Unibet Review

UniBet are without question the biggest scumbag gambling company available to anyone from the UK. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid ever depositing money onto their site. They are thieves and it his highly likely the company is a Ponzi scheme. I suspect there are no isolated funds covering customer balances. They are unethical and despicable and personally I am going to do all I can to cause trouble for them. The Gambling Commission are very very interested in the evidence that has been provided to them – emails, screen shots of bets, deposits, withdrawals etc. The biggest red flag, as many others are reporting are the illegal delays over verification and ID checks etc. Their ‘procedures’ are illegal and breaking countless gaming laws. I have had nearly £6000 stolen by UniBet for 17 days now. I have provided anything and everything requested of me. This has included extensive ID, statements, documents etc. There is always something else despite there being absolutely nothing nefarious about my details nor account. I simply had a winning streak which of course Unibet simply can’t accept. We now have law enforcement becoming involved, lawyers and as I say the Gambling Commission. Never deposit money onto this site unless you are completely prepared to lose it, regardless of whether your best are successful. They are complete scum. The ‘support’ (hahahaha) are beyond useless and I doubt have any clue they are working for a company that is breaking laws. All they do is send generic responses saying how sorry they are for the frustration caused! As other’s have said they reset the timeline anytime you send ‘new’ documentation. The have caused me mental health issues, caused me to lose sleep and now in the last week short term cash flow issues given they have withheld nearly £6000, some of which I was reliant upon. They are totally shameless, they have no morals or ethics. Scum, the lot of them!

Again second review on this site. They released £1800 with still £4088 left to go. They had sent this to 3 different bank accounts which wasn’t even asked which bank before they decided to release this now they want proof of a letter stating the account was closed and are not accepting the email the bank sent stating it was closed. And papers statements. It’s funny because the first Review I had they wanted PDFs now all of a sudden they want letters which everything is done online now days. They want documents when they know it’s impossible to get. Not accepting a PDF statement which casino does not accept a PDF. They’re avoiding paying out customers winnings. Customer service staff are really rude stating not to email them anymore until they’ve got the correct documents. But they have. Also telling me any email I sent won’t be responded too. I wish I could upload screenshots on here. Absolute shambles of a company. Doing everything they can to keep customers money & messing with customers mental health. Go elsewhere. They make you wait 5-7 days for documents to be reviewed then ask for more then you’ve got to wait another 5-7 days hoping you’ll give up!

. I have over £1000 in the account, they reversed all withdrawals stating I have broken terms and conditions (cheated apparently) and banned my account permanently. They aren’t responding to emails. AVOID THIS WEBSITE .

I can only be honest. Winnings paid out nearly immediately!! Verification process no problem so far so good. If things go downhill I will let everyone know , but no problems as of now. I did notice the bad reviews but I also noticed there are a lot of people using this site so cannot be that bad. Time will tell but I’ve had many worse experiences

They will close your account with no evidence of any wrongdoing (because there was none), cancel your bets and keep your money. Took my money for a bet so quick, i won this bet and then tried withdrawing it out, they wanted verfication after verfication, it took me a good 2 months to get my money after threatening legal action and getting my solicitor involved. it paid off to have taken a screenshot of my bet as i always take proof of everything in case of things dissapearing.

Most ridiculous ID&V requirements I’ve ever come across. Just kept asking for more and more. I work in KYC and AML for a UK Bank and the stupidity of their KYC process and divergence from industry norms is staggering. Didn’t bother to finish KYC in the end. How do they have any customers?

New owners, criminal people, liars…They closed my acvount after i won bet with winning of 11500 euro..I placed bet with 10 euro on 6 football matches all over 3 5 goals in the each match..All matches won..After bet is won i logg in to my account and first i saw winning coupon, but bet was not settled. Few minutes latter, i couldnt find coupon at all. They deleted it. When i contacted their support and explained my case, they closed my account ! My partner won £1,800. They dragged it on for ages saying he’s not sending good enough proof to verify his account to withdraw, when he was sending all the proof required. It went on for around 4 weeks. Today they blocked his account so he called up to see what had happened, they told him they have closed his account and confiscated his money, and sent him an email of some “breach”. He sent all the official documents needed and done everything they had asked on the phone. We knew something was up when they kept declining the verification. COMPLETE SCAMMERS! PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

I’d give this company zero rating if I could. I had my account closed some 3 weeks ago because I won a few correct score bets I got from (Brunohade) on Instagram consistently for 15 days. I wanted to discuss opening a new account with them. They’ve advised I have permanent ban and not able to open a new account. They added that the decision cannot be reversed. What sort of support is that? That’s outrageous Now I have £48,000 pounds I can’t withdraw.

They have stolen my money and refused to return it. If you take a look, you will find that Unibet are simply closing people’s accounts and stealing the money. I tried emailing them about it, I received a very rude reply falsely accusing me of criminality. It seems that they justify their theft by calling their customers criminals. Truly appalling!The matter has now been passed to eCogra. If they have stolen your money then I suggest that you do the same thing.

I received an email saying that if I placed a £10 bet on the darts final, I would be credited with a free £5 bet to use on any sport.So, I placed a £10 bet and then told my free £5 could not be used on horse racingThe email I received was misleading.This should’ve been clearly stated and it wasnt.If Id known that, I would not have placed a bet.It may be buried somewhere in the terms and conditions, but it certainly wasnt mentioned in the email I received.It clearly stated that the free £5 bet could be used on ANY sport. Took multiple deposits without issue. Once I made a withdrawal they froze my account and asked for documentation to verify. After saying 2 days they are now 5-7 working days. As if it takes this long to verify some ID and proof of address.The most disgraceful site I think I have used. Be wary using this site as when it comes to a withdrawal they make it extremely difficult. Companies such as this should not be be regulated and be kicked out of the industry.
