I placed a few bets on William Hill and one minute later these bets were replicated and the money taken from my account. When I made a complaint they told me that the bets would stand and immediately cut off the chat. If I wanted to escalate my grievance, (which I was eager to do) then I would have to open a new chat and go through the whole process again. This was after waiting for over an hour for a reply. Awful company. Take your business elsewhere!

Worst customer services ever! I recently opened an account and placed a bet of £745 on an accumulator, the bet was accepted. Upon logging in this morning I saw that my account had been closed. I immediately contacted customer services who said there’s nothing they could do and that they needed documents from an account which was opened years ago. I explained that until the issue is resolved can I have my bet voided until we get my account cleared up. The agent said they were unable to do so as there was a restriction on my account. Agent clearly didn’t want to help me and now I have zero control over my bet. I would avoid and use their competition who clearly value customers more than this company

I have been with William Hill for several years and so far there have been no problems with withdrawals or depositsthe only thing that disappointed me was the drop bonus, if you don’t make a deposit you won’t get anything, plus a 10% roulette promotion, more promotions made for deposit without paying attention to players who probably deposited enough into William’s account

Random true to life poker just pay to play its great! What an absolute load of garbage it is in reality. Miracle river cards every hand to turn the hand on its head. I got my daily 5 free spins. Please avoid at all costs. I have been gaming for 31 years and never been Treated so badly.I placed a winning bet in a shop, when I went to collect my £1000. Horrible customer service. AVOID. The closed my account after about 1 month of betting requesting for proof of residence, bank statements and IDs. I have send them 3 different forms of ID passport, national ID, driving license. They are now requesting a UK driving license which I dont have. Note that for the past 10 years I have opened all my UK accounts including my bank account with a foreigner ID with no issue. AVOID – I have never felt so mistreated.

I received a password reset email from william hill or someone purporting to be them. I was pretty sure I had signed up with an account with william hill in the past, but not longer had details for it. Since willhill.com is not the same domain as their website though, I suspected it might be a phishing attempt. I contacted them to check if emails from willhill.com were legit. I was asked for username,dob and security answer (I wasn’t given the question). I explained that though I thought I may well have signed up ago, I no longer had the details. I didn’t know my username (unless it was the email I had aready told them). I was told I would still need to give this info to proceed. Why do I need to answer security questions just to find out if the email is legitimate or phishing?

I have an account with William Hill which I use infrequently. Currently there is a positive balance in the account. However I can’t access the account. When I go online for help an automated helpline is activated. When I have answered the security questions, they provide me with a temporary password to access the account. At that point the process comes to an unsuccessful conclusion because the account is locked. I have spent hours on line waiting for a supervisor who apparently is busy. This is the worst ‘help’ system I have ever encountered

Finally got fed up with horrific returns on slots and closed my account after 20yrs of being a customer.
