Would give less than 1 star if possible- the spin games are a total rip off no bonus in over 400 spins on the same game bucket of bass! They don’t advertise the RTP like other sites (not surprising though) for a well known company you would think they want good reviews- don’t bother use another site! Had an account with William Hill for many years. Without explanation my account was blocked in March (small amount of money still within the account). I have had several web chats and emails and still no access given to my account. I have asked for them to simply return my money and I will never use the company again, however, they won’t!! I still have not had an explanation why they choose to block the account. It’s a disgusting way for a company to behave!

This company is shamelessly abusing personal information to create clickbait. They let you open account and make deposit and gamble. Then account is locked pending submittal of the following documents as they are based overseas: ID/passport/driving license, utility bill, proof of payment method. If you ask to close account they will only refund and monies owed upon receipt of the above documents, citing clause 11.8.3. I just dont feel comfortable sending my passport screenshot to an overseas registered company

Absolute scam of a company just out to steal your money. I also find it quite interesting that most of the reviews on here are of exactly the same nature! I opted in to the promo of depositing £10 and play, and then receive 200 free spins. So I did the deposit, and then when I went into the game I got locked out of my account. I then went in the online chat bot, which was an absolute nightmare. The staff are incompetent and don’t actually give a damn about your money being lost or the account issues. They ask you to send ‘selfies’ holding id and other documentation so you can access YOUR OWN money in the account – what a disgrace. Then, when I finally managed to get back into my account and qualify for the free spins, they locked me out again, and have said it will take ‘24 hours before you get the spins’ ok, so I wait…and wait….oh still waiting. No spins. Created an account today, deposited £20, played it out and didn’t really win! Deposited another £20 and the game stopped playing. So I came off it, went back on and it still wasn’t paying. Logged out, then tried to log back in, it said “unable to log in, click here for customer support” so continued on to customer support, was told that after “security checks” were carried out they had closed my account and it will remain closed! Never gave me a reason as to why. Then, basically told me to jump through hoops to get my £20 back that I’d just deposited. I have to take and send photos of myself holding certain documents, one being a valid photo ID. I explained I don’t current have any photo ID, I don’t have a passport and I don’t drive so no licence. But the “customer services operator Dessa” kept telling me I need to send the valid documents in order for them to release the funds and to make sure it’s going back to the right person. I deposited with a debit card, so surely it would be returned to that said card? Honestly the worst gambling site I’ve ever had to deal with! Avoid!!! They put you on time out automatically. Deposited once and used the winnings to bet. Whenever I place a bet let’s say 1k I get timed out. No access to my bet, cash out nothing!!! Scam!
