Save your money. I’ve tried and tried with these lot and they’re just frauds. Rarely bonus a game and if you do after 100s of spins the payouts are pennies. Today in 200 odd spins I had two bonuses..paying £1.60 and £1.70! Sick of the fisherman appearing ZERO times in 10/15 free games again had none in two sets of 10 free games. Yesterday paid nothing in over 300 pound the day before 500 and ate ate ate. Its truly not random it only drops one scatter multiple times often 5/6 times in a row and when you finally see two the thirds isn’t anywhere to be seen. Went through 32 teases with two scatters dropping in on the first two reels..and the third didn’t appear once on the last three reels! Has to be astronomically impossible not to hit one bonus when landing two scatter on the first two reels! Have 100s of screen shots of the slot just continuously dropping one scatter over and over. Hours of video of the gameplay. RTP for the slot is a measly 92% everywhere else is 96.12%. They clearly control their slots and the algorithm to them or after 1000s and 1000s of spins on multiple different stakes it would do something. You receive more pop ups and minute bans than you do bonuses…its their way of “convincing” you you’re in safe hand with their safer gambling..its a load of garbage it’s just breaking up the game play because you can’t even get an hour in playing when all of a sudden a pop up jumps up saying you can’t play for literally one minute. The UKGC need to get on board and start looking into it as now its becoming obvious that these are utterly rigged/scripted and cheating every punter they have to turn over 100s of millions annually. They are absolutely embarrassing and need their license revoked ASAP. Disgraceful company run by bandits. The company have no regard for customer service, they don’t guarantee best odds locally because they have no competition, they take football bets at 12/1 on Leicester yet are aware they could be deducted points by the fa, they employ staff who have no interest in doing a good job, they open when they please and it appears senior managers are happy to go along with it.

Very poor service, I asked to reopen my account and they said I had to wait 24 hours and ask again, fine no problem- did this and was told I had to receive a call and it would be within the hour at 3pmThey didn’t call until 7pm so I missed this call.Tried again today and Angel on online chat didn’t address any of my issues, wasn’t very helpful, very dismissive and then even though I was polite all the way through she said “that’s all the information I need from you” and closed the chat, I still had a few questions but she just shut me down, not going to wait half an hour to get through ok online chat again. Just seems to take money and then when your close to a win the games to a strange long spin then you just lose like it re-sets it self for you to lose .. never seem to win on it .. and the longer your with them the more you lose .. definitely rigged..

I wish there was a 0 star option. Been a member for years and used to be such a good site however the last year it’s been awful can’t get bonus, games glitching and kicking you off and the cm are just rude in the chat, I quiered how the same 2 people kept winning bingo to be rudely told it’s a game of luck and that well done would be good enough, however for the same person to win 11 games in a row of bingo that’s not luck that’s fixing. Not bad for the odd sports bet. You can get a few free bets on the football and horse racing. Also some you can stake a specific amount and they will give you the same as a freebet. But if you play the slots do not use these. I have been with these for many years. They are terrible the best slots you can play are out in public. They print a ticket and you put it into a machine and it pays the amount won out. These website ones are tracked traced and marked up against all the bets you have done. Just because you have gave them 10 bags don’t mean you will recieve it as you will not. The best win I got out of these was probably 250 quid. That was very rare to get. Not had one since and it has took and took. One baby wins like 20 quid cost me 40. These sites take 80 percent of the money gambled on the slots to make sure they get the profit. To pay the stores maintenance and the staff wages. I am done with any website linked slots. Went away with the woman a month ago played the printed ones as I do. Staked 5 x 10 pound spins at 50p ago. I re-joined about 4 months ago to play poker via their site. The account was reactivated fine apart from I am unable to login to their poker site. Their customer support is the worst I have ever come across. No way to speak to anyone one the phone, no complaint email address and you just get bounce backs or no reply when you try to use their poker@ willhill.co.uk or poker@ willhill.com addresses. I have spent hours in their useless help chat (once you get past the bots that is) and talked to roughly 12 different agents, who, once you have explained from scratch again give you the same answer – ‘it’s being looked into’ – ZERO progress in over 4 months. 1 agent said I wasn’t alone and that others have been affected because while the account was in suspension they migrated their poker site to the ipoker network. I never bother with companies who don’t have good customer service and William Hill, a company that I understood to have a good reputation, is the worst I’ve come across, and no offers of anything by way of compensation. I award them 0 out of 10.

Emailed about 5 free spins yesterday, to get to chat was a nightmare to start with, then when I got through to an agent, was waiting then connecting me back to the same agent. Here are the facts of the case:- On 24 October 2024, I placed a bet which resulted in a win of €16625 euro. Is theres anyone with issues with in-store winning payments? Kings charter at newmarket was 3/1 but when i looked it was 15/8 so used the boost thinking theres been a lot of money for it, after placing the bet i realised it was 5/2 industry wide apart from hills who went 15/8 its now 11/4 so basically hills have scammed me! Only good thing about this site is the chat on the bingo I never ever ever win. I use pennies from free spins for bargain basement room which I like to chat as nice chat hosts and people but luck?? Been having a good run of luck with horses and notice how the bookies are using owned accounts to fluctuate prices on horses cheating customers until 3mins before off time. Placed a 4 fold free £5 bet on machine for Ascot 2 weeks ago when the bet was placed machine froze so I could not keep selections on screen. That bet won just under 4k. Trust pilot please add a 0 star review just so I can add it on here. To be honest I don’t have much complaint when it comes to sports betting which is what I was using for with decent odds and usability however the staff and customer service is ran by people that may be missing a couple chromies and I have been robbed literally and I can’t do anything😂😂😂😂😂. I made a withdrawal and to this day I haven’t received the money, I have contacted customer service and they tell me the exact same thing every single day without fail even after explain that I got told the exact same things yesterday by your colleague.
