I made a deposit of $500 and I played $6 every spin 8 minutes later I loss $500 and did not win 5 cents their system keeps on crashing 35 times so I lost 35 X $6 = $210 bc when it crashes you lose your bet Its impossible to win I made 4 deposits and I went 83 spins without winning a penny it is definitely the worse on line casino and they are not located in Canada and zero customer service Their play smart is buried so far deep that it took me 1.5 hour to finally find it When you make a deposit it takes 48 hours before your money gets deposit in your Casumo account but it does come out of your bank account in 2 minutes overall stay awayThey refused to provide me with my transactions record. its the worst casino that I have encountered in years Play somewhere where you might have an opportunity to winFunny how they replied to all positive reviews which is very few but they have never replied to a negative review Stay away

They will wear you down with constant requests for info and documentation. Then never pay out your withdrawal. So very unfair that this is allowed to decent hard working people who have a gamble for some fun , Casumo will take and take deposits with no verification but to withdraw is a different matter , and you never receive it . £3000 still owed . Has caused Mental health issues .

Would give zero stars if I could. Account locked without explanation or communication. Live chat are a waste of time just same answer that’s it’s under review. Just want my money back and to never use again. Looks like I’m going to have to get the gambling commission involved to resolve this. Crooks!
