As you know this outfit are holding on to £39,000 using this affordabillity bo##ocks as an excuse not to pay up,So here we go again ive gone to ibas “independant betting arbitration service” ,To get the money they owe fair and square,Define What a Bookmaker is ment to do… 1800s to 2000 put odds up take a bet if it wins pay out….Fast forward 24 years,Put odds up take a bet if it wins WITHOLD PAYMENT,Ask for id,hold up your passport with a utility bill online accounts anyway…Anyway itl take me upto 12 week to get paid so if i had that £39k in my nationwide account it would probably make me £400 interest are William hill going to pay me the interest id have lost,What odds they dont 🤣🤣🤣…I will give anyone free advice,try not to leave over £1000 in any online account as you will have to jump through hoops to get your money

AVOID!!!Agree with the majority of people about this site.Avoid the casino at all costs. They lure people in because they have a well known brand, but, trust me,their casino payouts would be a joke if they actually existed.

William Hill advertising of ‘Free Bonus drops, free spins’ etc etc is false advertising. Here’s why What they don’t mention is that unless you’re depositing regularly then they will boot you out from using the Bonus drop , free spins that they advertise.I would have been a part timer in reference to how often I bet. I would bet once a week on football. Normal for most people but not William Hill. In between work breaks I’d go on and do the free spins and bonus drop. Because I wasn’t putting a bet on as much as I was using the free spins and bonus drop … They locked me out of using the Bonus drop and Free Spins. You don’t see that in there advertising “Try our bonus drops or free spins but be aware if you do and don’t regularly put a bet on we’ll freeze you out of using the free spins”.I’m not even gonna get in to the excuses there customer support gave me.

Appalling company.As a carer i helped a disabled person whilst they were in hospital.My account was then shutdown and the funds confiscated. The person with a disability also had their account shutdown.After complaining about this illegal discrimination against people with disabilities who require assistance, i received an apology, my money given back to me and was told i could create a new account. Disappointingly, the website wouldnt let me create a new account and when contacting customer services i was simply referred to their terms and conditions and kicked off the chat without even being given the chance to respond ‘Have a nice day’.A truly terrible company that discriminates against those with disabilities. This is illegal but William Hill believe their terms and conditons supercede English law. It is not worth my time to pursue this further, I’ll just bet elsewhere, but William Hill are a disgrace in how they treat people with disabilities.

Put on a £5 Acca 9 fold £2863 to win 3 teams left to play and cash out suspended 2 teams won last team postponed until night after William hill settled bet at £603. Withdrew £500 lost other money on daft bets. Put in another £40 from bank for it not to register so contacted William hill who then said bet carried on next day and last team lost so they then said that it was loosing bet and wanted money back. I argued point that I had no option to cash out as I would have but they said they can pull cash out at anytime and still state loosing bet. I’ve closed account see ya later robbing bar stewards. Ok when loosing don’t want to pay out must be that I’ve won a few this year and I was up.

Tried to open an account, needed verified so I sent a recent utility bill. Emailed me saying it didn’t have an issue date on it when it clearly did. I emailed back to point this out and they just send me the same stock email. Incomprehensible in the first place and lazy in the second. I won’t be bothering to contact them any more.

Local William hill have to refused to pay out on a draw as they say there was injury time so gone past 90 minutes. Is this basically fraudulent? Surely all bets are based on 90 PLUS injury time

William Hill blocked my account 4 days ago after withdrawing some money from the account, without telling me why and for how long. The digital assistant only informed me that my account is under a routine account review by one of our teams. Still blocked and no response , this company is a farce

Awful experience their customer service is beyond useless live chat is terrible . Prepare to spend hours getting nowhere . Wish i read the reviews first instead of the misleading advert as apparently using card on apple pay invalidates your free bet offer as its some way different to typing in all the numbers yourself .

Seems like a lot of similar stories but deposited £10 via Apple Pay to qualify for free bets but this is classed as NUVEI (whatever that is) apparently so doesn’t qualify. Such a scam. Customer service less than helpful. Save your money, go with SkyBet instead.

Like previous reviews, account locked all day apparently due to a routine review. Presumably because I won a small amount £14 yesterday and am slightly up over the last few months. Can’t access my money couldn’t use it to bet on last day of Cheltenham, can get any assistance or customer support, so unless you plan to only ever losing money, avoid William Hill, will stick to Paddy Power. Stunned by the amount of horrendous reviews this company gets and they clearly don’t care about that or their customers, so don’t waste your time.

