Played on this site on just a couple of days when my account was frozen and documents demanded. Verification then took three weeks during which my money was withheld until they decided to close my account without explanation.

I saw an add that if you deposit £10 you would get £40 bonus and so I deposit my £10 and get my bonus. After playing for a while I won a total of £125 which is a lot of money for me and wanted to cash out but it was transferred straight to bonus currency. I spoke to a representative and he told me that you need to stake £2000 before you can even withdraw money. Safe to say I am never playing on there in my life.

Please be careful with this site as they use a trick to deceive you into depositing and betting more. When you’re playing slots and you go to make a quick deposit, it lets you deposit but says you don’t have funds in your account, so you deposit again and it says the same thing. When you come completely out of the slot you are playing both deposits will be in your balance. They are purposely deceiving you so that you’ll deposit more as they know once its in your account youll gamble it. I’ve contacted the gambling commission and closed my account. If this isnt fraudulent its at least morally reprehensible. But i suppose the owners of a gambling company aren’t going to be drowning in morals as them and their families are probably the lowest forms of life. Hope this helps someone from making the same mistakes

I signed up and after playing on one game I changed to another then all of a sudden it knocked me off the site , when I then tried to log back on it said I had self excluded , why on earth would I do this when I’d just signed up . Something very dodgy about this site .Tried replying to the email I received about self exclusion and it bounced back saying BLOCKED . Stay away from this site .

As soon as you make a withdrawal, they freeze your account to block the withdrawal and thus steal any funds in your account.My account was already verified at the time of opening, I made a small withdrawal to the SAME card I had used for any deposits, but my money never arrived. After days, I got an email saying they needed to verify my account (but it already was verified) and no information about my withdrawal.When I contacted them about my missing withdrawal they told me they would only reply if a third party contacted them, so I’ve been forced to raise a dispute externally.A month later, they’re sending me harassing emails saying they’ve cancelled the withdrawal and frozen my account. So they have effectively stolen my money.

I deposited 5 quid just for a laugh and to waste a bit of time waiting for my misses to come back from the chippy, i ended up winning 70 quid. i know not a heap of cash but still was pretty fun. i played 20 of it and set my self a withdraw of 50 so i did. my withdraw was then put on hold without an email or anything to tell me. i reached out to chat and they said its because of the weekend. so i logged in on monday the withdraw cancelled and my account restricted and asked me to verify my account. this is a really scummy tactic to hold your winnings you can even see on the ukgc website this is under the what not to do part. so i uploaded my driving licence, my card, and a digital bank statement. this is what they asked for and 2 of the 3 were accepted but they will not accept my bank statement. it has to be a posted one even though it states it can be digital. so i swiftly went to the live chat which were zero help at all. i asked several times why i have to provide a posted letter even though it says they accept digital statements. only to be met with because our security team can request extra. no other reason but that. this is a total scam of a company they use every scummy tactic they can to withhold your winnings. Honestly don’t understand why this site is poor. I’ve withdrawn over £3000 in the little time I’ve been on: the second I hit withdraw it’s in my bank account. I sent documents required and was approved very quick. No issues as of yet. Congo cash is a good one on this site.

This company has stolen my money!Despite having gone through the verification process in late 2022 and mid 2023, Unibet decided to play games and ask for verification again in October 2023. They asked again for a copy of my passport, I provided it. They then asked again for proof of address, I immediately submitted the requested documents. Unibet then asked for a photo of my holding the proof of address next to my face. As always, I complied with the request. The following day, Unibet emailed me to advise that they had closed my account and would be keeping my money. This is theft! It is that simple. Take a look at other reviews, and you will see that they are stealing money from countless users.I am now in the process of taking legal advice. I will not be treated like a criminal by these thieves.

Unibet refused to settle a winning bet 16 hours after the event finished.When I waited on Livechat Macey permanently suspended my account because I questioned this settlement and now I can’t even log in to access my funds.This company clearly picks and chooses when to settle bets and if you question them they block access to your account and you can’t access any of your funds.

Account was stake restricted for no reason.Tried to place a bet yesterday and was notified I can only place bets up to £3 now after winning a few bets. I emailed them for a reason and they gave a bunch of nothing apologies and then said ‘it was a trading decision’ which is legal speak for you win so we don’t want your money. Please read this before you even think about depositing with these crooks.I deposited £800 over 24 hours, I have a gambling problem but made £100 profit in this session. Stealing my money without any reason! 335£ confiscated today with no reason! I had 335£ in my account, they blocked my account for two weeks checking my documents, I sent 3 valid proof of addresses and kept rejecting them for ridiculous reasons like: the document quality is not clear (when it was a PDF as clear as you can imagine). My experience so far I wouldn’t recommend using this site , by all means ask for id and proof of address, but I have sent them 3 separate letters and they have so far rejected 2 of them. They said proof of address has to be a letter sent through post but has to be so specific it’s impossible.Luckily I only deposited £8 then they blocked my account.But so far my advice would be avoid they don’t seem like a genuine site.

Please don’t waste your time and money with this company. Placed 2 5 pound bets on football after deposting 10 pound. Both bets came in and the company refused to pay. Saying it had gone into bonus funds. Glad it was only 40 pounds. If I had won 2000 pounds it would have been the same said the rude customer service employee. The company is a scam
