This is the most ridiculously fixed app on the Internet. Since 888 own it and banned me from 888 almost 4 years ago and bought William Hill.They fixed it and ruined a British establishment. Updated review as I’ve had an ongoing complaint with William Hill for a long time. My complaint was how they send text message promotions for in shop but they never worked and they never bothered to help fix it. Obviously done to get ppl in shop. After a long time of their complaint procedure I got someone who said they didn’t send anything for online when if they paid attention they’d off seen the email complaint I made stated in shop promotion. Sums them up! Even their complaints team doesn’t bother to read a complaint. Now I’ll report them to IBAS and share my screenshot emails to all. People need to avoid scam sites like this

They closed my account without giving any valid reason. I suspect it because I was not losing any money. I won in the past(around 80 pounds)and it was so difficult to withdraw money, probably had to send 20 emails with attachments -picture of me holding my id, bank statement, card, there was always something wrong so I had to do it again. I suspect most people would give up at this point.. Don’t use these scammers.

Do not join william hill, what everyone says about the withdrawing is absolutely true, but most of all thier customer service skills are diabolical, I was asking questions in regards to a bet and they didn’t even have the terms and conditions for that, just said thanks for talking to us today, and closed the chat. I have since closed my account and will be sticking with paddypowers who have great customer service and no problems with withdrawals.

Joined about an hour before the Grand National.. only to place small bets..Deposited £20.. went to bid and stated needed to verify my ID.. time was running out for the National, so I chose to withdraw my deposit and was going to cancel account..Only to find I couldnt I still had to produce my ID to take my own money out.. I hit withdraw and my balance went to zero..I contacted them online I disputed it…also no emails or alerts from them to confirm my actions.. I did argue my point.. but still uploaded proof of who I was..still nothing after a couple of weeks so I contacted them again..after an hour somone finally told me that my uploads wernt saticfactory though Ov checked my sent emails and they were very clear..they still have my £20, its not winnings its from my Debit card, funds which I deposited.. personally I would never use them again…I hope this is not regular practice..my £20 dissapeared from my balance and I have not been able to see it in my balance since..and when I asked they never told me where my money was…?

I won 2 £10 bet credits on a free game on the William Hill site. So placed a £10 bet on football Stats and won £32.00 which I withdrew £30 it was paid instantly in to my bank account, brilliant service, I then placed the other £10 on the last game of the season it would have paid out 5000 if it came in, William Hill suspended the bet, placed it on one of the other games again it was suspended strange. I put 2.00 on a horse which won, was happy with that. Have tried to take my winnings out of my account to discover William Hill have closed my account and only way I can get my money is to send in 3 forms of ID and a hand written letter !! What was I born yesterday keep the money if you want it that bad and I will keep my identity. AVOID THIS APP complete SCAMMERS

Here is another example of shocking game play.Play with 2k, drop down to £50, then my miracle get up to 1400.Change game and do exactly the same but when gaining back, you reach 800.Change game again, lose 800 and add 100 more.Not even 1 feature and now 2.1k down.

My complaint is william Hills stopped bog in the horse racing markets and they don’t even offer a cash out on e/w bets. You can only pick up to 8 selections in football build a bet aswell. I certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Have a friend who has worked for this company for years..the stuff i hear doesnt actually shock me..believe me all i can say is dont play the slots!! Highly volatile regardless of amount deposited/stake used YOU WILL BARELY WIN. ❌Absolutely shocking❌ very few wins and only pays out pence, played on a variety of games on £1, 80p, 60p, 40p and 30p all still the same, loose,loose,loose. Scatters rarely come in and if they do nothing for the first 7 then penny’s for the last 3. Deposited over £400 with no wins only a few pounds like £4 odd. There is better sites out there than this. terrible at the Venetian makes me not want to even go back to the hotel …At first glance, if you’re just sitting watching a game, it’s a pretty good sports book. Easy access to the big screens seem to be decent amount of seating… However, you can get that at almost any sports book. Staff It’s very rude , angry and off-putting. The sportsbook is not associated with the hotel at the Venetian So any credit you would get would not go towards staying at the hotel. They wouldn’t take the Venetian card the rewards card. It’s all William hill rewards. I asked them to put Cincinnati Arizona game on. They snapped back. Arizona gets blacked out here then turned away. That’s not the way you answer somebody who just put a $1,500 bet in. I’m not a monster player but 1500 should warrant a decent response. Sorry sir but they black out the game here for Arizona. I’m old school. I speak to people the way I want to be spoken to. But please and thank yous go a long way. It’s still my money and with all the options I have I don’t have to play here. I’m pretty as a matter of fact. I probably wouldn’t stay at the Venetian again because you can’t get on a sports app cuz William Hill. I tried to withdraw the balance of my online account and received a message asking me to contact Customer Support . This link took me to a corrupted web page . I got the same result from clicking on “Message Us” , “Contact Us” and “Chat” links .I tried to contact WH via Resolver UK , but WH told me they only dealt with betting shop problems . and supplied me the same link that took me me to the corrupted webpage again . I replied to them asking for an alternative method of contact and have heard nothing .My next step will have to be to complain to their Regulator . WH used to be very good , but they appear to have gone the way of the likes of Paddypower with unethical and shady practices . I wish I’d checked Trustpilot first & seen how much they’ve deteriorated. A few years ago , a had to complain to the Regulator about Paddypower , and I got my money , so hopefully I will be successful this time also .

Absolutely disgusting. Played machines in shops for many years. As from this year I noticed a massive decline in returns which made me suspicious.
