Not a bad site at all this is nice freindly people helpful. People always complaining about not winning anyway ive my fair share on here there is only ome problem for me and that is the virtual i would avoid this i have put so many bets on this i alway put a 4 acca on and 3 always win and the favourite always loses so i went to 3 teams two one 1 lost i have research this virtual football for the last month seeing the same teams playing the dame ganes every other day for example man united play Burnley either away or home man u has won every game they play why ive watched it but i thought right I'll have a bet on this and what happend they lost so maybe 2/3 later they play again and i watched it and they won so the only problem with this site and others is that they control the virtual games horses or dogs. Other than thatvi cant complain good site just crap they control virtual and its a fix ill no wait for the football to begin again and take a break from this site thanks

Been with Quinnbet a couple of years now, customer service agents are always friendly and helpful can't fault them in any way, slots seem to be heavily weighted towards bonuses, very slow to process a withdrawal, don't cancel a withdrawal from what I have experienced your guaranteed to lose everything, very poor returns from bonuses, whole site seems to be aimed at you qualifying for bonuses,some bonuses offered are uninteresting,others are interesting but the returns make it unworthwhile,

The staff lie and make their own rules on bonuses one will tell you one thing while the other will say completely different. I urge you to join a trusted betting site like betfred coral etc please dont fall victim to these people. You deposit they take then say you dont qualify for their welcome offers please please keep clear very very unprofessional staff

Untrustworthy. Joined with promise of €30 in free bets following a €10 bet. When I reminded them to give the bonus they said I did not qualify as per their terms and conditions that state: 29. All QuinnBet promotions are limited to one entry per customer.
I argued that they had my passport and address details and no other customer could possibly be confused with me. They changed their position to say that the offer is only available to one customer per each household and IP address.
Could not trust them to pay a winning bet. Avoid

Just received an email from them asking for my bank statements and wage slips
Very concerned about this.. I feel that they want too much personal info.. No way they will see my bank detail and pay slips.. This is wrong in my opinion.. I also have a small bet on today with good chance I have a feeling if it wins they won't pay me

Terms and conditions clearly state wage one bet to qualify for a free bet, did that and claimed the free one, tried to withdraw it and I got the same automated response about three time when questioned why the withdrawal was declined. They said it was because I had not wagered a bet which was a complete lie. They just steal your money STAY AWAY

Without doubt one of the poorest betting sites Iv had the misfortune to use. Stakes slashed to laughable amounts after a few small wins. It is high time the gambling commission clamped down on these outfits who are happy to fleece the punter for thousands but limit there own losses to pennies. If I could give a zero rating I would and I have used many betting sites over the years….cue the usual corporate response.

Great site to play on, Has all the best casino games and as good as anywhere for prices on the sports. Site works perfect and is easy navigated. The livechat team where 100% when I needed to speak with them. Also received a call from FBS the tech company that monitors use of the site to see if I was ok with the time and spend on the site which is something I have never received from any other online sports betting/casino site. It was very much appreciated and seemed a nice touch to show the company cared about its customers. Will be the only site I use going forward and 100% be recommending it to friends who enjoy similar sites. also the bonuses on the site are great.

It's a casino that does something very sneaky. After a while they play the "gambling responsible" card and they just freeze your account with money on it. So be very careful because they don't pay the money back they just block your account in the name of responsible gambling. Very scary! I lost 1,200 and when you try to get in touch it's impossible for them to discus it.

Warning! They also tell customers that they have self excluded when they haven't. I mean look at the statistics above. 55%has a bad experience. That is not acceptable levels of operations in any company.

Been a customer of Quinbet for a few weeks now and it's not a bad gaming site but the sport book is very difficult to navigate through. Not sure if it's because I'm using an iPad android but it's a pigging nuisance. I try selecting horses it keeps going to the football betting then when I finally managed to select my horses the ew betting box was removed it completely disappeared. I then had to go through the same process again try to select horses for it to keep going back to football. Anyway after shouting at the screen and stamping my feet I managed to get my bet on.

I then played blackjack which is usually the only casino game I play. The platform plays well its loads ok and is crisp graphics are OK so not a bad experience like with the sportbook.

No PayPal depoist method on this site but I did win on the casino platform so I will update how long its takes for me to secure that payment. Payment is going back to my card so usually its between 24-48 hrs will update soon.

So summing up someone please from Quinbet sort out the sportbook on the site or at least give me some detailed information is it because I'm using an android phone.

It has been quite long since I started making use of Quinnbet and I have never encountered any major issues with the bookie. Although I will be honest, their website is good but I think there are a few things they can do to make it great especially if they want to retain their customers. If you lose your first bet, you get 10.

Do not use…there are far better betting platforms available offering more options / better odds.I have used this company over last few weeks & thought they were ok to deal with. Unfortunately, tonight on my 1st time of using 'live support' to query a bet it took over 5attempts to contact them only to have the bet refused which seemed questionable at best. Would far prefer to use other sites ( contactable by phone) going forward. I would say be VERY wary of this operation.

Do not use this company! I placed a bet which won and was settled, only to find it voided ten minutes later. Not trustworthy and initially they didn't offer a valid explanation, then mentioned a power cut! When I complained my account was closed

Great site.. Good odds and a nice selection of offers. The mobile site is easy to navigate and the terms and conditions for offers are clear. Not had to use any help or support features so I can't comment on those. Overall one of the better bookies!
