General Information
Unibet was founded in 1997 by Anders Strom. They were renamed the Kindred Group in December 2016 and shortly after bought out 32Red, having also previously acquired the online arm of the Stan James operation, solidifying their presence in the United Kingdom. They are registered in Malta, though come from a Nordic background and remain popular and prevalent in Scandinavia.
Deposit & Withdrawals
Unibet’s deposit and withdrawal system follows the standard procedure. Debit and Credit cards will suffice as per usual, alongside money transfer services such as Skrill and Neteller, though you must use one of the other methods prior to either of those two. Unibet rarely has problems with both depositing and withdrawing, though the usual timeframe of two to five days is to be taken into account when expecting money to get to your bank account. On our site you will also find information about Unibet bonus and Unibet mobile app.
Customer Service
Another strong point of Unibet’s online betting outlet is their customer service. Nicely located at the top right side of the website’s header is the help menu, opening up a new tab featuring their FAQ. The ‘Contact Us’ tab is located within that, showing that they deal with telephone, live chat, email and even a helpful link to the Unibet Community forum. All of which are 24/7, which is better than some of their competitors who only run until 9pm.
License Information
Customers in the United Kingdom: Unibet is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission (licence number 000-045322-R-324275-001)

A Friend gave me a tip on a horse that was racing the following day so I backed it with Unibet that night £50 e.way at 12/1.The horse wins as the 7/4 favourite. The gamble pays off and makes a lot of people happy. Not me though as they refused to pay out.Due to rule 16.1 they have the right to refuse payoutidentity fraud;payment fraud;money laundering;third party funding;forgery;using stolen or fraudulent payment details;collusion with other individuals;utilisation of software to gain an advantage;chip dumping;exploitation of loopholes within our software & functionality;betting on fixed sporting events; orinsider information. The bottom rule applies to me.How is this allowed? Why isn't this country blocking them from trading in the UK?This is fraud and there is nothing you can do about.A company that is allowed to trade in the UK that can scam its customers. They need to be banned from this country.
