When all efforts seems hopeless, i finally gave Mrs Tahibroshey a try because of the positive comments about her, to be honest i was really sceptical towards her at first but thanks to this great platform and reviews, it worked out beautifully. she was able to reclaim my money as promised. you can reach her via ( tahibroshey at Gee M).

Like many reviews on here, I have discovered the hard way that Bet"fair" (how sickly ironic the name), are quite simply thieves and scam artists out to relieve you of any money, any way they can. I foolishly went for their bet £10 receive x £50 in free bets but without bothering with too much detail, they reneged and then refused to communicate when I complained, simply happy to have nicked a tenner off me, job done, not caring if I never used them again - (which clearly I wouldn't!!). What was worse was my football treble was 2/3 of the way there, when the 'cash out' facility, suddenly and conveniently vanished, not enabling me to cash out,( Should've been at least £30-50), for the ENTIRETY of the 90 minutes of the third (leg) football match. This underhand and UNFAIR use of the cash out facility which they are advertising as a benefit feature for customers, only to withdraw it when it suits their purposes (i.e. if there is any chance for that customer winning!). When I attempted to complain, the agent (who was sneering & arrogant, none caring), simply pointed to terms stating that it is within Betfairs remit to offer/withdraw cash out whenever they saw fit. Still waiting for them "To write to me", (Just fob u off). SO, things learned; 1). Reading about all of these issues from genuine people on here, and no doubt the probable thousands more who didn't bother sharing their experiences, WHAT are the Betting "Regulator" (and I use that term very, very loosely), doing? The answer is nothing. I had a look on their website, and it is very clear that it is a pointless and ineffective, political organisation, there for "show", which conveniently "Don't take on individual cases", basically giving Betting Companies carte blanche to do whatever they want to. It is a disgrace. More than likely, the people running that organisation are taking backhanders from the well-heeled betting companies' lobbyists, allowing this shearing of the general public to go on without any opportunity for redemption or punishment. 2). Clive Owen - This man is an absolute disgrace choosing to be the figurehead for this nefarious, disgusting organisation. I for one, now view him in a completely different light after my experience and latterly, my understanding of how Bet"fair" are run & being operated. He is using his reputation & (supposed) integrity, to say to people, bet here, this company does things properly & the right way, when in fact they are not and they are effectively tricking and stealing off people. The cash-out function he advertises on those slick adverts being a case in point. He should hang his head in shame not just associating with these crooks but being the public bait that draws people in - "Hey its me Clive Owen, a person of integrity, this company is alright". He needs to read these reviews.By doing what he's doing, he is tarring himself with Bet"fairs" dirty brush just 4 (no doubt a lot of) money. This means that Clive Owen is NOT a man of integrity but is complicit in the fraud and theft of this nefarious organisation. Finally, like others on here, I have made the connection between Paddy Power and Bet"fair" (who own them), including the similar, cheating way that they operate and the utter lack of any real customer services or recourse. It is clear these companies MUST BE BOYCOTTED and the message shared. In my experience, Ladbrokes seem to be a company operating fairly and openly. The whole gambling industry is like the Wild West, due to the complete non-existence of any ineffective governance from the "Regulator", again, I use that term in loose reference only. I recall Tracey Crouch MP quitting her cabinet post over a point of principle relating to betting terminals being reduced to £2 from £100. This noble, selfless act is a thing of scarcity and honour in this day & age and is one of the few acts in recent public life standing up for a principle on behalf of the people that they are supposed to represent and protect. More & more people are turning to gambling in this country in desperation, having lost their jobs post Covid. That is why it is imperative that we have a Gambling Ombudsman who have teeth and are actively policing these tricks perpetuated by the sharks in the industry & stamping them out, doing the job they are paid 2 do, protecting the people, instead of taking backhanders, allowing the sheep to get sheared so brazenly. This is the worst betting site I have come across. Always delay pay out when you win. Today I just waited 45 minutes to collect my winning and it was not until I called to complain then they made the payment. Also for withdrawal, they don’t pay you until you call to complain. Then they made the payment.

