API works really good. I uploaded some documents, that were accepted, before doing the first withdrawal. I did not know that my account was not fully verified yet and had to wait a week before the account was verified. In the meantime I couldn't bet. Still 4 stars. API works good and the documentation is good enough. Customer support is quick to react. Only the KYC department was a bit slow.

Still 4 stars. API works good and the documentation is good enough. Customer support is quick to react. Only the KYC department was a bit slow.

This is honestly the biggest scamming ripoff casino you could ever use or be a part of. Youre obviously not supposed to win every single time you play, but you will get caught up losing every single deposit you make on just about any and every game you play. I know many people who will vouch for this as well. Stay away from this place at all costs...if you don't believe me or the other people here saying the same thing, you are going to waste your money. I've deleted my account with them and it wouldnt be a surprise if they go completely under in the near future. Stay away, trust me.

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called premium_tip,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win! I will definitely recommend y’a to go check him out on Instagram.

Years ago Betfair used to be the best betting experience around the exchange was top notch and fluid with lots of liquidity available on a range of markets but since Betfair linked up with Paddy Power the Sportsbook side has gone rapidly downhill. There is definately something suspicious going on with the casino arcade slots as when first played you will win money but after a while you will start losing heavily with spin after spin losing and no returns. I've noticed many suspicious patterns on certain casino games where the same patterns are repeated over and over again sometimes you will be offered 25 free spins when you win £25 if you accept the offer you will lose heavily sometimes upto £100 or more yet if you don't accept the offer you will win so its as if you are being encouraged to accept the free spins offer which many gamers will do and if accepted you will lose a lot of money straight away. Betting on the Sportsbook football is a nightmare games will totally disappear at random for no reason Cash Out conveniently disappears at certain points to stop any Cash Out and will not return for ages sometimes when the game is nearly finished rendering the Cash Out option defunct. This happens all the time on multiple/accumulator bets on the Sportsbook add that to the customer service from Betfair which is totally non existent and all in all what was once a brilliant betting experience has become a nightmare. I would definately say that the casino gaming is extremely suspicious and would strongly advise using it my enjoyment of Betfair used to be brilliant but its not really fun anymore I have no confidence in its legitimacy the exchange is ok punter again punter Betfair don't care about the exchange as they make huge amounts in commission the Sportsbook is totally different and I personally don't have any confidence whatsoever betting on the Sportsbook so I would say if you bet on the Sportsbook you do so at your own discretion because in my experience you will lose and lose heavily over a period of time. I have £44K on live bets with Betfair without prior notice or communication they have closed my account denied me access with no reason. I had to do my own investigating to find out why this could be. After sending to them on several occasions and receiving confirmation of receipt of ID, Bank Statements,P60,Payslip, utility bills , proof of wealth they still haven't resolved this. Asked for data protection subject access they sent the reply to my wife email address. They are incompetent and it is beyond me that they can do this and not resolve it, They have now done the same thing to a relative. Their communication between their customer services and their so called verification team in Malta is useless. If you get into this situation record everything copy everything and get resolver involved straight away. When resolver send off your complaint and even if Betfair get in touch with their standard auto reply and resolver come back to say do you want to escalate this escalate it and push for a deadlock letter so you can get the Independent Complaints involved asap. Also get in touch with the Malta Gaming Commissions and send a complaint to them, Betfairs communication is woefully unprofessional.

Don't understand a previous comment about lack of Football matches to bet on. There's a wide array of markets, certainly for Football and Horse Racing which I use on Betfair. I can't comment on the Casino side as I don't use it. Never had a problem though with the services I do use and Customer Service were helpful when I have had to use them.

Review of Betfair.com and the 88 Fortunes- by SG Interactive The game malfunctioned as i was playing. I entered the bonus/jackpot round. Once i clicked the coins for bonus spins- the machine blanks out- and i lost the ability to see the jackpot rounds play out. In addition the game screen is no longer under my control. My ability to change the bet size, stop auto spins, or see the game reels were lost. (I would assume being able to control the actions of betting is mandatory for all games in a casino online or otherwise_ I reached out to customer service right away- and was promised a response in 72 hours. After not hearing back from betfair, i followed up and was told they are still waiting for a response from the game provider. After waiting nearly a month, i followed up again and this time the service agent said they reached out to the game provider again and their answer was that "game/round completed" and there was no issue on their end that could be seen. I have numerous pictures and videos of the incident. I'm disappointed by the betfair.com support teams customer service response and openly question the ethics and fairness of these online slots and predatory behavior.

