Joined this company two weeks ago they allotted me a 5000 pounds monthly betting limit, I can bet safely in 100 units. I Bet on the horses for a week and a couple of days .I lost 1400 pounds to UNIBET , then on the Wed of goodwood I won a good few bets, all single bets ,totalled £1200 winnings.I decided that’s enough for the time being,Take a rest and withdraw the money on thurs 3.8.23 only to find the scummy operators had blocked the withdrawal, I questioned this right away to live chat , there answer was just sit in obeyence and await an e mail.No e mail came but the next day 4.8.23 in account there was a message to provide verification documents, which I done immediately .Eventually got an e mail on 8.8.23Stating they had released my withdrawal .I went to log in to the account to find out account barred ,phoned them to find out reason girl said account closed for buisiness reasons.I have all screenshots and chat logs ,and I am in the process of presenting a total blow by blow view of every action taken by me and by them with regards to this shocking behavior.all will be presented to the gambling commissions as part of their request for punters input to the commissions review.I would recommend steering clear of this bookmaker do not join they are totally untrustworthy, staff lie.looks like they only want losing bettors ,and will try and avoid paying out .UNIBET IN MY OPINION ARE TOXIC STAY AWAY.

These people allow GAMSTOP members to fund accounts and lose their money without proper KYC whilst being fully aware that they cannot lose a penny and only gain as they will keep the money if the punter loses and not payout if they win.Like many betting companies now,they know very well that due to GAMSTOP many problem gamblers like my partner ask their spouse/ partner or family member to open an account for them (which is done by pro gamblers too) but Unibet allowed me to open an account (foolishly and unaware of my partners issues) and then when I went on holiday,he funded the account till they blocked him and have ignored him and I since! Why in gods name do they allow accounts to be funded by problem gamblers when the funding details don’t match the account owners? BECAUSE 80% of profits in betting come from problem gamblers!This means anyone could fund it whether they are a money launderer or drug dealer etc.. All crazy when you you think they allow you to do this and then when blocked he proceeded to find other accounts owned by Unibet like 32red and they kept taking the money KNOWING they simply couldn’t lose and where engaging with someone who is insane when it comes to gambling and has no control. It now appears totally normal with many sites offering advice on how to circumnavigate GAMSTOP which is resulting in fortunes being lost,lives ruined and critically GAMSTOP should have an option to list family members / partners / ‘enablers’ to help chronic gamblers by including their details if they wish too.Anyhow,Unibet took approx £1,300 off a known problem gambler who funded the account himself (which they knew) and who lost 35k in 3 days but nearly all have refunded the deposits acknowledging the madness and lack of compliance but Unibet just quote terms and conditions and clearly see this as way to continue their profits as without the mad gamblers,they would not be a sustainable business.A total joke.

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, by law you have to provide ID , for safer gambling you have to provide proof of income.It’s gambling ofcourse you’re most likely to loose especially if you’re playing slots or any sort of casino games, you’re basically giving a machine money and it has to determine whether to pay you back more or nothing,think about that.In regards to pay out unibet is actually the best once you’re verified. I use trustly to deposit and withdraw, it takes less than a minute to have my winnings back in my account. Different methods differ ofcourse

Had a bet for 10 – cashout was 450 out of 1110.Pressed Cashout – than CONFIRM cashout , nothing happen , contacted support got suspsended … AVOID THIS SITE PLAEASEthey said it was a site error. will never spent a money there. Customer support said they cant help since they are form another deparment so i have to wait 72h.

Awful, bunch of crooks, avoid at all costs. Had a line up on 3 horses that paid over 500 pounds using free bet calculator with best odds (as advertised on their site covering every UK race) . Received 311 pounds. Excuses used by their chat agent were “your first horse was in an extra place race so didn’t qualify for best odds” – I wasn’t betting it each way so this should be irrelevant. Other races had non runners – I backed the favourite and the non runners were irrelevant to that. Worst bookie I’ve encountered and they won’t get another penny from me. AVOID. Ripped me off to the tune of 200 quid. Crooks.

I don’t understand why you do betting on sports such as volley-ball, table tennis, badminton…you can never place a bet anyway. The other day I wanted to place a bet on volley-ball, the market was suspended for most of the match!! Same few weeks ago on table tennis…What is the point?? So backed a horse at 10’s won at 12’s expecting to be settled at 12’s but no because it was an ahem “enhanced” ew race (wasn’t an ew bet) BOG no longer applicable. Except it wasn’t really enhanced ew terms as they negated the additional place by going 1/5 the odds instead of 1/4. So basically they give with the left hand, take with the right hand and have someone behind you taking BOG out of your back pocket! Crooks! Just joined these 10 minutes ago. Deposited £10 and got £40 bonus to use on casino which needs wagering through £2000. I done 90p spins and even used the option of extra scatters which cost more. Been an account holder for 5 years and my account was always verified. I made a deposit last week, which they happily accepted and are now refusing to pay out winnings of €50. I have to pay €100 for a passport to get them to release my funds. And their bonuses and promotions are non-existent. Total rubbish. AVOID!!!!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before being tempted in with there £50 casino offers +100 spins on starburst with £10 deposit. I agree with the bad reviews about the slots being rigged because I used all the £60 on one of the Irish slots and didn’t get a single bonus or free spin in £60 worth of 20p spins. I then received my spins on starburst a day later and only won a couple pound. Got rid of my account but I would advise against using this site as there are much better companies out there with slots that actually seem legit and not rigged.

Do not use Unibet.They offer you free bets but when you win they don’t pay out I contacted them 3 times to make sure I was doing everything correctly..I won and they asked me to send ID which they didn’t ask for when I opened the account.They then refused to pay out saying I was committing fraud?zi appealed to them and the gambling commission they came back with another excuse for not paying out.They have all my ID which is in breach of GDPR rules but they are ignoring this .Do not use them they will find a way not to pay you.

Criminals – do not go near this company. They accused me of fraud/cheating as the bets i placed won! They asked for all of my documents to verify my ID including driving license, bank statement, selfie holding ID and copies of the front + back of my bank card. When i provided these they then closed my account and kept my money!!!!! Absolute thieves. Customer service is nonexistent – i asked them what additional information they needed so i could prove i am not a cheat or fraudster and their response was nothing, your account is closed end of matter. I feel this is slanderous and a disgusting way to treat genuine customers just because I actually won the bets i placed. Please avoid unibet at all costs.

Avoid at all cost.Have put my withdrwal on hold for over 3 weeks now, pending verification eventhough all the requested documents were uploaded but not returning my money. they have no real reward system , their bonus system locks you in at the boosted price 6/4 to 13/8 for example while stopping you getting best odds , they give fourth place bonus when the market is mainly short odds which also stops best odds guaranteed . their customer service is a joke . the only thing guaranteed is they go off and make tea , change the babies nappy while you wait .not sure of the date
