William Hill are by far the worst bookmaker for Horse Racing Odds – Check ODDSCHECKER and you will see what I mean. If you bet with these crooks you will lose. On the rare time they are best odds (more chance of being hit by lightning) they won't take a bet of more than a 5 often they only offer to take pennies

After 3 years of just taking money off them by only using promos . Total over 5000 pounds took off them and they finally twigged on by suspending my account this week. if I can make this money so can you. I've opened a new account in my relatives name now with new sim card and their bank details (permission given lol) and will start making money again off them lol. You should do the same so easy.

signed up deposited and played for a few weeks, then i became furloughed so took a small break, when i came back i was told i had an existing self exclusion from a different account, which i accept, i did not know it was still in place i thought the account had been deleted… but i know i did have one previously. i signed up with all my correct details, passed the verification and played away quite happily. what has annoyed me is that if i had withdrawn cash would they have paid out? they allowed me to play whilst self excluded and as far as i am aware that is illegal. so i will be taking this further as they are clearly not abiding by the law.

Having used betting sites since they first opened on the internet around 20 years ago I have this to be the most CORRUPT RIGGED SITE OUT THERE!! Played Diamond Blitz and was awarded the bonus, after 3 spins I had 5 wilds locked in with 7 bonus spins still remaining. They ended the bonus before I'd had them. When I challenged it they said my gameplay shows that I didn't even activate the bonus round.

Utterly useless bunch of chiselling shysters.

Opened an account on the back of a promotion. Promotion did not appear on the website or app.
Tried to follow up on the online support and was held on for over 40 minutes whilst message said the average holding time was between 4 and 15 minutes. Withdrew my deposit and deleted the app. Give this bunch of incompetent aholes a miss.

For comparison Coral have been entirely trouble free. Go there instead

I am only a small time player of slots and I have noticed a definite change in the performance over the last few months. They are now more difficult to get a bonus. You never get a bonus early, tempting you to chase loses. Bonus's rarely give high pay back. I think the alogorithms also play the player.
I used to leave having won sometimes, but overall a loss, but I have not now won in weeks.
They have obviously lost a lot of income from Fixed Price Betting Terminals & No sport since lockdown, they are trying to make up in other ways.
All they have to do is ensure you do not get a bonus, a simple software manipulation, to ensure greater profit.
I will no longer play any slots on line.

William Hill my go to bookies for such a long time, alas no longer. Betting wise a fine place for a punt, and the odds boosts are always a welcome bonus. Have most of the various sports fixtures played around the world to bet on, not on a par with BET365, but who is? Decent odds available and personally I find their site very easy to use.

Slots were always quite fair in my opinion and there was always a chance for a decent win until the dreaded Covid-19 came to town, now the only game you play is how much am I going to lose today on them, doesn't matter which slots you go on it is the same monotony of dead spins and no bonuses. You know you are not going to win but you are truly transfixed as the reels go round and your finger keeps pressing until all hope is gone, or money -whichever comes first.

Where as you get bonuses from the other bookies for being a loyal customer, don't expect the same from William Hill, as they seem to have the mantra that they don't need these incentives to keep their customers happy.

The one beacon of light was their Bonus Drop, where more often than not you would receive some free spins and at least have a chance of wining some money, however in their wisdom they have replaced it with Bonus Explorer, which is possibly the worse game ever invented for customer loyalty, as the chances of winning free spins daily and even weekly are scandalous, it is supposed to be random yet it is the same pattern daily, first 2 squares selected something in them, next 3 squares crosses in them.

This is the final nail in the coffin for me, even Ladcrooks do better customer bonuses and that is all I need to say in this regard, so so long William Hill it was a pleasure until 3 months ago.

Horrible customer service response time and then they don’t even answer your complaint. The took a significant amount from my account without telling me or making me aware in any such matter. Were happy to let me deposit and believe I won then the following day adjusted my balance and did not tell me why until I questioned their antics.

Was told I could have 5 as compensation for their actions and no apology!! Total jokers as a long time customer I’m disgusted and am emailing the CEO regarding their service.

Don’t even care about it now just want to make him aware of what a terrible site he is running and I suggest anyone who is annoyed does the same and make him earn his millions of pounds a year.

BEWARE! Wow just wow. Just lost 1,500 on their online roulette games. Any section I play just gets avoided by the ball, the same spin that I decide to change numbers, it hits my previous biggest winning number. EVERY time. William hill have so far today advertised 3 markets that will be live to watch if you place a bet.

Place the bet and nothing, their broadcast of William hill TV can only show what they decide to show.

spent over an hour with the most unhelpful and ill informed customer service team who even after been provided with screen shots on several occasions still do not know how their own company works and what they are broadcasting.

i can only assume duping clients into placing bets is illegal

The rewards are non existent, the promitions laughable, other sites compete for your loyalty and reward it, William Hill take it for granted. Their staff treat you like simpletons, when you question them on it and want to have an honest discourse they give generic responses and take 15 minutes to tell you what you already knew; they won't give you anything. Daily drops was mediocre but the new promotion bonus explorer is worse amazingly, 5 free spins a day became a week and every day picks follow the same pattern, but it's random right, despite seeing spectacular odds fall in Hills favour while you can barely get in a modest win. Never seen a site where so many seem to purely complain about the low win rates, but I have to say I have noticed it too. Once kings of the high street, this former giant needs to do more to stay relevant and competitive or they will go the same way their high street shops have.
