I have been using BetVictor for some time now. I have high amounts of deposits 20k+. When I won 12k+ they restricted my account and asked for documentation such as tax information, bank accounts, ID's...etc. I provided them with all information the same day. My account is still restricted 3 weeks later and they will not give me a time table for when they will give me my money. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they give the same response each time. Last week i tried to check if it had been finished and they closed my account. Originally they told me it would take 72hrs, then 2 weeks and now they are saying months. They are liars and scammers. I have been fair with them.They will drop a comment below saying to contact their customer support, however the customer support has been useless as far as the verification process. They have zero intention of paying out and therefore the only responsible response is legal action.

Fake Positive Reviews. Be very careful these low life scum,they are posting fake positive reviews to make them look good, funny how they all seem to say how great live chat is,. Even 1 star its to much.I had play on this site for maybe 2 years.I had no spending limits and did not spend large amounts of money,20 £ deposit on 1 pound bet for slots,it had been many deposits but usually I had back 80 % of the deposits in winning.After losses of around 10k in about 2 years maybe 3 now they ask to give me my tax return.When I refused they had closed my acc.How fair is that?

Signed up, auto verified and received email, deposited 700 to bet on England u21s final, as soon as this happened they requested 4 different verifications and took 72h to check them, also requested a further bank statement to prove I had made the deposit even though the funds are still in the account? Then rejected my proof and asked for another one, awful customer service and an awful “finance department” . This happened last Wednesday, it’s now Wednesday again, a full week holding my funds.

Scammers they did not apply a responsible gaming limit to my account until i lost £1500. and now no chance of this money back as its restricted.After getting my account verified, i started playing, won, and withdrew my winnings, quite efficient and fast withdrawals. I ended up on a losing streak after that. only to be told that they are restricting my account and i will only be able to deposit £200 per month. This is the same day I lost over £1500. Why couldn't they do it a day before? i was more than happy to play and lose £200 per month. So stay away from this casino as well unless your limits are in place and are verified, your documents are fully verified, do not deposit.

Betvictor has not been doing ethical business. I wish the Gambling comission takes away the license of this unethical business.I was doing tennis betting on Rublev vs Karatsev 2nd round match. Rublev was leading 5-4 and i bet 1000 pounds for rublev to win the set. Rublev lost the next game and both became 6-6. Later Rublev won the first point of the tie break and The amount that i could cash out was 746. I decided to see if he can win more points to get more cashout value. He lost next point. The app never gave me any cash out amount. I realised now Bet victor got into scam mode. I went into web version of betvictor and what a scam ?? Both the app neither the website gave any cash amount for the rest of the tie break.I am not worried about loosing some of the amount but i could have cashed out 600 pounds and betvictor scam mode made me loose it.Sometimes the app is slow on updating the results and the cash out value. Scam. However, the whole amount (deposit + bonus) is awarded as a bonus and needs to be wagered 10x (so 400 deposit = $4000 wager requirements).The bonus expires in 7 days but if you contact support they will extend the day count until you either A run out of money or B finish the wager requirement.I spoke to a very nice CSR named Pavol and he took the time to explain all of this to me. Very patient!Would use it again just for good customer support!

Both times I was sent to him was because the previous rep was did not resolve the situation to my preferences, and this man REESE was lightning quick with diagnosing what I needed, presenting my options, and following thru with desired outcome both times. Bing bang boom. Back to betting and analyzing just like that. Not all hero’s wear capes but BetVictor you definitely owe this man one after he’s saving your reviews section one client at a time. The energy from this review alone should speak on REESE’s; expertise and customer experience/satisfaction, because it was all through a live chat. Great employee but better person. I had a darts bet in live play at 0.30 on friday night, sat morning which was settled correctly as a winning bet. The same 2 players played each other again the following night and the winning bet suddenly became a losing bet and 166.50 was withdrawn from my account because they resettled my bet on the wrong match. Worst casino I've ever played at spent 3k on multiple slots and every bonus round on every slot was dead spin after dead spin biggest win I got from a bonus was 24 quid out of 22 bonuses I got costing 3k I won 68.24 back all slots were on 2 quid stake and bet Victor slots are awful rtp must be extremely low at this site definitely won't be playing again ill stuck to playing at mr q be careful people I've played at many many casinos this 1 us by far the worst I've ever played at self excluded myself from them aswell

If I could give this site no stars I would. people don't be fooled by the 5* ratings it obviously the people who work their ive put in 20 on Monday 30 Tuesday then another 40 today it gave me one bonus and I got £7.42 these people like scamming you if I can make one person stay away from them I'll be happy they were making me depressed I hope the company gets looked into by the gambling commission soon cause they are fraudulent and need investigated

We all know that slots are designed to take your money but BetVictor take this to a whole new level of just pure greed.I asked for a lifetime RTP, got the email and I can tell you just one slot that stuck out, The Dog House, I have had 12,000 spins on this slot and my RTP over that period is 73%. When I contacted support to complain they offered me a £25 casino bonus to end the complaint. What does that say? Don't believe any 5 star review.... All fake, written by staff. Everytime I have contacted support I have found them rude, arrogant and the most unhelpful people to deal with.
