came here to betvictor.These companies are taking advantages of players like us thanks to Ontario Law that banned other companies. I wish pinnacle Casino is back but they only have sportsbook in Ontario.

Not impressed I made a withdrawal early today and they proceeded to process this. I then had an email to state I had to send verification and money has now been blocked and can’t be used and telling me to wait 72 hours for verification when I was told multiple times my withdrawal was processed. Now having to wait 72 hours when was relying on that money as was told it was instant. Not sure I will be using this app again.

I cashed out on a 9 team accumulator today for €390 and confirmed this on the app. I also have a screenshot of this. Little did I know when I looked at my balance it was not credited. I’ve been into the live chat team and awaiting feedback but it has been a horrible experience for me and it shows that the app and cash out is unreliable. I’m awaiting feedback from Bet it or so this review covers the app and the lack of credibility around it.

I have lost count of how many times I have put accumulators on and the bet is suspended from start to finish giving you no option at any point to cash out. Absolute joke.

Playing slot on betvictor online today. Eventually got to bonus so happy days then message appeared refresh your page in black box in front of game I thought if I press x on corner of box it would go but it did and took game with it. I tried logging into game again but bonus was gone so contacted betvictor . Agent kamil wasn’t there to help and asked did I take a screenshot of this well i hadn’t obviously. Not happy feels like i lost potential jackpot win .

I do currently have a few issues been escalated , I work in CS myself and do understand that issues have to be escalated to Certain departments to be investigated , but Previously have been waiting nearly a week for updates or answers , and to get a the wrong information and having to ring back up and get escalated again is poor customer service , it isn’t good enough , its like an agent pushing u off just to get you off . Ryan and Kieron have changed my mind about BetVictors agents today . Hopefully my issues get resolved , I’ve wagered €100k in few days so I expect to be prioritized and compensated. Thanks