Betfair stinks! I tell you that place is rigged something wicked-their slots are so rigged that it's easy for anyone to see-100 pound on one slot 25p a go -yay hay eventually got bonus payed me £2.25 pmsl, so i decide to close my account and just self exclude myself from their forever! They would only do it for 5 years and they refuse to remove my bank card details? What i asked! They then asked me to provide a photo id of my bank card a bank statement and a picture of my last deposit to betfair!!!! So i asked the guy adrian they called him why would you want to keep my bank details on your site when ive just closed my account by self exclusion? Why would i have to prove my bank card is mine when you have been excepting deposits and transfering money into my bank account 3 times? Then the guy just disapeared and ran away!!! Now i cant get back on to betfair chat as only members can talk to them....I will have to inform bank and get a new bank card as this seems very dodgy to me, keep away from betfair and their crooked twins paddy power!!!! Very dodgy indeed!!!

The exchange was wonderful Then they got greedy and added the sportsbook which is pointless as you'll be restricted very fast Then even worse they sold to Paddy Power and that when it lost the plot. Customer service is an utter embarrassment they don't even pretend to care. They tell you they will call you back and they don't. That would never have happened back in the day. Constant outages on the site. Races not being suspended in time etc etc etc They have had live video issues for years yet still tell me it's my side and to clear my cookies and cache. Embarrassing The nosey busybody team don't have a problem getting in touch wanting to know all my personal details and bank statements wage slips though. the sportsbook sucks got banned from there after placing less than 10 bets on A 100 pound loss, a joke of a book i suppose they only want mugs. I would just stick to the betting exchange as thats decent. But I would stay far away from the sportsbook.

Utterly useless. Had to go through a review of income after 18 years with them. Sent proof of homes owned. Income. Tax paid. Etc. The compliance team miscalculated my income by 50% Didn’t understand tax. Didn’t understand income. Miscalculated Second income stream. Closed account. Betfair are no better than the bookies who rig the market in their favour by restricting accounts of people who actually make a profit gambling. Betfair don't do this however they rip people off another way by taxing them up to 60% on winnings!! Not only do they charge commission on winnings now they have decided that if sometime is successful at betting or trading they'll take a big % instead. Up to 60% . Gangsters!! Simple as that. Betdaq don't do this so I recommend as many people as possible switch to Betdaq and show Betfair where to go. This will increase liquidity on betdaq exchange which will make it a better place to gamble or trade.

Terrible odds, compared to Bet365 in particular Always lagging behind Betfair exchanges NO better, taking into account the deduction for commission. Add in 'NO first past the post' to Sportsbook customers even when 'cash out' is activated I feel very cheated This company really have to take a long long look at their competitors

I placed a bet for England to get more than 156.5 runs in 20 overs the game was abandoned due to rain and betfair or bet unfair claim that the total of 131 after 16.1 overs stands as there was more than 16 overs played even though England were odds on to exceed the total if they had the extra 3.5 overs left, unbelievable that they can do this

Used to be the best thing in the world for bettors then Paddy Power got involved and totally ruined it. Customer service is totally utterly useless and don't give a damn when it comes to sorting problems Live video stream is always going down and all they do is tell you do clear your cache and cookies (lol) even though half the betfair forum are telling them it's down I just wish they had proper competition with liquidity. While they have a monopoly they can carry on taking the mick

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! BE WARE!!!! I have contacted customer care over 8 times. My bet won, but my liability was not returned. I have been left waiting for hours by customer care, been disconnected, been lied to, been given false hope and stupid excuses. This company used to be good, but after COVID they have gone really down. I would be careful to use this company, unless you are ready to lose your winnings.

Good reviews.... previously. Trying to contact Betfair is like trying to but a winning lottery ticket. In fact the buying a ticket has better odds. Been trying to contact them regarding a bet, no joy as their 'customer service agents' are all busy, says a lot, will definitely try another gaming site now.

The worst possible customer support on issue that their promotion is not honored. They transfer you from agent to agent and make you wait for about 3 hours with no solution.

Horrible, unethical and scammers. SAVE your money. The cards are predetermined on blackjack, and the card value is shown before the card is even flipped over. Terrible customer service and constantly has delays to mess up your bet and takes your money. Trust me.. do not do it.

Betfair are deliberately withholding your money for 2 to 5 days so they making money on your money. every other online site pay your money on day . when you approach them about it they terminate your chat . where is the gambling commision or trading standards as they are in breach of there terms of transfer . state 2 payments upto 500 on a day not no paymnets

Annoyingly I don't get any promotions anymore, apparently not eligible for any of the 5 free spins. I used to get these everytime they showed up on my app but now I can't get any. I did have a problem with my account and I believe this is why and what's happened but the customer service team don't seem to care or want to help - account deactivated you won't be getting my money anymore!