I’ve been with William Hill Online for years and not had any issues depositing or withdrawing. Then today, on the last day of the Cheltenham Festival, probably my favourite day of the year, when all my 4 day multiples have their final legs it decides to do a “Routine Security Check” I have now been locked out of my account for 15 hours. I tried the online customer service support but it just takes you around in circles. There is no option to email or telephone. They advise X (Twitter), but they said ‘our hands are tied and we can’t help’. So, literally, if my account is not reopened there is no way of speaking to anyone and therefore my winnings have disappeared. Illegal perhaps, ruined my enjoyment of the Festival definitely (and at a time when racing needs to be supported). If eventually I do manage to have my account reopened I will withdraw my cash and end the account. DO NOT SIGN UP TO WILLIAM HILL. There is zero customer support if you have an issue.

Having given several 5* reviews for this company I greatly feel sorry for now leaving a 1* REVIEW. Today was Cheltenham Gold Cup day, it is also the eve of my 80th Birthday on which my football team, Newcastle Utd play live on TV in the semi of the F.A CUP. Today I was unable to use my long-standing account with William Hill because due to some unspecified routine they were carrying out on my account I was not able to log on. I told them about this 1st thing today & as of now I can still not gain access-VERY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve been using my account for years. Soon as I win a small amount on a free horse bet they suspended my account and put my withdrawal on hold. Absolutely crooked. It’s only £30 and they was happy to take my money but don’t like payouts .My username is mrbean1957

Wish I’d read these reviews before joining. Cheltenham festival comes round every year, using this as an excuse for leaving people on hold is pathetic. Please read all small print when joining, they’ll avoid giving offers if they possibly can.

Signed up using the BB40 code to bet a tenner and recieve 40 free bets. After betting a tenner recieved nothing got on live chat and was told apple pay was not allowed and i need to use a card to receive the bonus. Deposited 15 using card and bet that never recieved a bonus and was then told i never used a code(which i did)

Closed my account because I couldn’t provide proof of address (dated within the last 3 months) of a property that I lived at over 6 years ago. Even though I can provide my driving licence, council tax letter, mortgage documents and utility bills for my current address, the account remains closed. Make it make sense.

Had a bet yesterday 12th March for the 3.30 at Cheltenham today (13th March) with Hollie Doyle … she won the race … 9-1 was the odds when I backed her, I put £10.00 on so said yesterday £100 back .. Hollie won so I thought I have money in the bank 😊 . (£100.00) then William hill come up with a couple of horses never raced so took money off so only £86.00 in my bank … surely if I back the horse after the others pulled out I would understand but not at least 24hours before the race and no cash out option either before the race… joke. Another old customer lost to bet 365 for the sake of £14.00….

Joke of a company. Slowly phase me out of promotions for no reason. I won a£20 free bet on a prediction game (the bet lost anyway) after that I was restricted from entering again. Then I stopped being eligible for any and all free bet promotions and given no reason not even their customer service would tell me why. And now I’m not eligible for daily free spins so there’s no point to using them anymore as all I can do is daily drop which always loses anyway. Poor service and poor app. I never took any money out from them anyway compared to paddy power which I’ve won over £300 on and still have access to all their promos. Bet lost despite result being officially awarded by Sky Bet, Paddy Power, Fantasy Premier League and many other bookmakers. Wouldn’t pay out for £80 and when I waited an hour to speak to a supervisor they refused to even refund the £5 stake or credit it as a free bet. There is no incentive whatsoever to bet with William Hill. Please avoid at all costs and stick to Paddy Power who actually care about their customers even slightly. Scumbags

Hello, they (William Hill) offered a 25% bonus if I deposited up to £50.This I did and played one game and they took the money and converted into ‘bonus’ which was not the deal. After 3 hours last night and 2 hours this morning and getting as far as a ‘supervisor’ I still haven’t got my money back to real money. Shocking service but they just fob me off. Bullied me with words and frankly was disgusted. Haven’t ever ahd a problem until now but they have my money. No answers other than what they say which was rubbish. My complaint was handled badly and is still ongoing and still waiting for answers.

*WARNING* This company discriminates between customers!! The big spenders get many more privileges than the average guy who occasionally puts a few quid into his account. I had all the Promotions excluded from my account without an explanation as to why. The “customer services” just send out template messages which include no relevant explanation to the customers enquiries. Having spoken to an employee he confided in me that company policy was to whittle out the small spenders and try and fleece more cash out of the big spenders.But remember…. this company is just out there to take your money and not give a flying **** about you as a human being. I just got an email stating im not able to use their offers or promos again basically cos i had a couple of wins lately not huge 64 and 72 so they slapped me with that ?