Tonight the Nacional (Par) v Guairena match was interrupted at the beginning of the second half due to floodlight failure for about 25 minutes. Betfair immediately suspended the match, when play resumed the match remained suspended for the rest of the second half (about 40minutes). No trading could be undertaken and I like many people consequently lost money because we could not trade out. Betfair should have cancelled all trades but are just shysters and its their charges first, no wonder they're losing customers. I like many others have am now moving my trading to other exchanges

I had a 4 fold accumulator on spread across 4 different times first game won second and third game kicked off 30 mins apart from each other so while the 3rd team was in at half time the 2nd team was on the 60th ish min that part of the bet come in as need them to have 19 shots that was all which they did, the third game then kicked off for the 2nd half then they took my cash out away completely and then the bet flopped bearing on mind my cash out before the half time was around £200 which I was going to take but Cashout was taken away and I was told the traders have withdrawn from the cash out and it’s not a guaranteed thing they do..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY HAD OVER £400 of me in a space of 2 months with the small win of £140 I had

Had a winning bet for a player to have 2 shots on target which happened. The bet was settled then 5 mins later reversed and marked as losing claiming there was only one shot on target. Guys Have any of you noticed that prices have been shaved on your horse racing winners, I’ve had 3 incidents now, backed an 8/1 winner got paid out at 13/2, backed 6/1 suddenly its 5’s, and latest a 10/1 suddenly 8, I’ve been punting long enough to know when something doesn’t feel right, anybody else noticed this?

I signed up to Betfair in response to an ad offering free betting credit, and as I'd read they were offering good odds on the US presidential election. Their website is confusing and user unfriendly, and they never honoured the free credit. Their website seems to show bets I didn't make, and they are refusing to pay out on the ones I did make. Their staff were unhelpful and rude, and their escalated complaints area refused to assist.

The bet had gone I was going to contact them again but thought just close your account these are fraudsters and don't ever touch them. There are decent bookies online William Hill for instance so dump these thieves as soon as possible.

I closed both, my ex partner has accounts also and still plays there with little or no payout what so ever ..i mean nothing she keeps playing winning everywhare else, but never in these two combined casinos absolute DISGRACE why she plays there i will never know appart from ADDICTION i can see no other reason.STICK with VIRGINBET at least they look after theyre players

There should be a 0 star option! Completely dishonest company and now also thieves! I was with Betfair for 10+ years. In August they suspended my account for apparent 'security issue'. At first it was ID and proof of funds to get it back, which was sent, then a week later something else, and then something else a week later. To date they have: My UK passport, driving license, utility bills, bank statements, wage slips, evidence of my wages being paid in to my bank, bank statements showing transactions from my acc to Betfair. Skrill money book evidence, PayPal acc statement, Proof of ownership of an old bank card. You name it and they have got it. A week ago i was kicked out of my PaddyPower acc and my funds withheld. Their reason - because of my betfair acc!! (same people). They are not replying to my emails, fobbing me off in the chat, and I still haven't been contacted. They have stolen £80 from me...Not winnings - a recent deposit. You are probably thinking 'Yeah he must have done something' I wish... This would be so much easier to accept if I did. I have 1 long term legitimate job, 1 source of income. I am as vanilla as they come. If they can do this to me and treat me in this manner and steal from me, they can do it to you. But then for the sake of my own sanity, I sought for answers and I found ( Emilyperpy at Yahoo mail ). I filed complaint with them and within a short period of time, I was able to recover all my funds back.i recommend their swift.

Bet fair may be a renowned bookmakers but they do not do anything out of the ordinary. I requested a withdrawal on Wednesday only to find that it is still pending today and the money will not be available until Tuesday next week at the earliest. This in comparison to the arrivals is absolutely shocking. After speaking to customer services I just found I was speaking to a robot and wasted most of my time when I finally got through to a representative I wish I never bothered. There are many other bookmakers on the market that offer a better service than this
Bet fair may be a renowned bookmakers but they do not do anything out of the ordinary. I requested a withdrawal on Wednesday only to find that it is still pending today and the money will not be available until Tuesday next week at the earliest. This in comparison to the arrivals is absolutely shocking. After speaking to customer services I just found I was speaking to a robot and wasted most of my time when I finally got through to a representative I wish I never bothered. There are many other bookmakers on the market that offer a better service than this

since it was founded in 2000 this company was run by people with a brain who put the punter first. It grew extremely fast and soon became #1 . The wheels came off the very day it floated on the exchange in 2010. After that, the interest of the shareholders was more important than that of the punters. I am watching their demise with interest and hope they get what they deserve

