So I liked this website for awhile but their customer service tanked. They told me to use their bonuses and they would reward me so I did. I started using them and the wins stopped happening. And then they just absolutely stopped respecting me. So a customer of three years that did what they said and used to treat me well.. and then bam. No respect. I have screen shots to show as well.

honestly didnt want to pick a star, just a rip off. well done to the makers. this site controls the percentage of win loss. i have played multiple sites and its funny how this one seems to not allow wins. i have favorites that pay but on this site they dont. run away people and keep running

It’s non of their business what I do or what my career is or anything. They should just be thankful I am playing here. But no, they wanted PERSONAL INFORMATION then I wrote back telling them I can spend whatever I set my budget at. Then when I went to login and play after they blocked and closed my account because I did not send them the PERSONAL INFORMATION. So I went on live chat to them on the website and asked why my account is blocked and closed and the Agent said I was sent an Email regarding this. I said no, I did not receive anything about this. So they said I will get sent the email again and never did get anything as of yet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, ITS A SCAM!
