I placed a bet each way on a complete outsider, Lazy Griff, a few days ahead of Derby and the horse came third. I was expecting to win £122 but won only around £20! It was only then I noticed a sneaky ‘Opt in’ button to get the best odds. I tried using the online chat to complain, but nobody responded. I asked for a data request for my information and it showed in black and white that will hill knew I was still on Gamstop and just accepted my new account and allowed me to deposit. I requested multi times for my account to be permanently closed and every time they just reopened it. There is no player safety and the system they use to verify people doesn’t work. They allowed more than 5 new accounts to be opened and used just to get money 😡

Never playing this site again, at first you win abit then it just start taking everything you put in. The baskets at the tops of the game will sit full and refuse to drop often no matter how many bananas/fish you add to them, its a total money suck lure, when you do win anything you’ll just get back to your initial deposit amount then it just gets sucked again its a waste of energy and time.

Registered an account today, deposited £20 and within 20 minutes I was logged out, couldn’t log back in. Contacted customer support via there web chat to be informed my account was permanently closed/suspended! Why? I hadn’t even had a chance to place a bet lmao. £20 wasted but at least I found out before depositing much more I would use an alternative betting company if you read the reviews on here, I wish I had read them first.

Actually won some money for a change on the sportsbook, however all of a sudden I was required to show numerous forms of proof of address before I could withdraw. They made me jump through hoops, had to send passport image and driving licence several times, car insurance documents within last three months and credit card statements, which for some reason they also made me send several times. Took almost two hours to get sorted, despite the fact that I had all of the proof-of-address and ID documents ready, they clearly wanted me to just give up. Have used WH for years, never ever again

Let me tell you, if you’re thinking about using William Hill, run in the opposite direction! My recent experience with them was so unbelievably bad that it felt like they were actively trying to frustrate me into oblivion.I decided, against my better judgment, to give them another shot. I reopened my account, made a deposit, and even had a few plays. Things seemed fine, right? Wrong. I then had the audacity to ask if I could increase my deposit limit. You’d think that would be a straightforward request for a betting company, wouldn’t you? Apparently not for William Hill.The “customer service” agent I was chatting with instantly turned hostile. I kid you not, the person got angry and, without warning, blocked my account AGAIN! It was beyond ridiculous. I’d just put money in and played, and suddenly I’m locked out because I asked a simple question about my own account.What followed was an absolute nightmare. Trying to get my account unblocked turned into a three-hour marathon of misery. I was transferred from department to department, each time having to explain the entire saga from scratch. It was infuriating because the people I was chatting with time and time again seemed completely confused and didn’t even know I had reopened the account and played! They were utterly clueless. It genuinely felt like they were deliberately keeping me on the chat just to make trouble and waste my time.This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The William Hill app is probably one of the worst betting apps companies I’ve used to date. I’ve been experiencing issues since last month, and despite contacting Live Chat over five times, the problem still hasn’t been resolved.Each time I reach out, I’m essentially brushed off. I’m forced to explain the same issue over and over again, and the support I receive is consistently unhelpful. To make matters worse, the automated assistant, “Will,” is completely useless and just adds to the frustration.This level of customer service is unacceptable. This is 100% a scam app, It lets you win bonuses and features right up till you reach Max bonus, then nothing…. Looked at prices and went to a william hill shop to back a 9/1 shot only to be offered 4/1 according to the screen, it was 8/1 at hills online, the horse was 4/1’when the betting opened yesterday and had drifted to 8s and 9s industry wide but the shop still offers you 4/1 went to boylesports and got 8/1

I’ve always rated William hill high on the tier of fairness however, recently I’ve noticed a few things that make me question what is going on with them. When betting when I go to put a number on roulette which ends up winning,they stop it from being registered, and I’ve notic d it a few times with screen shots. Then on top of that,the slots are taking at least 8 times playing money after money then you win 14p. Either they are going into liquidation or the chief has changed and the website isn’t running with fairness anymore. Also winners ,example roulette ,Hamish Hamish Hamish and it’s ridiculous amounts like £50,000 every spin ! The minimum bet for extreme has gone from 20p to £1 . I am 100% convinced that something is going on and they are clawing back money or making extraordinary amounts of money,forums every single person I’ve spoken to is expecting the exact same thing. It looks like it’s changed to a point , any win will never happen unless it’s 20p for every £500 you plow in. So unfortunately my loyalty to WH is at this point gone. I placed a bet worth around £25. Then they banned me for “business reasons” and refused to pay back my initial stake which is theft. I contacted them and tried to verify my identity but they refused to accept my ID. So to summarise, William Hill are thieves who pray on people to steal their money unlawfully.

Another gambling company that needs to be investigated. Always claim RNG and RTP so must just be a coincidence that I always get the same results, as do 99.9% of the people leaving reviews apparently. Completely random tho and RTP is always around 90%. The chat bot is useless. You cannot get through to anyone real so problems go unsolved. I emailed a query to the shop team who then redirected me back to the chatbot, so again useless. I was then given £5GBP credit as a sorry for the inconvenience, to then find an hour later I received another email saying my account had been closed down!
