I don’t understand all negative comments about this casino. This Casino is legit and really good I think is one of the best casino out there. I recommend 100% the only thing that I haven’t done yet is withdrawn some money. I will keep you posted.

Withdrawal Issues Scam Site PerhapsI have NEVER had withdrawal issues like this site!!! I’ve had the pleasure of playing on other casino sites and this is the first one that is trying desperately in every way to make my withdrawal of my winnings of $2100 impossible. I think they purposely have you wait 5 days for you to receive your withdrawal so that they can say it’s your bank that is is causing the delay and that your bank is to blame for the reason you have not received the funds. That’s funny because my bank has received many many many of my winnings from other casino sites with absolutely no issues. I don’t buy that excuse for one moment. I do not believe that it’s my bank that is not accepting the transaction. I believe they have my winnings on hold still and haven’t even forwarded it to my bank. My bank would have advised me about a declined transaction and would have sent it back after a few days. With all this aggravation I have asked them to retract my withdrawal request and asked them then to decline my withdrawal and put it back in my account and they said they no longer have it. So my question is where is it? They said my bank it holding it and to contact them. So is this going to be a “he said she said” situation causing more issues? I still don’t buy it! Banks don’t hold funds like that! They told me they have to escalate this because it has past the 5 day requirement. Ya ok. I have to show proof now and show my bank statement. Which is fine but now causes another delay!! Really!! If you play on this site and win, show your bank statement and deposit information right away to show proof so they won’t make you wait like me to collect your winnings. They will try everything to make you jump through hoops!!!! Make sure they see your name and deposit date information right away. Now I have to go to my bank and get a current bank statement. I’m not happy with this site and after this experience I don’t think it’s worth the aggravation. In regards to customer service in the beginning they are right there to help you and then watch out they do not like you asking questions. Once you do, they start to avoid you and make you wait for lengthy amounts of time!!! I laugh because you get a response email (a generic one of course saying we are sorry etc..,) do these complaints and do people get their winnings situation get rectified?