Just google betfair matched betting and you will find a guide by betfair promoting matched betting. Dont promote matched betting on your website then ban people for trying it. Its insane how you charge 5% commission surely that brings in enough cash flow. The 'free bet streak exchange promotion' is something I genuinely punt on and I have been winning these alot. If you cant justify someone winning on this promotion change your terms to make it harder. Dont lure people in and cut them off its totally unjust but i suppose that's the difference between bookmakers and exchanges. You are not an exchange just another scumbag bookmaker.

What a disgrace Betfair has become. I contacted the customer services regarding an incorrect settled wager - was told it was a loser, but disagreed and contacted them via email - have had no reply. Heres my wager -whats your opinion ? I had a wager on a horse match race A versus B- both horses pulled up - but my bet was settled as a loser- so who won and who lost ?? This has happened previously and in my opinion should either be void bet or a non runner. I wonder how many unsuspecting punters are ripped off in similar settling ? Seems this company is only interested in its profits with no or poor customer service. My advice is keep your eye on their settling of your bets. Certainly this company gone down hill for service to punters.

I joined Betfair. Added £10 for free bet. Never got it. Won a bet with my tenner. Had £15 in my account. I then got an email giving free spins. So i clicked on it and had these free spins. Checked balance and money had gone. Only way to contact Betfair was on chat. Stayed on for 3 hours as got cut off 4 times by staff. Last person said someone would contact me within a few days. That was over a week ago and nothing. Scam website. I would have gave no stars if possible. Dont know how regulatory allows this to happen.

In regards to my previous review of Betfair if you combine Betfair and Paddy Power trustpilot ratings(Paddy Power is about 1.6 compared to Betfairs 1.5 both extremely bad)you will start to see why Betfair has gone from being the best betting exchange experience in the early 2000's to what it is now as the customer experience which was always important to Betfair has now become totally non existent. If you check the Paddy Power ratings you will see pretty much the exact same issues that Betfair members have which is with the Sportsbook where football matches disappear Cash Out disappears at convenient times(the casino arcade and slots are very suspicious in my opinion and never work properly)which is exactly what Paddy Power users say so is it any wonder when Paddy Power bought up the Sportbook and joined forces with Betfair that the whole experience has got worse. I have never reviewed Betfair before on Trustpilot and was absolutely shocked at how bad the ratings are people closing their accounts leaving in their droves and it should now be plain obvious to Betfair that they have serious issues its not just a few issues its numerous problems mainly with the Sportsbook but also the Exchange. Betfairs customer service representatives if that's what you want to call them can be extremely rude and aggressive insinuating that's its your fault and why are you complaining it takes forever to talk to someone on live chat as they don't have an email facility anymore every other betting company does apart from Betfair which considering they are a multi national worldwide company should be an embarrassment because a member doesn't want to talk about something important on live chat or receive an automated response they want to either talk to someone on the phone who knows what they're talking about or send an email(a lot of Betfair customer service representatives don't understand Betfair or betting)so why are they working for them answering customers queries if they don't understand how the Exchange/Sportsbook works. A recent reviewer on Trustpilot said they wouldn't be surprised if Betfair go under I'm not sure that will happen but if you keep on offering a substandard service and keep on taking your loyal customers for granted then you deserve exactly what you get people will go elsewhere as there are plenty of Betting Portals and Sportsbooks around plus Betfair don't have the monopoly online anymore like they used to have. I have four telephone accounts none with Paddy Power should I add and although the majority of my betting online has gone through Betfair since the early 2000's I'm more than happy to take my money elsewhere if I'm not valued or wanted so I think Betfair and Paddy Power should heed the warning as people will keep on leaving and it might be too late for them to do anything about it or realise what's going on Betfair and Paddy Power you have been warned.

I have never come across worse customer service ever. It’s all designed not to help you and to make profit for the company that’s why they don’t have anyone to speak to in person so they make it difficult by not answering your querie direct. It’s shameful that Betfair operate this way and treat good customers with no respect. They don’t even answer your online querie and leave your holiding form hours all designed to make profit out of vulnerable gamblers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
