Why have the bonus drop as a false advertising promotion when it’s a loss every single day, the same free spins on promotion for a full week? Deposit £50 for dud free spins? Technical errors logging in, 2 balance boxes, not logged in – refresh etc even when logged in. if you have a small winning streak they aim to disrupt that, if you have a careful low risk small wins betting strategy the technical errors creep in, they want users to lose £5’s and £10’s to deposit more to lose. I hate these betting apps, unfair robbers.

After trying to withdraw funds, the account was blocked, allegedly for additional verification. Having provided all possible documents, three weeks have passed and they have not responded and the account remains inaccessible for entry, the withdrawal of funds has not been paid. My letters to them and to the second opinion are ignored, I am considering the possibility of a class action lawsuit. I am creating a group on Facebook for people who want to join the lawsuit with a similar case against this company. I have experience, I know how to bring the matter to an end, and the company to a large fine and deprivation of a license in the UK.

Don’t even bother betting your money. Slots are 25%RTP at the most and they take it back straight after with 15 spins on 50p without anything back over 40p. The gambling commission should have investigated them by now but they are fat useless people just like william hill. Non existent customers service, and a bot that rated itself a 5 for feedback. I deposited £5 and app then reported connection issue. Money went from my account but when I got back into my app the money had gone. Raised the problem and they said I had staked the money when I actually wasn’t able to get into the app. Completely lost confidence.

Been with william hill for years , then out of the blue they put a restriction on my account so I can’t play bonus drop or use my loyalty points, which I’ve bloody well earnt by my deposits and playing. Spoke to someone on chat and was told it was down to safer gambling and not to worry because the restriction can be lifted ( when they feel like it ) now anyone would think I was putting thousands on. I have been playing the same slot for months now, when I very first played got the bonus which was ok. Now I have a 10x multi and all possible bonuses are maxed out the bonus just won’t drop. I have lost count of how many spins it is now on various bet sizes. It seems to be they are trying to get the money back they lost on the court case. Discriminated me and restricted my account for no reason . I then had safer gambling call me because in a conversation with customer services i said they are making me distressed due to refusing to tell me why and i had angina . I bet £10 on Lewis Hamilton to WIN the Belgium grand prix and was disappointed when George Russell won. On Monday morning Ì noticed that Russell had been disqualified and Hamilton promoted to first, so I went to William hill to collect my winnings and was told that Russell is still classed as winning the race.What a rip off.
