If something goes wrong, there’s no one to talk to. Just an automated service. I put some small £3 combination forecast bets on tonight. I won one, but they only paid me for half of it. Yet they’ve taken my full stake. I’ve used them for years and I’ve spent way more than I’ve withdrawn, so for them to restrict my account suddenly and start stealing my money (albeit small amounts) is disgraceful, they’re actually just helping themselves and paying a fraction of what I was owed. Was quite happy with them, but there’s no one to chat with to help!
