Got banned from playing free games obviously because I've never deposited any of my own money but have won 300+ on free games. Went to 'contact us' several times - the 1st 3 times I was told a supervisor would deal with explaining to me why and the supervisor just never appeared on the chat. Since then the agents are now closing the conversation. I simply want them to admit its because saying 'the bookie always wins' definitely does not apply in my case as I have been bearing the bookie. This is shocking as I've won fair and square! How they have dealt with me asking for a legitimate explanation is disgusting. I have screenshots of it all. Avoid William hill !!!!!! hi I would give zero if I could but I can't. William Hill are the worse they don't contact the losers but soon as you win they block your account and get safer gambling involved and then you have to explain to them. its been five days William Hill have with held my money 26k was playing quantum roulette and won loads from a 70 deposit but William Hill think I need help and a chat with someone? now my account will stay open but 100 deposit limit in place once this gets sorted and at this rate might have the money in time for xmas

I created an account about a year ago, deposited my money and then I get asked for verification after the fact. I've sent them more details than I needed to send my solicitors when taking out a ducking mortgage! The people who are on the verification team can't seem to connect the dots, they just request more and more information. I gave my passport, driver's licence, multiple bank statements from multiple banks, credit card statements, wrote my username down, all of the above with selfies as well, my payslips for Christ's sake.Still frick all. I then asked to have someone higher up take a look because I was hoping someone with a brain cell could just check the box that confirmed who I am. But no. I wouldn't be surprised if they will be asking for some blood next or maybe a sperm sample.What a bloody joke. USE SOME COMMON SENSE

The odds against getting 15 losing bets black or red on a roulette wheel in a row are 49000:1 against. But it happened. Read into that as you will. Just don't open an account with them. And as for normal betting - fair play only works when it's in their interest - they will shut you out of winning accas to prevent you cashing in.

And if you refuse you will never win instead keep losing. Its like they used against you. They allow the government to have them treated customers as if we kids when we are all responsible adults. I was unlucky enough to "win" their "FREE or 4" promotion, correctly guessing 6 games with 3 or 4 goals. 200 in free bets were credited to my account, great..! Then they suspended my account to 'verify' my details. This has been going on for months even though I have provided all the overly intrusive demands for photos of this, that and the other. The free bets have now expired and I still do not have access to my account that has a balance of over 150. Can only contact via "LIVE chat", which is not actually live, call centre scripted responses asking for the same things and if you are put through to a supervisor the chat bot "breaks". BE WARNED you will never actually win anything from these guys...!

For example they want a photo of me next to a printed PayPal statement, which is ridiculous. It is 2022 and no other site asked for this. They also blocked my account from receiving further promotions despite barely doing anything (all I did was the welcome offer and a few spins)

Awful platform my winnings were to paid to me,I have written to the support team more than 10 times no single reply.I had no choice i hired a firm Ex os sy st em sl lc . io legal team to intervene.My long held winning was released and paid to my account.

This bookmakers will stab you in the back at any opportunity they can and I know from the last 5 years experience with William hill you will be lucky to win your stake back it's not a fair gamble and the customer service is useless I would advise you to keep your money in your pocket and not give these inhumane company's the chance to get rich by robbing and cheeting us out of our hard earned money, think twice people please don't give these scum the satisfaction

What I've noticed in William hills/888 casino in all but name, I notice when they give these enhanced offers on football trebles for example, how many win? Very few if any. Doesn't it make you wonder if bookmakers & football clubs are in league with each other making millions week in week out and the punters expense. When something is to good to be true it usually is.

Just a shame I have to put one star trust me this place is averaging about 85 percent dead spins on all slots and penny wins on the little bits you do win you will literally have to pump money for days on any game to receive a poor bonus Ive never played such ripoff games anywhere its just terrible and definitely not fair or fun give this place a miss if you value your time and money massive thumbs down ?

Reopening account. Nightmare. Endless sending documents. Done it 3 times now. They confirm I am now verified. But still cannot log in. So I called up customer services. They dont handle phone calls about verification any more, so phone goes dead. So I try chat bot firing generic stupid suggestions. Finally through to human. Human says he will take care of it then and there. I upload documents in the chat. Hes says the quality is too blurry. I suggest its more a reflection of their upload capacity as i was using an iPhone 12. He said he cant read address, so I zoom in on address for both Bank statement and passport. He said its now invalid because its cropped. And hands me back to Will the chat robot. Utter garbage merry go round.
